Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beschlagsanordnung zur schwenkbaren Befestigung eines scharniergelagerten Bauteils an einer Häuserwand, wie beispielsweise eines Klappladens, einer Tür oder einer Klappe für Innen oder Außen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Diese Beschlagsanordnung weist ein Band auf, an dem eine Scharnierbuchse für eine schwenkbare Lagerung an einem wandseitigen Scharnierstift ausgebildet ist. Zudem umfasst die Beschlagsanordnung eine Befestigungseinrichtung, die zum Einen Montagemittel für eine starre Verbindung der Beschlagsanordnung mit einem Rahmen des betreffenden Bauteils und zum Anderen Festlegemittel aufweist, über die das Band verstellbar an der Befestigungseinrichtung festlegbar ist. Dabei weisen die Montagemittel ein Basiselement und die Festlegemittel ein Aufnahmeelement auf, das an dem Basiselement entlang einer ersten Verschiebungsrichtung verschiebbar gehalten ist. Dabei begrenzt das Aufnahmeelement wenigstens teilweise eine Aufnahme, in der das Band abschnittsweise und entlang einer zweiten Verschiebungsrichtung verschiebbar aufgenommen werden kann. Mittels eines solchen Hintergreifelementes können im montierten Zustand der Befestigungseinrichtung in komfortabler Weise Zugkräfte erzeugt werden, mittels denen das Aufnahmeelement unter Zwischenlage des Bandes gegen das Basiselement beziehungsweise den Bauteilrahmen gedrückt werden kann, beispielsweise um das Band und die Befestigungseinrichtung insgesamt zu fixieren. Das sich durch den Rahmen des Bauteils hindurch erstreckende Zugglied ermöglicht dabei die Justierung des montierten Bauteils von dessen Innenseite. Hierdurch kann die Einstellung des scharniergelagerten Bauteils beispielsweise im Falle eines Klappladens bei geöffnetem Fenster und geschlossenem Klappladen von der Innenseite eines Gebäudes erfolgen.
