Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung (10) zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung, um einen Übergang zwischen der Schale (1) und dem Schaft (2) eines Sportschuhs zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Wippe (11), die in Drehung um eine Achse (13) bewegbar ist, einen Hebel (15), welcher in Drehung bewegbar ist und einen Abschnitt umfasst, der einen manuellen Betätigungsarm (25) bildet, und ein elastisches Element, das mit dem Hebel (15) verbunden ist, umfasst, so dass der Hebel (15) eine erste stabile Position, in der er die Wippe (11) in einer Verriegelungsposition hält, und eine zweite stabile Position, in der er die Wippe (11) in einer Entriegelungsposition hält, einnehmen kann, wobei diese beiden Positionen unter der Einwirkung des elastischen Elements stabil gehalten werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (15) ein Befestigungselement für das elastische Element umfasst.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element durch Zusammendrücken arbeitet.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (15) und die Wippe (11) in den beiden Phasen der Verriegelung und Entriegelung der Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung in derselben Drehrichtung bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (15) in Drehung um dieselbe Achse (13) wie die Wippe (11) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element an dem Hebel (15) in einer von der Drehachse des Hebels beabstandeten Position derart befestigt ist, dass ein Trägheitsmoment auf den Hebel (15) zum Halten des Hebels (15) in den beiden Positionen der Verriegelung und Entriegelung ausgeübt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element ein Trägheitsmoment für eine Drehung des Hebels in zwei entgegengesetzte Richtungen in den beiden stabilen Positionen des Hebels (15) ausübt.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (15) zwei Flächen (18, 21) umfasst, um auf zwei entsprechende Flächen (19, 22) der Wippe (11) einzuwirken und diese in eine Verriegelungsposition in seiner ersten stabilen Position und in eine Entriegelungsposition in seiner zweiten stabilen Position zu bringen.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Hebel (15) mindestens teilweise unabhängig von der Wippe (11) am Beginn seiner Betätigung aus mindestens einer seiner beiden stabilen Positionen drehen kann.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (15) ein Kabel oder nachgiebiges Element für seine Betätigung umfasst.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element eine lineare Feder (16) ist, die durch Zusammendrücken arbeitet.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (16) eine Neigungsbreite von weniger als 30 Grad zwischen den beiden stabilen Positionen des Hebels (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wippe (11) eine Fläche (14) zu einem Ende hin aufweist, welche eine erste Position, die geeignet ist, in Anlage (4) gegen einen Schuh in ihrer Verriegelungsposition zu gelangen, und eine zweite Position, die geeignet ist, aus der Anlage (4) an den Schuh in ihrer Entriegelungsposition (15) zu gelangen, einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Abdeckung (17) umfasst, um mindestens einen Abschnitt des elastischen Elements und/oder einer Basis (12) zur Befestigung der Drehachse (13) der Wippe zu verbergen.
- Sportschuh, umfassend eine Schale (1), die den Fuß umgibt, und einen an der Schale (1) angelenkten Schaft (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine Vorrichtung (10) zur Verriegelung und Entriegelung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, die in seinem hinteren Abschnitt als Übergang zwischen der Schale (1) und dem Schaft (2) angeordnet ist, um die Bewegungsfreiheit des Schafts (2) relativ zu der Schale (1) in ihrer Verriegelungsposition zu reduzieren oder einzuschränken.
- Sportschuh nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wippe (11) eine gegen die hintere Fläche des Schuhs gedrückte Position einnimmt, damit eine Fläche (14) in Anlage an einen Anschlag (4) des Schuhs in ihrer Verriegelungsposition und in einer von der Fläche des Schuhs beabstandeten Position in ihrer Entriegelungsposition bleibt.
- Sportschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (15) einen Arm (25) aufweist, der eine Position nahe der Fläche des Schuhs in seiner ersten stabilen Position und eine Position im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dieser Fläche in seiner zweiten stabilen Position einnimmt.
