Noch ein weiterer Erfindungsgegenstand ist dementsprechend ein Verfahren zur Reinigung harter Oberflächen, bestehend aus den Schritten
- a) Herstellung einer Reinigungsflotte durch Verdünnen eines erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittels mit Wasser,
- b) Auftragen des verdünnten Reinigungsmittels auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche,
- c) Wischen mit einem Tuch, einem Schwamm, einem Leder oder einem anderen für diesen Zweck geeigneten Substrat, um das Mittel auf der gesamten Oberfläche zu verteilen,
- d) Trocknenlassen.

Es wurden erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel E1 bis E2 hergestellt und auf ihre Reinigungsleistung hin untersucht. Daneben wurden die Vergleichsformulierungen V1bis V4 hergestellt. Die Zusammensetzungen lassen sich der nachfolgenden Tabelle entnehmen. Alle Mengenangaben sind dabei in Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Aktivsubstanz.
Die Reinigungsleistung der Zusammensetzungen wurde entsprechend den Qualitätsnormen für Fußbodenpflege und Reinigungsmittel, herausgegeben vom Industrieverband Putz- und Pflegemittel e.V. (IPP), bestimmt, jeweils in verdünnter Lösung (12 g/l).The cleaning performance of the compositions was determined in accordance with the quality standards for floor care and cleaning products issued by the Industrial Association for Cleaning and Care Products (IPP), each in dilute solution (12 g / l).
Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel E1 und E2 wiesen gemäß IPP 83/21 eine gute Reinigungsleistung (40-42%) auf, während V2 bis V4 lediglich Werte von 27 bis 29 % erreichten. Weiterhin wurde die Entnetzung und damit auch das Trocknungsverhalten untersucht. Hierzu wurde eine visuelle Bewertung aus Fliese und Laminat unternommen. Es zeigte sich, dass in diesem Fall die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel sehr gut waren, während V1 und V4 lediglich eine zufriedenstellende Entnetzung zeigten; die anderen beiden Vergleichsformulierungen waren in diesem Punkte mangelhaft.Furthermore, the dewetting and thus also the drying behavior was investigated. Claims (7)
- An aqueous surfactant-containing cleaning agent for hard surfaces, characterized by comprising a C6-C10 fatty alcohol sulfate, 0.5 to 10 wt.% glycerol and a polyether-polyester copolymer.
- The cleaning agent according to claim 1, characterized in that the C6-C10 fatty alcohol sulfate is present in quantities from 0.01 to 1.0 wt.%, preferably 0.05 to 0.5 wt.%.
- The cleaning agent according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterized by comprising 1 to 5 wt.% glycerol.
- The cleaning agent according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by comprising at least one organic solvent.
- The cleaning agent according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by comprising further typical ingredients of cleaning agents, such as further surfactants, acids, bases, disinfecting agents, pH-adjusting agents, odorants and dyes, buffers, viscosity regulators, corrosion inhibitors, complexing agents, film formers, active antimicrobial agents, builders, bleaching agents, enzymes, organic and inorganic salts, optical brighteners, antioxidants, opacifiers, hydrotopes, abrasives, preservatives, oxidizing agents or insecticides and mixtures thereof.
- Use of a cleaning agent according to one of the preceding claims for cleaning hard surfaces, in particular for cleaning floors.
- A method for cleaning hard surfaces, comprising the following steps:i. producing a cleaning liquor by diluting a cleaning agent according to one of claims 1 to 5 with water;ii. applying the diluted cleaning agent to the surface to be cleaned;iii. wiping using a cloth, a sponge, a chamois or another substrate suited for this purpose to distribute the agent on the entire surface; andiv. allowing to dry.
