Escalier escamotable à 3 ou 4 segments destiné à être installé dans le plafond d'une pièce, ouverture vers le bas, avec le rabat se fermant à partir de l'ouverture inférieure du cadre monté au plafond ; l'escalier comporte trois ou quatre segments (11, 12, 13, 14), qui sont dépliés dans la pièce située sous le plafond, relié au cadre par un mécanisme à charnière, également via une trappe ; chacun des segments d'échelle (11, 12, 13, 14) est muni de limons (15) et de quelques marches, les segments (11, 12, 13, 14) étant reliés les uns aux autres au moyen de charnières (21, 22, 23) situées dans les articulations individuelles des segments suivants (11, 12, 13, 14) en haut ou en bas des limons (15) de ces segments (11, 12, 13, 14) de l'escalier ; où le premier segment (11), situé dans l'escalier disposé dans le plus haut de tous les segments, est relié au deuxième segment (12) par de premières charnières (21) ayant l'axe de rotation directement à la surface supérieure des limons (15) de ces deux segments d'escalier, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième segment (12) et le troisième segment (13) reliés au moyen de secondes charnières (23) avec un axe de rotation (2) éloigné de la surface inférieure des limons (15) du deuxième segment (12) et du troisième segment (13) de l'escalier d'au moins la moitié de la hauteur de la section transversale du limon (15) de ces deux segments (12, 13), appelés plus simplement charnières porte-à-faux (23) ; l'escalier a un mécanisme de sécurité (3) contre la séparation incontrôlée d'au moins deux des derniers segments (12, 13, 14) de l'escalier du premier segment (11) par rotation dans les premières charnières (21) situées dans l'escalier ouvert et non dépliéau bas des segments (11, 12, 13 14) ; chacune des charnières porte-à-faux (23) a une plaque de base (24) fixée au deuxième segment (12) d'escalier, et une plaque rotative (27) fixée au troisième segment (13), le mécanisme de sécurité ayant un crochet (31) monté pivotant sur la pivot (25) et fixé à la plaque de base (24), un support en forme de broche (17), saillant sur le côté du limon du premier segment (11) de l'escalier et un crochet fonctionnant avec la poignée et la tige de déverrouillage (36), articulé avec le crochet (31) et le troisième segment (13) de l'escalier, le crochet (31) reliant le premier segment aux segments successifs (12, 13, 14), le crochet (31) étant situé dans l'escalier ouvert et non déplié, près de l'extrémité supérieure du premier segment (11), et déverrouillé par l'utilisateur de l'escalier.
  2. Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (31) du mécanisme de sécurité (3) est déverrouillé en soulevant au moins le dernier segment de l'escalier, avec sa rotation dans les charnières porte-à-faux (23), qui dans l'escalier ouvert et non dépliés, sont situées sur le dessus.
  3. Escalier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient quatre segments d'échelle, où le quatrième segment (14), en comptant à partir du haut dans l'escalier ouvert, est connecté au troisième segment (13) par les troisièmes charnières (23) ayant un axe de rotation (2) directement sur la surface inférieure des limons des deux segments, tandis que le quatrième segment (14) est entre le troisième (13) et le second segment (12) qui repose sur le premier segment (11) et le crochet (31) du mécanisme de sécurité (3) empêche l'éloignement incontrôlé du premier segment (11) des autres segments, par rotation dans les premières charnières (21) reliant les premier et second segments, situés à proximité des charnières porte-à-faux (23).
  4. Escalier selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (31) du mécanisme de sécurité (3) est déverrouillé en soulevant les troisième (13) et quatrième (14) segments joints, ces deux segments tournant dans les charnières porte-à-faux (23) et séparant la liaison articulée (22) des troisième et quatrième segments du deuxième segment (12) de cet escalier.
  5. Escalier selon la revendication 1, ou 2, ou 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (31) du mécanisme de sécurité (3) a une surface de verrouillage (32) et est articulé avec le deuxième segment (12) de l'escalier avec le pivot (25) et est déverrouillé par la tige de déverrouillage (36), articulée avec ce crochet (31) et l'un des segments suivants (13, 14) de l'escalier, le crochet (31) ayant de préférence une surface inclinée (33) opposée à la surface de verrouillage (32) pour faciliter l'accrochage du crochet (31) en position verrouillée.
  6. Escalier selon la revendication 1 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (31) du mécanisme de sécurité (3) est relié de manière articulée à la plaque de base (24) de la charnière porte-à-faux (23) et est débloqué par une tige (36) reliée de manière pivotante à ce crochet et à un bras (37) fixé au troisième segment (13) de l'escalier.
  7. Escalier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bras (37) relié à la tige de déverrouillage (36), est monté en superposition sur la plaque rotative (27) de la charnière porte-à-faux (23), fixée au troisième segment (13) de l'escalier, de préférence à l'aide de fixations filetées (28) communes au bras (37) et à la plaque rotative (27) de la charnière porte-à-faux.
  8. Escalier selon la revendication 5, ou 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la tige de déverrouillage (36) présente un trou allongé (38) dans lequel le pivot (39) est intégré au crochet (31) du mécanisme de sécurité.
  9. Escalier selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'espace entre le deuxième pivot (17) et la surface de verrouillage (32) du crochet est dégagé dans l'escalier plié.
  10. Escalier selon la revendication 1 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que dans la connexion des troisième (13) et quatrième (14) segments, un verrou inférieur (6) protège contre l'ouverture incontrôlée des deux segments, constituée d'un connecteur plat (61) monté à pivotement dans l'un des segments et d'un quatrième pivot (62) incorporé dans le second de ces segments, et le connecteur (61) présente un trou allongé (63) se terminant par un évidement transversal (64) fonctionnant avec le quatrième pivot (62).
  11. Escalier selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur (61) de verrouillage inférieur est adjacent à la troisième charnière (22) reliant le troisième (13) et le quatrième (14) segments de l'escalier.
  12. Escalier escamotable à 3 ou 4 segments destiné à être installé dans le plafond d'une pièce, ouverture vers le bas, avec le rabat se fermant à partir de l'ouverture inférieure du cadre monté au plafond, l'escalier comporte trois ou quatre segments (11, 12, 13, 14), qui sont dépliés dans la pièce située sous le plafond, relié au cadre par un mécanisme de charnière, également via une trappe ; chacun des segments d'échelle (11, 12, 13, 14) est muni de limons (15) et de quelques marches, les segments (11, 12, 13, 14) étant reliés les uns aux autres au moyen de charnières (21, 22, 23) situées dans les articulations individuelles des segments suivants (11, 12, 13, 14) en haut ou en bas des limons (15) de ces segments (11, 12, 13, 14) de l'escalier ; où le premier segment (11), situé dans l'escalier disposé dans le plus haut de tous les segments, est relié au deuxième segment (12) par de premières charnières (21) ayant l'axe de rotation directement à la surface supérieure des limons (15) de ces deux segments d'escalier, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième segment (12) et le troisième segment (13) sont reliés au moyen de secondes charnières (23) avec un axe de rotation (2) éloigné de la surface inférieure des limons (15) du deuxième segment (12) et du troisième segment (13) de l'escalier d'au moins la moitié de la hauteur de la section transversale des limons (15) de ces deux segments (12, 13), appelées plus simplement charnières porte-à-faux (23) ; l'escalier a un mécanisme de sécurité (7) contre la séparation incontrôlée d'au moins deux des derniers segments (12, 13, 14) de l'escalier du premier segment (11) par rotation dans les premières charnières (21) situées dans l'escalier ouvert et non déplié au bas des segments (11, 12, 13) 14) ; dans lequel le mécanisme de fixation (7) comporte un crochet (71) fixé au troisième segment (13) et immobile par rapport au troisième segment (13) et un pivot (17) faisant saillie latéralement sur le limon (15) du premier segment (11) de l'escalier, le crochet (71) muni d'un bras de crochet (74) dirigé vers le haut parallèlement aux limons (15) de l'escalier, qui, dans l'escalier ouvert et non déplié, s'étend à partir du bas au-delà du pivot (17), ce crochet (71) relie le premier segment (11) aux segments successifs (12, 13, 14), dans lequel le crochet (71) est situé dans l'escalier ouvert et non déplié, près de l'extrémité supérieure du premier segment (11), et est déverrouillé par l'utilisateur de l'escalier.
  13. Escalier selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (71) du mécanisme de sécurité (7) est déverrouillé en soulevant au moins le dernier segment de l'escalier, avec sa rotation dans les charnières porte-à-faux (23), qui dans l'escalier ouvert et non déplié, sont situées sur le dessus.
  14. Escalier selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient quatre segments d'échelle, où le quatrième segment (14), en comptant à partir du haut dans l'escalier ouvert, est connecté au troisième segment (13) à travers les troisièmes charnières (23) ayant un axe de rotation (2) directement sur la surface inférieure des limons des deux segments, tandis que le quatrième segment (14) se situe entre le troisième (13) et le second segment (12) qui repose sur le premier segment (11) et le crochet (71) du mécanisme de sécurité (7) empêchant l'éloignement incontrôlé du premier segment (11) des autres segments, par rotation dans les premières charnières (21) reliant les premier et second segments, est situé au-dessous des charnières porte-à-faux (23).
  15. Escalier selon la revendication 1 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que dans la connexion des troisième (13) et quatrième (14) segments, un verrou inférieur (6) protège contre l'ouverture incontrôlée des deux segments, constituée d'un connecteur plat (61) monté à pivotement dans l'un des segments et d'un second pivot (62) incorporé dans le second de ces segments, et le connecteur (61) présente un trou allongé (63) se terminant par un évidement transversal (64) fonctionnant avec le second pivot (62).
  16. Escalier selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur (61) de verrouillage inférieur est adjacent à la troisième charnière (22) reliant les troisième (13) et quatrième (14) segments de l'escalier.
