Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de changement de tube de coulée pour un dispositif de coulée afin de produire des produits métallurgiques, comprenant un élément (9) d'actionnement pour faire passer un tube (22) de coulée d'une position d'entretien à la position de coulée, dans laquelle le tube de coulée est appliqué sur un manchon (4) de sortie, formant avec lui un canal de coulée ou analogue du dispositif de coulée, le dispositif de changement de tube de coulée étant pourvu d'une plaque (14) d'obturation, qui sert à fermer le canal de coulée, qui, en fonctionnement normal, est mise en une position d'entretien et qui, en cas d'urgence, peut, par un élément (9) d'actionnement, être insérée en repoussant le tube de coulée,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque (14) d'obturation se trouvant en position d'entretien est maintenue, en fonctionnement normal, au-dessus du plan de déplacement du tube (22) de coulée et, en cas d'urgence, peut être abaissée automatiquement sur le plan de déplacement du tube de coulée et insérée en dessous du canal de coulée formé par le manchon (4) de sortie.
  2. Dispositif de changement de tube suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément (9) d'actionnement se compose d'un chariot (10) guidé dans la direction de déplacement du tube de coulée et d'un entraîneur (11) articulé à lui transversalement à la direction de déplacement.
  3. Dispositif de changement de tube suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque (14) d'obturation peut être accouplée à l'entraîneur (11) au moyen d'éléments (18) de suspension constitués, de préférence, en forme de crochets.
  4. Dispositif de changement de tube suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque (14) d'obturation est pourvue des deux côtés d'une rainure (15) longitudinale horizontale, ainsi que d'une rainure (18) de guidage inclinée par rapport à celle-ci, lesquelles coopèrent avec un doigt (17).
  5. Dispositif de changement de tube suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque (14) d'obturation est soumise, sur son côté opposé à la suspension, à un ressort (20) de précontrainte monté également à poste fixe.
  6. Dispositif de changement de tube suivant l'une des revendications 2 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément (9) d'actionnement peut être entraîné par un entraînement (8) hydraulique linéaire, dont la tige de piston est accouplée au chariot (10) de l'élément (9) d'actionnement.
  7. Dispositif de changement de tube suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément (9) d'actionnement est monté sur un côté longitudinal du dispositif de changement et en ce qu'il est prévu, du côté longitudinal opposé, un preneur (27) de buse, par lequel la buse de coulée usée peut être retirée du dispositif de changement.
  8. Dispositif de changement de tube suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que
    le preneur (27) de buse a une tête (28) de réception pivotante ayant un aimant (29) de maintien de la buse de coulée usée, qui est fixé à une extrémité d'une barre (31) d'actionnement guidée à rotation, ainsi qu'avec possibilité d'entrer et de sortir, parallèlement à la direction de déplacement de la buse de coulée.
