Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Offenend-Spinnrotor (1), umfassend einen Rotorschaft (4), eine Rotortasse (2) und eine Kupplungsvorrichtung (3) zum lösbaren Verbinden von Rotorschaft(4) und Rotortasse (2), wobei die Kupplungsvorrichtung (3) in einem Halteelement (5) angeordnete Verriegelungskörper (6) aufweist, die bei Betrieb des Offenend-Spinnrotors (1) in Folge der Zentrifugalkraft die Rotortasse (2) und den Rotorschaft (4) in axialer Richtung arretieren, und wobei den Verriegelungskörpern (6) ein elastisches Element (7) zugeordnet ist und das elastische Element (7) mit den Verriegelungskörpern (6) derart zusammenwirkt, dass die Verriegelungskörper (6) die Rotortasse (2) mit dem Rotorschaft (4) auch im Stillstand in axialer Richtung arretieren. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Halteelement (5) als Zapfen ausgebildet und der Zapfen so geformt, dass er in Verbindung mit einer entsprechend geformten Nabe (8) eine formschlüssige Welle-Nabe-Verbindung zwischen Rotorschaft (4) und Rotortasse (2) herstellt.

The invention relates to an open-end spinning rotor (1) comprising a rotor shaft (4), a rotor cup (2) and a coupling device (3) for releasably connecting the rotor shaft (4) and rotor cup (2), wherein the coupling device (3) in a locking element (6) arranged in a holding element (5), which lock the rotor cup (2) and the rotor shaft (4) in the axial direction during operation of the open-end spinning rotor (1) due to the centrifugal force, and wherein the locking bodies (6) elastic element (7) is assigned and the elastic element (7) with the locking bodies (6) cooperates such that the locking body (6) lock the rotor cup (2) with the rotor shaft (4) even at a standstill in the axial direction. According to the invention, the holding element (5) is formed as a pin and the pin is shaped so that it produces a positive shaft-hub connection between the rotor shaft (4) and rotor cup (2) in conjunction with a correspondingly shaped hub (8).
