Description
Beschreibung description
Sandwichpaneel sandwich
The present invention relates to a sandwich panel according to the preamble of claim 1.
Corresponding sandwich panels are already described in the two post-published documents DE 10 2009 036 582 and DE 10 2009 036 583.
In particular, the sandwich panels are provided as prefabricated elements for a house to be installed cost-effectively.
Conventionally, such sandwich panels are coupled together in the construction of a planar construction, such as a wall construction via connecting profiles on the front sides. In particular, in the corner joints, ie when creating a wall corner, for example, in the 90 ° angle, such connection profiles (in this case: Eckverbindungsprofile) are used.
A disadvantage of the use of such connection profiles, however, is the increase in the construction elements necessary for the construction of a wall, which increases the cost and increases the logistics as well as the complexity.
The object of the present invention is to be able to produce and construct sheet-like structures, for example walls or ceilings, from the abovementioned sandwich panels both at 180 ° and at 90 ° without additional connecting profiles. In particular, it should be possible to produce from the sandwich panel walls for a house, with the smallest possible number of different Used components and on a frame system in which the sandwich panels are mounted or mounted, can be dispensed with.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in claim 1.
Accordingly, in sandwich panels of the type mentioned above, the end faces are bevelled or stepped on two opposite and mutually parallel longitudinal sides in such a manner that (i) two sandwich panels rotated by 90 ° relative to one another can be positively joined to form a 90 ° corner and (ii) a sandwich panel rotated by 180 ° with another non-rotated sandwich panel to form-fit together to realize a 180 ° connection. In this way, walls and corner joints can be formed at 90 ° angle without additional profiles, frames or other fasteners. In this case, the end faces can not only be simple but also multi-stepped or formed in another suitable manner.
If the end face is simply stepped, then preferably all surfaces of the grading are selected with the same width, since then a complete juxtaposition of the mutually facing surfaces of adjacent end faces of two sandwich panels to be joined together come to rest on one another.
The front side can also be created by introducing an additional profile into the sandwich panel.
Both in the tapered version and in the stepped version of the end faces, it is possible to fix two adjacent sandwich panels together by screw connections, gluing, riveting, etc., regardless of whether the connection is a 180 ° or a 90 ° connection.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the surfaces of the end faces are provided with one or more sealing devices, for example sealing beads, which extend over their entire length, so that a Moisture and windproof coupling of two adjacent sandwich panels can be made. These sealing devices may also be at least partially received in grooves or already integrated in the end faces, if the end faces, for example, consist of an extruded profile.
According to another preferred embodiment, the sandwich panels are standardized in a fixed number of lengths, for example, three lengths formed with which can form walls with and without door and window openings with only very few different elements.
The cover layers may consist of steel, aluminum, plastic or plastic compound or wood material or contain these materials. The sandwich core, for example, consist of a contributing to the rigidity of the construction insulation material, such as polyurethane, polystyrene or mineral wool.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, one or both end faces of a sandwich panel are formed by corresponding deformation of one or both ceiling layers, so that each end face is formed integrally with a cover layer.
The cover layers can be connected to each other in a variety of ways. On the one hand, it is possible that they are interconnected by the sandwich core, for example, glued, are. Further, it is possible that the cover layers are directly connected to each other, for example by a corresponding fold, by riveting or by a clip-locking, which can be achieved directly or with the interposition of a separate element.

The sandwich panel shown schematically in cross-section in Figure 1 consists essentially of a first cover layer 12, a second cover layer and a sandwich core 1 16. The first cover layer 12 also extends over the two end portions 20, wherein it is correspondingly formed and forms this with. The second cover layer 14 is arranged substantially parallel to the first cover layer 12 and has folds on its longitudinal sides, by means of which the both cover layers 12 and 14 are connected to one another in these fold regions in order to produce a uniform outer skin that is closed relative to the inner space. The interior thus produced is foamed with a polyurethane foam material 16 serving as a sandwich core. Of course, other core materials can be used at any time.
Of course, the cover layers 12 and 14 can be connected to each other in other ways, for example via separate elements made of sheet metal, plastic or wood.
In the production, it is in particular possible to produce such sandwich panels in a double-belt system, wherein the materials for the cover layers 12 and 14 formed or fed as a rod material of the double belt system and the core material is introduced before entering the double belt system.
The two end faces 20 of the sandwich panel 10 are formed in the embodiment in Figure 1 in a simple stepped form, wherein at the height of half the thickness h 3 of the sandwich panel 10 projects a nose. In this case, both the width of the projection h 2 as well as the height of the projection h 3 is the same size as the remaining height of the part jumping behind the nose h-ι, so that in the cross-sectional view in Fig. 1 results in a staircase shape.
The graduation formed in this way is suitable for enabling a positive joining of two sandwich panels 10 at their end faces extending over the longitudinal side, in two ways. Assembling two sandwich panels, which are rotated by 90 °, as shown in Fig. 2, this results in a 90 ° corner connection (reference numeral 22) wherein the surface hi of a sandwich panel comes to rest on the surface h 2 of the adjacent sandwich panel and in the same way the surface h 2 of the first sandwich panel comes to lie on the surface h 3 of the second sandwich panel. If the sandwich panels are arranged in such a way that each adjacent sandwich panel is rotated by 180 °, then, as shown in FIG. 3, it is possible to realize an overall flat planar structure in the form of a wall. In other words, between two adjacent sandwich panels in each case a 180 ° connection. In each case, the nose of a gradation comes to lie in the recess formed by the recess of the respective subsequent sandwich panel.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show similar illustrations as in FIGS. 2 and 3, wherein, however, by means of screw connections 26 both the corner connections (FIG. 4) and the 180 ° connections (FIG. 5) can now be realized. Of course, instead of the screw connection, it is also possible to choose glued, riveted or other connections. It is only necessary to fix adjacent sandwich panels according to each other.
FIG. 6 shows the arrangement of different sealing beads. In each case two sealing beads are provided in the area of the contact surfaces on each end face of a sandwich panel, which complement each other during assembly. When joining adjacent sandwich panels in the 90 ° arrangement or the 180 ° arrangement, these sealing arrangements, for example sealing beads, come to lie between adjacent areas and result in a moisture-proof and hermetic seal. It is not shown that these sealing beads can also be partially received in recesses (for example grooves).
In FIG. 7 it can be seen how a space can be formed with the sandwich panels presented in the preceding figures. Thus, the space shown in Figure 7 consists of two opposite longitudinal and two opposite transverse walls, wherein the longitudinal walls of 5 respectively in the opposite direction adjacent panel 30.1 and 30.3 consist and the transverse walls also from three each in reverse orientation to each other arranged longitudinal panel 30.2 or. 30.4 exist. Only the respective outer panel 30.1 with 30.2, 30.2 with 30.3, 30.3 with 30.4 and 30.4 with 30.1 give the 90 ° -Eckverbindungen. In this way, it is clear that a house can be built in a grid.
If standardized sandwich panels with, for example, three lengths are used, it is thus possible in the simplest manner to form walls with or without window and door openings without subsequent processing being necessary or waste products occurring. This is shown in FIG. Thus, in the wall construction in FIG. 8, standard panels having a first length L1 (reference numeral 23), a length L2 (reference numeral 34) and a length L3 (reference numeral 36) are used. If two sandwich panels of length L1 are joined, the result is a closed wall. If only one panel with the length L3, which is arranged at the top, is inserted between two panels with the length L1, then the door opening results as can be seen in FIG. If a panel with the length L3 is inserted between two sandwich panels with the length L1 at the top and a panel with the length L2 is inserted at the bottom, the result is a window opening, as can also be seen in FIG.
In this way, a quick-build system for the construction of low-cost houses. In this case, a cost-effective, because continuous production of the individual Sandwichpaneels possible. Also can be used with the same construction, the most diverse materials for the panel, the cover layer of steel, aluminum, plastic or wood can be made; The core layer may be formed as an insulating layer, for example, polyurethane, filled with solids and / or recycled material polyurethane or polystyrene. Of course, materials such as mineral wool, etc. can be used. Overall, the construction results in the possible construction without connecting elements in a 180 ° or 90 ° manner.
With such sandwich panels, it is possible to produce a cost-effective house with the smallest possible number of different structural elements, preferably with no need for separate frame systems. The statics of the building is due to the design of the sandwich panels, a bonding of the outer layers, the sandwich core and the connection of the sandwich panel with each other be provided. If necessary, profiles (U- or T-profiles) can be placed on the floor into which the sandwich panel can be inserted to form a wall. This ensures a good grip. In the same way, a ring anchor on the upper wall termination can also be realized by a profile. Of course, it is also possible to form not only walls, but also ceilings of a house with the sandwich panel according to the invention.
