Claims (13)
- Metalldeckel für einen Behälterkörper, insbesondere für einen Behälter der Metallkonservendosenart,
wobei der Deckel (1) (i) einen umlaufenden Teil (2) für seine Montage auf dem Behälterkörper und (ii) einen mittleren Teil (4) umfasst, der eine mittlere Verschlussplatte bildet, die von dem umlaufenden Teil (2) begrenzt und mit diesem mittels einer Sollbruchlinie (3) verbunden ist,
wobei die mittlere Platte (4) im Bereich einer ihrer Oberflächen mit einem Greifelement (6) ausgestattet ist, das sich aus zwei Teilen zusammensetzt, durch die eine Leingssymmetrieachse (6') verläuft: einem ersten Teil (7), der fest mit der mittleren Platte (4) verbunden ist, und einem zweiten eigentlichen Greifteil (8),
wobei das Greifelement (6) das Ausüben eines Zugs auf die mittlere Platte (4) ermöglicht, um die Sollbruchilnie (3) von einer proximalen Zone (3c), die an das Greifelement (6) angrenzt, bis zu einer dem Greifelement (6) gegenüberliegenden distalen Zone (3b2) zu brechen,
wobei das Greifelement (6) dazu vorgesehen ist, sich bei diesem Zug mindestens annähernd über die Länge und in Bezug auf eine allgemeine Zuglinie (9), die von der mittleren Platte (4) zwischen der proximalen Zone (3c) und der distalen Zone (3b2) abgegrenzt wird, fortzubewegen,
wobei die mittlere Platte (4) außerdem eine oder mehrere innere Kehlungen (10) umfasst, die von Kehlungsabschnitten (10a, 10b) gebildet werden und die zum Verstärken ihrer Biegebestöndigkeit mindestens entlang Linien, die quer zu der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) verlaufen, angeordnet sind, wobei mindestens zwei der inneren Kehlungsabschnitte (10b1, 10b2) auf jeweils einer Seite der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) eingerichtet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren Kehlungsabschnitte (10b) zwei seitliche Kehlungsteile (13) bilden, die jeweils auf einer Seite der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) eingerichtet sind, wobei die seitlichen Kehlungsteile (13) jeweils (i) einen Innenkehlungsabschnitt (10b1) auf einer der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) und (ii) einen Außenkehlungsabschnitt (10b2) umfassen, der sich in dem Raum erstreckt, der den Innenabschnitt (10b1) von der Sollbruchlinie (3) trennt, und dass die Innenabschnitte (10b1) und/oder die Außenabschnitte (10b2) von zwei seitlichen Kehlungsteilen (13) sich in Bezug auf die allgemeine Zuglinie (9) und ebenfalls zueinander divergierend erstrecken, wodurch divergierende Kehlungsabschnitte gebildet werden. - Deckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenabschnitte (10b1) von zwei seitlichen Kehlungsteilen (13) sich in Bezug auf die allgemeine Zuglinie (9) und ebenfalls zueinander divergierend erstrecken und dass die Außenabschnitte (10b2) von zwei seitlichen Kehlungsteilen (13) sich in Bezug auf die allgemeine Zuglinie (9) und ebenfalls zueinander divergierend erstrecken, wobei die Innenabschnitte (10b1) und die Außenabschnitte (10b2) von zwei seitlichen Kehlungsteilen (13) die divergierenden Kehlungsabschnitte bilden.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenabschnitte (10b1) und/oder Außenabschnitte (10b2) von zwei seitlichen Kehlungsteilen (13) sich in Bezug auf die allgemeine Zuglinie (9) und ebenfalls zueinander divergierend in Richtung der distalen Zone (3b2) der Sollbruchlinie (3) erstrecken.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenabschnitte (10b1) von zwei seitlichen Kehlungsteilen (13) im Bereich eines ersten Endes in der Nähe der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) durch einen ersten Schnittstellenabschnitt (10b4) miteinander verbunden sind, der sich im Bereich der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) erstreckt, und dass die zwei Abschnitte (10b1, 10b2) jedes der seitlichen Kehlungsteile (13) durch einen zweiten Schnittstellenabschnitt (10b3) im Bereich ihres zweiten Endes verbunden sind, das sich in einem Abstand von der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) und in der Nähe der Sollbruchlinie (3) befindet.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Kehlungsabschnitte (10b1, 10b2) ein und desselben Kehlungsteils (13) zueinander von ihren Enden in der Nähe der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) bis zu ihren Enden in einem Abstand von der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) divergieren.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die divergierenden Kehlungsabschnitte (10b1, 10b2) sich über mindestens einen Teil ihrer Länge geradlinig oder mindestens im Wesentlichen geradlinig erstrecken.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die divergierenden Kehlungsabschnitte (10b1, 10b2) sich in Bezug auf die allgemeine Zuglinie (9) symmetrisch oder mindestens im Wesentlichen symmetrisch erstrecken.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die allgemeine Zuglinie (9) sich aus mindestens zwei Teilen zusammensetzt:- einem proximalen Teil (9a) der Seite der proximalen Zone (3c) der Sollbruchlinie (3), der in Bezug auf die Längsachse (6') des Greifelements (6) koaxial oder mindestens im Wesentlichen koaxial ausgerichtet ist, und- einem distalen Teil (9b) der Seite der distalen Zone (3c2) der Sollbruchlinie (3), der in Bezug auf eine Mittelachse (4') der mittleren Platte (4), die durch die distale Zone (3c2) verläuft, koaxial oder mindestens im Wesentlichen koaxial ausgerichtet ist,und dass die divergierenden Kehlungsabschnitte (10b1, 10b2) im Bereich des distalen Teils (9b) der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) eingerichtet sind.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei andere Kehlungsabschnitte (10a) jeweils auf einer Seite des proximalen Teils (9a) der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) eingerichtet sind, wobei die proximalen Kehlungsabschnitte (9a) sich in der Nähe eines Teils der Sollbruchlinie (3) und entlang dieses erstrecken.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 9 in Kombination mit Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die proximalen Kehlungsabschnitte (10a) jeweils mit dem ersten Ende des Außenabschnitts (10b2) eines der seitlichen Kehlungsteile (13) verbunden sind.
- Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei divergierenden Kehlungsabschnitte (10b1, 10b2) in proximaler zu distaler Richtung der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) abweichen.
- Deckel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Platte (4) eine allgemeine, nicht kreisförmige Form aufweist, die von einer Sollbruchlinie (3) abgegrenzt wird, die zwei Längsabschnitte (3a) umfasst, die durch zwei Querabschnitte (3b) verbunden sind,
und dass das Greifelement (6) im Bereich eines Winkels der Sollbruchlinie (3) befestigt ist, der der Schnittstelle zwischen einem ersten Querabschnitt (3b1) und einem ersten Längsabschnitt (3a1) der Sollbruchlinie (3) entspricht, um ihre proximale Bruchzone (3c) zu bilden, und
dass die zwei divergierenden Kehlungsabschnitte (10b1, 10b2) von der allgemeinen Zuglinie (9) in Richtung des zweiten Querabschnitts (3b2) der Sollbruchlinie (3) abweichen, wodurch die distale Bruchzone gebildet wird. - Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Platte (4) außerdem Kehlungsabschnitte (11) umfasst, die sich entlang und in der Nähe mindestens eines Teils der Lange der Sollbruchlinie (3) erstrecken, und dass die inneren Kehlungsabschnitte (10) und umlaufenden Kehlungsabschnitte (11) der mittleren, Platte (4) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass sie zusammen eine einzige durchgehende Kehlung bilden.
