Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a junction of posts that allows a quick assembly, without specific tools while maintaining a high mobility of angular positioning.

The use of wooden poles is extremely widespread for the construction of fences, structures, enclosures, fences, balustrades, etc.

Wooden poles have the advantage of being made of an ecological material, which has a long life if they have undergone appropriate treatments.

However, a brake to a wider use of wooden poles circular section comes from the relative difficulty to achieve the assembly of the poles between them.

Indeed, it is necessary to make connections between vertically oriented poles and horizontally oriented poles.

The object of the invention is essentially to provide a rapid orthogonal junction of two horizontal circular section posts to a circular or other vertical support pole, while at the same time enabling a multi-directional position of the horizontal posts.

According to an advantageous possibility, each junction piece, engaged on the vertical circular pole, fits perfectly on one another, provided they are assembled diametrically opposite. When the desired position is obtained, holes allow to freeze the installation.

This assembly system offers a resistance to tearing and very large load which is increased by adding the through screws in the orifices provided for this purpose.

The invention makes it possible to achieve in a simple manner, without specific tools, within the scope of each, the assembly of all kinds of posts, in straight lines, curved or perpendicular.

The junction device can be obtained by plastic or aluminum molding for light applications, or welded metal for uses with larger loads.

The invention also relates to all constructions based poles of circular section joined together perpendicularly and connected by a junction device as previously defined.

This system can adapt to any section of posts.

For a good understanding, the invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawing showing, by way of example, not limiting, an embodiment of a junction device according thereto.

Plan No. 1/5 shows an individual joining element, which is in one piece.

Plan No. 2/5 explains the intermediate positioning of two junction pieces on a vertical circular pole.

Plan No. 3/5 shows two junction elements positioned definitively on the vertical post, allowing rotation around this circular post.

Plan No. 4/5 shows a more complete realization of a balustrade, as a non-limiting example.

The implementation of the junction device is as follows:

The part (2) of the device must be engaged on the column of vertical circular section (3) to the desired height.

It is thus possible to engage a first horizontal smooth in the receiving part (1). Two screws can be inserted into the fixing holes (6) and (7) to stabilize this first assembly.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described in plans No. 1/5 to 4/5, but it encompasses all the embodiments, by way of non-limiting example: plan N ° 5/5.

The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the assembly of fences, or balustrades based on circular poles in the urban equipment.
