Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'appareil de cuisson avec au moins deux inducteurs (10, 12) prévus pour le raccordement à au moins une source de courant alternatif, et des éléments constituant un circuit oscillant, lesquels présentent respectivement au moins une capacité (14, 16), avec au moins un premier onduleur (26) affecté au premier inducteur (10) et un deuxième onduleur (28) affecté au deuxième inducteur (12), caractérisé par au moins une unité de commutation (18) prévue afin de relier les capacités (14, 16) des inducteurs (10, 12) l'une à l'autre dans au moins un mode d'exploitation, l'unité de commutation (18) présentant au moins un élément de commutation (24) prévu afin de commuter les capacités (14, 16) en parallèle dans une position de commutation.
- Dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des inducteurs (10, 12) présente une inductivité (20, 22) reliée simultanément aux deux capacités (14, 16) dans l'au moins un état d'exploitation.
- Dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par une unité de commutation (30) prévue afin de commuter les deux onduleurs (26, 28) en parallèle dans au moins une position de commutation.
- Dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commutation (30) présente au moins un premier élément de commutation (32) prévu afin de relier le premier onduleur (26) au deuxième inducteur (12) affecté au deuxième onduleur.
- Dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commutation (30) présente un deuxième élément de commutation (34) prévu afin de relier le deuxième onduleur (28) au premier inducteur (10) affecté au premier onduleur (26).
- Dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commutation (30) est prévue afin de relier simultanément les onduleurs (26, 28) respectivement avec au maximum un des inducteurs (10, 12).
- Dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon au moins la revendication 3, caractérisé par une unité de commande (36) prévue dans au moins un mode d'exploitation afin de fermer simultanément l'unité de commutation (18) pour la liaison des capacités (14, 16) et l'unité de commutation (30) pour la liaison des onduleurs (26, 28).
- Appareil de cuisson, en particulier appareil de cuisson à induction, avec un dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé d'exploitation d'un dispositif d'appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les capacités (14, 16) des différents inducteurs (10, 12) du dispositif d'appareil de cuisson sont reliées l'une à l'autre dans au moins un mode d'exploitation, et dans lequel les capacités (14, 16) sont commutées en parallèle dans une position de commutation.
