Claims (15)

  1. Premier produit partiel (10) d'un appareil électrique d'installation (1), en particulier appareil de commutation à basse tension,
    le premier produit partiel (10) comprenant un boîtier (14) de l'appareil d'installation (1) et un premier groupe fonctionnel (10') de l'appareil d'installation (1),
    le premier groupe fonctionnel (10') étant disposé dans le boîtier (14),
    le boîtier (14) présentant un moyen de réception (24) au moyen duquel un deuxième produit partiel (12) de l'appareil d'installation électrique (1) peut être relié au premier produit partiel (10),
    ce deuxième produit partiel (12) contenant un deuxième groupe fonctionnel (12') de l'appareil d'installation (1) conçu pour entrer en coopération et/ou en interaction avec le premier groupe fonctionnel (12'),
    la liaison du deuxième produit partiel (12) avec le premier produit partiel (10) ou l'insertion du deuxième produit partiel (12) dans le premier produit partiel (10) et la mise en coopération du premier groupe fonctionnel (10') avec le deuxième groupe fonctionnel (12') rendant fonctionnel l'appareil d'installation électrique (1),

Premier produit partiel selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier groupe fonctionnel (10') présente au moins un des éléments suivants : contacts complémentaires (32), induit magnétique (34), mécanique de commutation (36), pont de contact (40), contact (42, 44), borne de raccordement (46, 48), conducteur électrique (50), borne (52) de raccordement de bobine magnétique, conducteur de liaison (54, 56).
  4. Premier produit partiel selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments du premier groupe fonctionnel sont configurés de manière largement indépendante de la tension et/ou de l'intensité du courant qui traverse l'appareil d'installation (1) et/ou au moyen duquel l'appareil d'installation (1) est commandé.
  5. Deuxième produit partiel (12) conçu pour être relié à un premier produit partiel (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 ou conçu pour être inséré dans un premier produit partiel (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, un deuxième groupe fonctionnel (12') d'un appareil d'installation électrique (1) étant formé dans le deuxième produit partiel (12), caractérisé en ce que
    au moyen de différents modes de réalisation du deuxième groupe fonctionnel (12'), l'appareil d'installation (1) formé par le premier produit partiel (10) et le deuxième produit partiel (12) peut être confectionné ou adapté à différentes tensions, différentes intensités de courant et/ou différentes conditions de commutation de l'appareil de l'installation.
  6. Deuxième produit partiel selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le deuxième groupe fonctionnel présente une bobine magnétique (30).
  7. Deuxième produit partiel selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que la bobine magnétique (30) sert à entraîner le premier groupe fonctionnel formé dans le premier produit partiel (10).
  8. Deuxième produit partiel selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que la bobine magnétique (30) sert à détecter une surintensité survenant brièvement.
  9. Deuxième produit partiel selon les revendications 6 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième groupe fonctionnel (12') présente un bimétal qui sert à détecter une surintensité survenant pendant une longue durée.
  10. Appareil d'installation électrique (1) formé par un premier produit partiel (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 et par un deuxième produit partiel (12) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9.
  11. Appareil d'installation électrique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (24) de réception de boîtier est fermée par un élément de fermeture (60) formé en particulier par un couvercle de boîtier (60') ou par un corps de fermeture coulé ou injecté.
  12. Appareil d'installation électrique selon les revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le corps de fermeture qui ferme l'ouverture (24) de réception de boîtier ne peut être enlevé du boîtier (14).
  13. Appareil d'installation électrique selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil d'installation électrique est un relais d'installation.
  14. Procédé de fabrication d'un appareil d'installation électrique (1) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, dans lequel un premier produit partiel (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 et un deuxième produit partiel (12) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9 sont fabriqués et le deuxième produit partiel (12) est inséré dans le premier produit partiel (10) ou est placé sur lui dans une étape suivante.
  15. Procédé de fabrication d'un appareil d'installation électrique (1) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'avant d'insérer ou de placer le deuxième produit partiel (12) dans le premier produit partiel (10), un premier groupe fonctionnel (10') du premier produit partiel (10) et/ou un deuxième groupe fonctionnel (12') du deuxième produit partiel (12) sont testés.
