Description

The invention relates to a partition wall for the separation of bulk materials according to the preamble of claim 1. Such partitions are often compiled to partition arrangements, which are provided by these partition arrangements different chambers formed by the partition walls, in which bulk materials of different types can be stored. With appropriate requirement profiles, it is necessary that roof structures are arranged on the shelving arrangements to odg the stored bulk goods against the weather. to protect. From the EP 1 811 105 A2 is a partition for the separation of bulk materials with a bottom plate and side walls known, which are connected together to form a fillable at least partially fillable with a cavity. In the area of the upper edge of this known partition wall, in one embodiment, the same holding parts in the form of connection plates are provided, which serve to connect the roof construction. The connection plates can be connected with the roof construction to be applied to the partition wall; accordingly are by the connection plates to the roof construction attacking forces can be absorbed and deduced. One of the two connection plates is provided with a static reinforcement made of flat steel. This document discloses all features of the preamble of claim 1. Based on the above-described prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a partition wall for the separation of bulk materials, in which the transferred from the roof structure to the holding part forces can be better forwarded, wherein by means of simple means a robust attachment of the holding part to be realized on the side walls.

This object is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

Due to the design of the substructure as ladder-like or truss-like structure, the holding part can be fixed in a resistant manner to the side walls and to the bottom plate of the partition.

Die Stellwand in ihrer Gesamtheit, d.h. einschließlich ihrer Bodenplatte etc., dient als Kraftaufnahme- bzw. Kraftableitungsmittel. The partition in its entirety, ie including its bottom plate, etc., serves as Kraftaufnahme- or force dissipation means. By connecting the holding parts to the partition wall is achieved that the total of the partition wall absorbable forces can be increased considerably. The entire extent of the partition wall as well as the entire weight thereof, including the contents accommodated in it, can serve for the absorption of force or the removal of force. It should also be noted that it is basically possible to connect to the on-site support, eg a foundation.

As a result, a resilient attachment of the holding part on the side walls and possibly on the bottom plate of the partition wall is achieved by simple means.

Particularly in the case of tensile stresses, this truss-like design of the substructure can offer advantages.

If the substructure extends from the holding part to the bottom plate of the partition wall, the entire weight of the partition is available from the outset to compensate any forces acting on the roof construction.

Alternatively, it is possible that the substructure extends from the holding part to a preferably end-side side wall of the partition wall. As a result, the forces acting on the holding part can be forwarded by means of the substructure and the side wall to the bottom plate.

If the partition wall is provided with a cover plate, which forms the upper end of the partition wall and on which the at least one holding part is arranged, the partition wall in the head area is additionally stabilized by acting as a stiffening cover plate. On the cover plate holding parts can then be mounted in a simple manner.

To initiate reaction forces in the partition wall, it is expedient if the substructure is firmly connected to the bottom plate and with the running in the longitudinal direction of the partition longitudinal side walls, preferably welded, is. In addition, there may be a connection between the substructure and the end walls of the partition wall are created.

The substructure of the at least one holding part can be formed with a comparatively small technical and constructional outlay from flat iron and / or from angle iron.

The at least one holding part of the partition wall can have a double-T cross-section.

Conveniently, the holding parts of the partition wall are designed as consoles with which the roof construction is connectable.

The connection between the roof structure and the brackets of the partition can be advantageously designed as a screw connection.

The width of the console suitably corresponds to the inner width of the partition in the region of its upper edge, so that a simple welding of the console in the partition wall is possible.

In order to dispense with the design of a foundation for the partition even with difficult substrates, it is advantageous if the thickness of the partition wall between the bottom plate and its upper edge in the upward direction preferably decreases gradually and evenly. As a result, the surface pressure exerted by the partition can be significantly reduced without the weight of the partition would have to be reduced.

If two above-described partitions are combined to form a partition wall arrangement in which an end-side side wall of a partition wall of the corresponding end side wall of the further end wall is opposite, the holding part can rest on the upper edges of the opposite end side walls of the two partitions. As a result of this embodiment, a supporting structure designed to a certain extent as a hollow profile can be formed, by means of which loads which also exert torsional forces can be absorbed.

In the following the invention will be explained in more detail by means of embodiments with reference to the drawing.

An in FIG. 1 Partition walls 1 according to the invention, which are shown in principle in principle, are usually part of an arrangement of a plurality of such partitions 1. Such partitions 1 or partition walls are used in particular for the storage of bulk materials, namely where bulk goods have to be stored separately and / or sorted. In particular, recycling and disposal companies, composting plants, container services, Civil engineering and green space offices of municipalities, ports, metallurgical plants, road construction and civil engineering, the building materials trade, city cleaning and agriculture and horticulture into consideration.

In the FIG. 1 shown partition wall 1 has a bottom plate 2, two Stirnseitenwandungen 3, 4 and two Längsseitenwandungen 5, 6. The bottom plate 2 and the four side walls 3, 4, 5, 6 include a cavity 8 a. This cavity can be completely or partially filled with a filling material. For this purpose, an opening is provided at a suitable location through which the cavity 8 can be filled. Depending on the requirement profile of the partition wall 1, the cavity 8 can be filled with a suitable filling material 9, wherein also in terms of the desired or required degree of filling each desired profile of requirements can be met arbitrarily. The higher the degree of filling of the cavity 8 with filling, the greater the weight of the partition wall 1 and the steadier it is. In addition, the partition wall 1 may have a cover plate 7, as shown in FIG FIG. 1 is indicated by the corresponding reference numeral.

At the in FIG. 1 shown partition wall 1 are in the upper region of the Längsseitenwandungen 5, 6, ie almost directly below the upper edge or possibly the cover plate 7 of the partition wall 1, brackets 11, 12 are provided which penetrate the partition wall 1. The two brackets 11, 12 are spaced from each other so that a conventional, in FIG. 1 not shown forklift can be used to transport the partition wall 1 from one place to another.

The upper edge or possibly the cover plate 7 of the partition wall 1 is designed so that suitable roof elements on the plurality of partitions 1 having partition wall arrangement can be placed, with the result that the arranged below these roof elements bulk material is stored protected against precipitation from above.

In FIG. 1 an embodiment of the partition wall 1 according to the invention is shown, in which in the region of the upper edge or possibly the cover plate 7 of the partition 1, two connection plates or holding parts 13 are provided, which serve to connect a roof structure. The holding parts 13 are arranged in the illustrated embodiment, at the ends of the partition wall 1 and provided with holes 14, by means of which a roof construction on the holding parts 13 on the partition wall 1 can be fastened. The holding parts 13 are welded to the side walls 4, 5, 6 and 3, 5, 6 and may be formed of steel. Optionally, a suitable connection, for example a welded joint, with the cover plate 7 is conceivable. In principle, it is possible to position the holding parts 13 over the entire longitudinal extension of the partition wall 1, wherein in the positioning of the holding parts 13 of the roof rack spacing and the wall length are taken into account.

The attachment of the roof structure, not shown in the figure on the partition wall 1 by means not shown in the figure screw, which pass through the holes 14 of the holding members 13.

Like this in FIG. 1 is indicated by the dotted lines, the two holding parts 13 are each provided with a substructure 9, by means of which each holding part 13 is firmly connected to the bottom plate 2 of the partition wall 1. Forces exerted on the holding parts 13, which are transmitted from the roof structure to the holding parts 13, are thus forwarded and received by means of the respective substructure 9 to the partition wall construction.

From the in FIG. 2 shown enlarged view of an essential part of the present invention, the partition wall 1 shows that the holding part 13 is formed as a console 13 by a T-beam. The T-beam is welded to the Längsseitenwandungen 5, 6, wherein from FIG. 2 only the weld on the rear longitudinal side wall 5 emerges.

The holding part or the console 13 is welded on its underside with vertically arranged carriers 15 of the substructure 9. These vertically arranged carrier 15 extend from the underside of the holding part or the console 13 to in FIG. 2 Bottom plate 2, not shown, of the partition wall 1, with which they are also welded. In addition, the vertically arranged carriers 15 are welded to the inner sides of the longitudinal side walls 5, 6 at their edges assigned to the longitudinal side walls 5, 6. Again, only the welding with the in FIG. 2 rear Längsseitenwandung 5 shown.

If the requirement profile of the partition wall 1 is lower, it may be sufficient if the substructure 9 of the holding parts extends only up to provided in the partition wall 1 horizontal struts and not up to the bottom plate 2.

At a regular vertical distance extending in the illustrated embodiment between the two vertically arranged supports 15 a perpendicular to this and thus horizontally arranged support 16, which is welded at its two ends to the vertically arranged supports 15. Depending on the vertical extension of the partition wall 1, a corresponding number of horizontally arranged support 16 is provided. The substructure 9 is in the case of in FIG. 2 thus shown embodiment configured as a ladder-like structure.

Ein weiterer Träger 10 verbindet in gleicher Weise die in Figur 2 gezeigte Unterkonstruktion 9 mit der in Figur 2 nicht gezeigten Stirnseitenwandung 4 bzw. einer zwischen der in Figur 2 gezeigten Unterkonstruktion 9 und dieser Stirnseitenwandung 4 angeordneten weiteren Unterkonstruktion 9.Furthermore, at the in FIG. 2 shown embodiment of the substructure 9 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the partition wall 1 extending carrier 10, by means of which the vertically arranged carrier 15 of the substructure 9 are connected to the end side walls 3, 4. In FIG. 2 only the carrier 10 arranged on the inside of the rear longitudinal side wall 5 in the figure is shown. This is with both the vertically arranged carrier 15 and with the inside of in FIG. 2 shown Stirnseitenwandung 3 welded. Another carrier 10 connects in the same way in FIG. 2 shown substructure 9 with the in FIG. 2 not shown Stirnseitenwandung 4 or one between the in FIG. 2 shown substructure 9 and this Stirnseitenwandung 4 arranged further substructure. 9

From the roof construction, which is not shown in the figures, forces exerted on the holding part 13 are thus directed to the Stirnseitenwandungen 3, 4, the Längsseitenwandungen 5, 6 and the bottom plate 2 of the partition wall 1, so that the Partition 1 as a whole serves to absorb such, acting on the roof structure forces or dissipate.

At the in FIG. 3 shown embodiment of the partition according to the invention, the holding part 13 is formed as a double-T-carrier. At the bottom of this holding part or console 13, two vertically arranged carrier 15 are also provided, which in the already with reference to FIG. 2 described manner with the bottom plate 2 or provided in the partition wall 1 horizontal struts and the Längsseitenwandungen 5, 6 of the partition wall 1 are welded. Between the two vertically arranged supports 15 of the FIG. 3 shown substructure 9 are arranged at an angle to the horizontal inclined support 17, which form a truss-like structure together with the vertically arranged supports 15. Also by means of the support structure designed in this way, forces acting on the holding part or on the bracket 13 via the roof construction can be uniformly discharged onto the movable wall 1 and correspondingly received there.

The oblique beams 17 can, as in FIG. 3 is shown to be formed as an angle iron. In the in the Figures 2 and 3 In the case of the embodiments of the substructure 9 shown, the carriers 10, 15, 16 arranged in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction are each configured as flat iron.

The above-described partition can be installed without it being necessary to provide a foundation for this. For certain surfaces, the strength of which is normally insufficient to accommodate the partition, the partition can be designed to: it has a trapezoidal cross-section, with the result that the bottom plate is much larger than the top edge and thus the surface pressure exerted on the substrate is considerably lower. The partition can thus serve as a bulkhead for bulk materials, and in the above embodiment, it is also support structure for a roof construction or roof elements.

Of course it is also possible to create a foundation for the partition. This can then be connected to the foundation, wherein the attacking forces are introduced via the movable wall support structure in the foundation. Depending on the construction project, a foundation solution may prove to be the most economical solution. This is especially true if foundations already exist. The partition can then be made narrower, as it is connected to the foundation or in case of bad ground, the load on the foundation and forwarded from the foundation to the ground.
