Description

  • L'invention se rattache au secteur technique notamment des emballages conçus à partir de films en matière plastique qui sont destinés à contenir des lots de produits divers, tels que des réceptacles sous forme de bouteilles, flacons, dans les utilisations les plus diverses. L'invention se rattache également au secteur technique des films en matière plastique qui sont destinés à recouvrir des produits à usage alimentaire ou autres et qui sont agencés pour permettre une séparabilité des produits précités d'un lot global en sous-lots et faciliter leur déballage.
  • Il est connu de réaliser sur des films en matière plastique des lignes de prédécoupe permettant une ouverture partielle ou totale selon les applications considérées.
  • On connaît par exemple sur le marché des produits alimentaires liquides tels que bouteille d'eau, sodas, boissons non alcoolisées et similaires, des emballages constitués par un film en matière plastique permettant l'accessibilité au volume intérieur de l'emballage pour permettre après déchirabilité de la zone concernée l'ouverture de l'emballage constituant le pack de produits. C'est par exemple le cas selon le procédé commercialisé sous la marque ZIPACK et défini par les brevets européens EP 717712 et EP 1321379 .
  • La solution définie dans ces documents consiste en la réalisation d'incisions alignées s'étendant sur le périmètre entier de l'emballage et destinées à former une ligne prédéterminée pour détacher chaque rangée de bouteilles de la ou des rangée(s) adjacente(s).
  • La solution décrite dans ces brevets qui fait l'objet d'exploitation présente néanmoins en pratique certains inconvénients. Par exemple, il n'est pas toujours très facile d'effectuer la séparation avec en particulier une difficulté avec la partie de fond de l'emballage. Cela nécessite aussi un outillage coûteux tel que défini dans le brevet EP 1321379 qui divulgue un emballage selon le préambule de la revendication 1. En outre, dans cette réalisation, la prédécoupe réalisée sur le pourtour complet de l'emballage réalisé sous forme de pack est fragilisée lorsque des amorces de ruptures apparaissent suite à des chocs ou sollicitations en appui sur les zones prédécoupées. C'est le cas notamment lors de transport, de manipulations et c'est tout l'ensemble du pack qui est fragilisé, l'amorce de découpe et séparation se développant progressivement sur la ligne continue de la ligne de prédécoupe.
  • On connaît par ailleurs aussi depuis de nombreuses années le concept de faire sur la partie supérieure de l'emballage ou pack des lignes prédécoupées rectilignes ou selon une figure géométrique sous forme de pastilles qui permettent à l'utilisateur de positionner les doigts de main pour déchirer le film à l'endroit des lignes de prédécoupe pour permettre l'accès à l'intérieur de l'emballage. Cette solution ancienne requiert ensuite que l'utilisateur poursuive la phase de déchirure du film pour avoir accès à un des produits contenu dans l'emballage. Cette solution ne permet pas toutefois d'organiser une séparation de l'emballage en sous-lots comprenant au moins deux produits disposés côte à côte et dans un même plan. L'utilisateur doit prélever un à un chaque produit et en l'espèce, chaque bouteille dans l'application la plus courante.
  • Il a été proposé aussi d'insérer dans les films pour la constitution d'emballage pour pack de bouteilles d'eau des fils accessibles à l'utilisateur permettant une déchirabilité sur tout le pourtour périphérique dans le sens transversal selon le brevet FR 2640951 . Cette solution reste très coûteuse.
  • La démarche du Demandeur a donc été de réfléchir à une nouvelle conception d'un film de recouvrement et d'emballage de produit permettant une séparabilité en sous-lots d'au moins deux produits disposés côte à côte, pour en faciliter leur déballage et qui obvie aux inconvénients précités.
  • La solution apportée par le Demandeur répond parfaitement à ces objectifs d'une manière simple et pratique tout en supprimant lors du transport de l'emballage ou pack et sa manipulation tous risques de déchirure inopinée des zones présentant des lignes de prédécoupe.
  • L'invention est definie par la revendication 1 annexée.
  • Selon une première caractéristique le film plastique pour recouvrir et contenir des lots de produits et permettre leur séparation en sous-lots, du type comprenant des lignes prédécoupées, le film constituant l'emballage, du type comprenant des lignes de prédécoupe continues réalisées et disposées sur la partie supérieure de l'emballage avec débordement partiel latéralement, est remarquable en ce que le film est réalisé dans une structure permettant une déchirure orientée exclusivement à partir des lignes prédécoupées supérieures jusqu'à la face de fond de l'emballage, comprenant des lignes de prédécoupe continues, avec débordement partiel latéralement, réalisées et disposées sur la partie supérieure de l'emballage d'une part, et sur la partie inférieure de l'emballage en laissant libre une zone transversale périphérique disposée sur les côtés de l'emballage pour constituer un bandeau de renforcement, et en ce que le film est réalisé dans une structure permettant une déchirure orientée exclusivement dans les lignes de jonction pleines traversant le bandeau de renforcement entre les lignes prédécoupées supérieures et les lignes prédécoupées inférieures
  • Selon une autre caractéristique, l'emballage à partir d'un film en matière plastique de produits sous forme de packs destinés à recouvrir une pluralité de produits identiques et de les séparer en sous-lots par groupe d'au moins deux produits adjacents est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend sur sa partie supérieure apparente des lignes prédécoupées continues sur la dite surface et débordant partiellement et latéralement, et sur sa partie inférieure de dessous des lignes prédécoupées continues sur la dite surface et débordant partiellement et latéralement dans le prolongement des parties latérales en débordement formé à partir de la partie supérieure de l'emballage, et en ce que la zone transversale périphérique sur les côtés de l'emballage disposée entre les dites lignes latérales et prédécoupées issues des parties supérieure et inférieure et continue et constitue un bandeau de renforcement, et en ce que le film constitutif de l'emballage est réalisé dans une structure permettant une déchirure orientée exclusivement dans les lignes de jonction traversant le bandeau de renforcement entre les lignes prédécoupées supérieures et les lignes prédécoupées inférieures.
  • Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la suite de la description.
  • Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustrée d'une manière non limitative aux figures des dessins où :
    • la figure 1 est une vue de face d'un emballage sous forme de pack comprenant une pluralité de produits et agencé selon une première variante de réalisation qui ne fait pas partie de l'invention
    • la figure 2 est une vue de dessus de l'emballage selon la figure 1,
    • la figure 3 est une vue de dessous de l'emballage selon la figure 1.
    • la figure 4 est une vue de face d'un emballage sous forme de pack comprenant une pluralité de produits et agencé selon l'invention, selon une seconde variante de réalisation.
    • la figure 5 est une vue de dessus de l'emballage selon la figure 4,
    • la figure 6 est une vue de dessous de l'emballage selon la figure 4.
  • Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins.
  • Le film en matière plastique est référencé dans son ensemble par (F) et permet après mise en forme autour d'une pluralité de produits pouvant constituer un emballage (E) en forme de pack. Les produits sont de toutes natures et peuvent avoir des applications diverses et avantageusement en tant que produits à usage alimentaire.
  • Le film en matière plastique peut être un film rétractable ou étirable ou autre, selon la technologie connue de l'Homme de l'Art. Les produits peuvent être par exemple des lots de bouteilles telles que l'eau, sodas, boissons non alcoolisées et autres. On a représenté par (4) la poignée de préhension.
  • Dans les deux variantes de réalisation illustrées aux figures des dessins, le film susceptible de constituer l'emballage comprend une ou des lignes de prédécoupe (1) qui sont réalisées et disposées sur la partie supérieure de l'emballage d'une manière continue (1a) avec un débordement latéral partiel (1b).
  • Dans la première variante illustrée aux figures 1 à 3, le film ne présente aucune autre ligne de prédécoupe.
  • Dans la seconde variante illustrée aux figures 4 à 6 et dans une version optimisée, la partie inférieure ou de dessous de l'emballage comprend également une ou des ligne(s) (2) formée(s) de manière continue (2a) avec un débordement latéral (2b) partiel. Les dites lignes (1) formées sur la partie supérieure et les dites lignes (2) sur la partie inférieure sont parallèles entre elles et sont avantageusement disposées à l'endroit des zones de jonction des produits contenus. Les parties latérales (1b) (2b) des lignes de prédécoupe débordant latéralement sont disposées dans leur prolongement axial selon l'axe (xx) de manière à assurer une continuité ainsi qu'il sera exposé par la suite. Entre les extrémités des lignes de prédécoupe latérales (1b) (2b) est définie une zone transversale (3) périphérique disposée sur les côtés de l'emballage pour constituer un bandeau de renforcement uniforme. La largeur de ce bandeau est donc établie par la distance (d) définie entre les dites extrémités des parties latérales de prédécoupe (1b) (2b). De préférence la largeur de ce bandeau est égale ou majoritaire par rapport à la hauteur de l'emballage tel que représenté pour constituer une zone de renforcement du dit emballage. En d'autres termes, cette zone formant bandeau de renforcement est exempte de toute ligne de prédécoupe.
  • Selon une autre disposition importante en combinaison, le film est réalisé dans une structure connue en soi, permettant une déchirure orientée. Selon l'invention, cette déchirure orientée est établie exclusivement dans le sens des lignes de jonction (3a) virtuelles traversant le bandeau de renforcement entre les parties latérales débordantes prédécoupées supérieures (1b) et inférieures (2b) figures 4 à 6. Dans le cas de la première variante, les lignes de déchirure orientée sont dans le prolongement des parties prédécoupées (1b).
  • En d'autres termes selon cette disposition, l'utilisateur procède à l'ouverture de l'emballage pour l'obtention de sous-lots en déchirant la ou les ligne(s) de prédécoupe concernées puis par écartement d'un sous-lot par rapport aux autres produits restant dans l'emballage sous forme de pack la déchirure progressive du film se fait le long de la ligne (3a) grâce à la caractéristique du film à déchirure orientée ou dans le prolongement latéral des lignes de prédécoupes (1b).
  • Si dans la seconde variante le bandeau de renforcement est établi sur une hauteur définie entre les lignes de prédécoupes latérales supérieures et inférieures (1b) (2b), le dit bandeau dans le cas de la première variante est établi entre l'extrémité des parties latérales supérieures de prédécoupe et la face de fond de l'emballage.
  • Ainsi, l'utilisateur peut provoquer l'ouverture de l'emballage sur tout ou partie de sa hauteur pour avoir l'accès à un sous-lot de produits, ayant facilité son déballage.
  • La solution proposée par le Demandeur est simple, pratique, et particulièrement efficace. L'emballage constitué par le film ainsi défini dans les deux variantes de réalisation offre toute garantie de préservation, de son intégrité en cas de transport et de toutes manipulations par les utilisateurs. Si d'aventure une déchirure et ouverture apparaitrait le long d'une ligne de prédécoupe la zone transversale constituant le bandeau de renforcement assure en outre une fonction supplémentaire de barrière en empêchant la poursuite de la déchirure et ouverture inopinée. En effet, les forces transversales ou obliques pouvant s'exercer sur l'emballage, le sont dans des plans différents par rapport à la conception des films à déchirure orientée.
  • L'invention trouve de nombreuses applications, principalement dans le domaine alimentaire pour le transport et le conditionnement de packs de bouteilles.
  • L'invention peut s'appliquer aussi pour le conditionnement de produits à usage non alimentaire.

Claims (2)

  1. Emballage (E) constitué par un film en matière plastique (F), recouvrant une pluralité de produits identiques et séparable en sous-lots d'au moins deux produits adjacents, l'emballage (E) comprenant sur sa partie supérieure apparente des lignes prédécoupées continues (1a) avec des parties latérales supérieures (1b), et sur sa partie inférieure de dessous des lignes prédécoupées continues (2a) avec des parties latérales inférieures (2b) formées dans le prolongement des parties latérales supérieures (1b), les parties latérales supérieures et inférieures (1b, 2b) étant formées en débordement latéral partiel sur les côtés de l'emballage (E), caractérisé en ce qu'une zone transversale périphérique (3) est définie entre les extrémités des parties latérales (1b, 2b) supérieures et inférieures sur les côtés de l'emballage (E) et constitue un bandeau de renforcement, en ce que le bandeau de renforcement est traversé par des lignes de jonction virtuelle (3a) entre les extrémités des parties latérales supérieures et inférieures (1b, 2b), et en ce que le film en matière plastique (F) constitutif de l'emballage (E) est réalisé dans une structure permettant une déchirure orientée exclusivement suivant les lignes de jonction virtuelles (3a).
  2. Emballage (E) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la zone transversale périphérique (3) formant bandeau de renforcement est établie à une distance (d), définie entre les extrémités des parties latérales supérieures et inférieures (1b, 2b), qui est au moins égale ou majoritaire par rapport à la hauteur de l'emballage (E).
