Von besonderem Vorteil ist es, wenn das Kraftbeaufschlagungsmittel als elastisch auslenkbarer Steg an einem Sperrfortsatz der Kappe, vorgesehen ist. Dieser auslenkbare Steg wird bei einer Verlagerung der Kappe aus der Sperrlage in die Freigabelage elastisch ausgelenkt, insbesondere durch einen zum Außengehäuse ortsfesten Gegenabschnitt. Allerdings ist es ebenfalls denkbar, dass auch der ortsfest angebrachte Gegenabschnitt elastisch ausdenkbar ist. Dies kann beispielsweise durch die Formgebung der Sperrfortsätze erreicht werden oder aber auch durch anderweitige formschlüssig einer Verlagerung entgegenwirkenden Abschnitte an der Kappe einerseits und dem Außengehäuse andererseits. Vorteil dieser Gestaltung ist, dass es für ein Kind, insbesondere ein Kleinkind, besonders schwer zu durchschauen ist, wenn eine Kappe in drei voneinander abweichenden Bewegungsphasen zunächst unter Beibehaltung ihrer Sperrlage in Abziehrichtung bewegt werden muss, um anschließend in der Orthogonalebene in die Freigabelage verbracht zu werden, bevor eine weitergeführte Verlagerung in Abziehrichtung möglich ist. Vorzugsweise muss die Kappe gegenüber dem Außengehäuse um mindestens 2 mm, vorzugsweise um mindestens 4 mm, unter Beibehaltung der Sperrlage bewegt werden, um anschließend in der Orthogonalebene bewegbar zu sein und so in die Freigabelage verbracht werden zu können. Da bereits das Abheben der Kappe um die genannten 2 mm oder 4 mm zu einer begrenzten Beweglichkeit der Betätigungshandhabe gegenüber dem Außengehäuse führt, wird es als bevorzugt angesehen, wenn diese Verlagerungsdistanz so bemessen ist, dass eine Verlagerung der Betätigungshandhabe aus ihrem unbetätigtem Zustand um diese Strecke noch keinen Austragvorgang hervorruft.Particularly advantageous is a design in which the cap and the outer housing are adapted to each other in such a way that a displacement of the cap from the locked position into the release position is only possible if the cap has been displaced from the protective position initially in stripping direction. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass mehrere Sperrfortsätze an der Kappe vorgesehen sind, denen jeweils eine Ausnehmung am Außengehäuse zugeordnet ist. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass die Sperrfortsätze jeweils derart an die zugeordneten Ausnehmungen angepasst sind, dass durch Drehen der Kappe um eine zur Abziehrichtung parallele Drehachse alle Sperrfortsätze gegenüber den jeweiligen Ausnehmungen aus Ihrer Sperrlage in ihre Freigabelage verlagerbar sind. Eine solche Gestaltung kann beispielsweise dadurch erreicht werden, dass Hinterschneidungsabschnitte an den Sperrfortsätzen sich bei zwei Sperrfortsätzen, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Austragöffnung an der Kappe angeordnet sind, in entgegengesetzte Richtung erstrecken. So kann durch eine Drehbewegung zur Überführung der Kappe aus der Sperrlage in die Freigabelage gleichzeitig für alle Hinterschneidungsabschnitte erreicht werden, dass diese mit den jeweiligen Ausnehmungen fluchten, sodass das Abnehmen der Kappe dann möglich ist. Eine Drehbewegung ist vor allen Dingen deshalb von Vorteil, da sie unabhängig davon, wie ein Patient die Austragvorrichtung gerade hält, in gleicher Richtung, vorzugsweise von der Kappe aus gesehen im Uhrzeigersinn, erfolgen kann.According to the invention it is provided that a plurality of locking extensions are provided on the cap, which is associated with a respective recess on the outer housing.
