Claims (14)
- Méthode pour le traitement de feuilles de formats différents, présentant les étapes suivantes:alimenter des feuilles (6a, 6b) dans une direction d'alimentation (F) l'une derrière l'autre et à une certaine vitesse d'alimentation (v) vers au moins un premier et un deuxième tambour-collecteur (2, 3) qui présentent des surfaces latérales essentiellement cylindriques,entraîner chaque tambour-collecteur (2, 3) autour d'un axe de rotation (2a, 3a) à une vitesse circonférentielle (u), qui correspond essentiellement à la vitesse d'alimentation (v) des feuilles (6a, 6b),attacher temporairement au moins une partie des feuilles (6a, 6b) sur chaque fois un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3), etdétacher les feuilles (6a, 6b) attachées du premier respectivement du deuxième tambour-collecteur (2, 3) ettraiter ultérieurement les feuilles (6a, 6b) détachées,caractérisée en ce queles feuilles (6a, 6b) présentent différents formats eten ce que les feuilles (6a) d'un premier format sont attachées au premier tambour-collecteur (2) et les feuilles (6b) d'un autre, deuxième format sont attachées sur l'autre, deuxième tambour-collecteur (3).
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque fois plusieurs feuilles (6) sont collectées en une pile de feuilles (S) sur au moins un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3), et en ce que la pile de feuilles (S) est détachée du tambour-collecteur (2, 3) associé et enlevée pour un traitement ultérieur.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque fois plusieurs feuilles (6b) du premier format sont collectées au premier tambour-collecteur (2, 3) pour former une première pile de feuilles (S1) et chaque fois plusieurs feuilles (6a) du deuxième format sont collectées sur le deuxième tambour-collecteur (2, 3) pour former une deuxième pile de feuilles (S2), et en ce que la première et la deuxième piles de feuilles (S1, S2) sont détachée du tambour-collecteur (2, 3) associé et enlevées pour un traitement ultérieur.
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-3, caractérisée en ce que les feuilles (6) ou les piles de feuilles (S) détachées de l'un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3) sont rassemblées avec les feuilles (6) ou piles de feuilles (S) détachées de l'autre tambour-collecteur (2, 3), préférablement les feuilles (6) ou les piles de feuilles (S) détachées de l'un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3) sont déposées sur les feuilles (6) ou piles de feuilles (S) détachées de l'autre tambour-collecteur (2, 3).
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-4, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins les feuilles (6) qui sont collectées sur un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3) en une pile de feuilles (S) sont connectées les unes aux autres.
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-5, caractérisée en ce qu'une pile de feuilles (S1) détachée de l'un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3), qui est formée de feuilles (6b) d'un format plus petit connectées les unes aux autres, est insérée à l'intérieur d'une pile de feuilles (S2) pliée, qui a été détachée de l'autre tambour-collecteur (2, 3) et est formée de feuilles (6a) d'un format plus grand, préférablement deux fois plus grand.
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une feuille (6b) d'un format plus petit détachée de l'un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3) est insérée à l'intérieur d'une pile de feuilles (S) pliée, qui a été détachée de l'autre tambour-collecteur (2, 3) et est formée de feuilles (6a) d'un format plus grand, préférablement deux fois plus grand.
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-7, caractérisée en ce que sur le tambour-collecteur (2, 3), sur lequel plusieurs feuilles (6) sont collectées, les feuilles (6) sont attachées sur le tambour-collecteur (2, 3) avec l'un de leurs bords (6v) s'étendant orienté transversalement par rapport à la direction d'alimentation (F).
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-8, caractérisée en ce que chaque fois des feuilles (6a, 6b) de différents formats sont collectées au moins sur un des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3).
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-9, caractérisée en ce que des feuilles d'un autre format sont enroulées sur un troisième tambour-collecteur (25) avec une surface latérale essentiellement cylindrique et sont attachées temporairement à la circonférence de ce tambour-collecteur (25).
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications 1-10, caractérisée en ce qu'il sert à attacher et à collecter des feuilles (6) imprimées, en particulier au moyen d'une station d'impression digitale, qui sont préférablement une partie d'un journal, d'un périodique, d'une brochure ou ce genre de produits.
- Dispositif pour le traitement de feuilles de formats différents présentant:un dispositif d'alimentation (4) pour alimenter des feuilles (6a, 6b) de différents formats dans une direction d'alimentation (F), les unes derrière les autres, et avec une certaine vitesse de convoyage (v),au moins un premier et un deuxième tambour-collecteur (2, 3) disposés en aval du dispositif d'alimentation (4), avec des surfaces latérales essentiellement cylindriques, et qui peuvent tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (2a, 3a),des moyens de fixation pour attacher temporairement à la circonférence des tambours-collecteurs (2, 3) des feuilles (6a, 6b) alimentées, etun dispositif d'entraînement (8) pour entraîner les tambours-collecteurs (2, 3) en rotation à une vitesse circonférentielle (u), qui correspond essentiellement à la vitesse d'alimentation (v) du dispositif d'alimentation (4)caractérisé en ce queles feuilles (6a) d'un premier format sont attachées au premier tambour-collecteur (2) et les feuilles (6b) d'un autre, deuxième format sont attachées sur l'autre, deuxième tambour-collecteur (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par un troisième tambour-collecteur (25), disposé en aval du dispositif d'alimentation (4), qui a une surface latérale essentiellement cylindrique, qui peut tourner autour d'un axe de rotation et présente des moyens de fixation, pour attacher temporairement des feuilles (6) alimentées à sa circonférence.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation sont des moyens de fixation qui fonctionnent mécaniquement ou au moyen de forces électrostatiques.
