Claims (13)
- Anordnung, umfassend einen Rahmen (3) und eine Verschlussvorrichtung (6), wobei der Rahmen eine Öffnung (8) begrenzt, die eine umgebende Wand (10) aufweist, die Verschlussvorrichtung (6) umfassend:- einen Grundkörper (30), der angepasst ist, um die Öffnung (8) zu verschließen und in dem Rahmen (3) zwischen einer Öffnungsposition und eine Schließposition beweglich ist,- ein Schubelement (34), das ein erstes (36) und ein zweites (38) Ende aufweist und eine entspannte Konfiguration und eine gespannte Konfiguration aufweist, wobei das erste Ende (36) des Schubelements mit dem Grundkörper (30) verbunden ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung ferner ein Verbindungselement (42), das mit dem Grundkörper (30) und dem zweiten Ende (38) des Schubelements verbunden ist, sowie ein Stützorgan (50) umfasst, das von dem Verbindungselement (42) getragen wird und angepasst ist, um bei einer Verschiebung des Grundkörpers (30) zwischen der Schließposition und der Öffnungsposition und umgekehrt an der umgebenden Wand (10) der Öffnung (8) anzuliegen, einer Verschiebung, bei der das Verbindungselement (42) es dem Schubelement (34) ermöglicht, von der gespannten Konfiguration in die entspannte Konfiguration und umgekehrt überzugehen, wobei das Stützorgan (50) ferner angepasst ist, um außer Kontakt mit der Wand (10) der Öffnung (8) zu sein, wenn der Grundkörper (30) in der Öffnungsposition ist, und in Kontakt mit der Wand (10) zu sein, wenn der Grundkörper (30) in einer Zwischenposition ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (42) ein Schwingarm ist.
- Anordnung, umfassend einen Rahmen (3) und eine Verschlussvorrichtung (6), wobei der Rahmen eine Öffnung (8) begrenzt, die eine umgebende Wand (10) aufweist, die Verschlussvorrichtung (6) umfassend:- einen Grundkörper (30), der angepasst ist, um die Öffnung (8) zu verschließen und in dem Rahmen (3) zwischen einer Öffnungsposition und eine Schließposition beweglich ist,- ein Schubelement (34), das ein erstes (36) und ein zweites (38) Ende aufweist und eine entspannte Konfiguration und eine gespannte Konfiguration aufweist, wobei das erste Ende (36) des Schubelements mit dem Grundkörper (30) verbunden ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung ferner ein flexibles Verbindungselement (42), beispielsweise ein Kabel, ein Seil oder eine Kette umfasst, wobei das Verbindungselement (42) mit dem Grundkörper (30) und dem zweiten Ende (38) des Schubelements verbunden ist, sowie ein Stützorgan (50), das von dem zweiten Ende (38) gebildet und angepasst ist, um bei einer Verschiebung des Grundkörpers (30) zwischen der Schließposition und der Öffnungsposition und umgekehrt an der umgebenden Wand (10) der Öffnung (8) anzuliegen, einer Verschiebung, bei der das Verbindungselement (42) es dem Schubelement (34) ermöglicht, von der gespannten Konfiguration in die entspannte Konfiguration und umgekehrt überzugehen, wobei das Stützorgan (50) ferner angepasst ist, um außer Kontakt mit der Wand (10) der Öffnung (8) zu sein, wenn der Grundkörper (30) in der Öffnungsposition ist, und in Kontakt mit der Wand (10) zu sein, wenn der Grundkörper (30) in einer Zwischenposition ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (42) angepasst ist, um das zweite Ende (38) des Schubelements (34) zu führen, wenn der Grundkörper zwischen der Öffnungsposition und der Schließposition verschoben wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (36) des Schubelements (34) durch ein erstes Gelenk (40) um eine erste Gelenkachse (A-A) mit dem Grundkörper (30) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende (38) des Schubelements (34) über ein zweites Gelenk (44) um eine zweite Gelenkachse (B-B) mit dem Verbindungselement (42) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (42) über ein drittes Gelenk (46) um eine dritte Gelenkachse (C-C) mit dem Grundkörper (30) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlussvorrichtung (6) ein eigenständiges handhabbares Modul aus einem Block darstellt.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, die von dem Anspruch 1 abhängig sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Zwischenposition des Grundkörpers und der Schließposition die umgebende Wand (10) eine Reaktionskraft auf das Verbindungsorgan (42) ausübt, wobei die Reaktionskraft gegen eine von dem Schubelement (34) ausgeübte Kraft gerichtet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (3) und die Verschlussvorrichtung (6) mindestens ein erstes Scharnier (12) aufweisen, das angepasst ist, um ein Kippen des Grundkörpers (30) in Bezug auf den Rahmen zwischen seiner Öffnungs- und Schließposition um eine erste Kippachse (X-X) zu ermöglichen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Scharnier (12) angepasst ist, um eine Verschiebung der Verschlussvorrichtung in Bezug auf den Rahmen in eine Sperrposition zu ermöglichen, zumindest wenn der Grundkörper in seiner offenen Position ist, wobei in der Sperrposition ein Kippen des Grundkörpers in die Schließposition blockiert ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung in die Sperrposition ein Kippen des Grundkörpers (30) um eine zweite Kippachse (Y-Y) ist, und, dass die zweite Kippachse (Y-Y) sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der ersten Kippachse (X-X) erstreckt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (3) und die Verschlussvorrichtung (6) ein zweites Scharnier (14) umfassen, das angepasst ist, um ein Kippen des Grundkörpers zwischen seiner Öffnungs- und Schließposition um die erste Kippachse (X-X) zu ermöglichen, wobei das zweite Scharnier ein Scharnier (22) der Verschlussvorrichtung und ein Scharnier (20) des Rahmens umfasst, und, dass das Blockieren des zweiten Scharniers (14) durch Eingriff des Scharniers (22) der Verschlussvorrichtung in eine Aussparung (20A) des Scharniers (20) des Rahmens erlangt wird.
