Claims (10)
- Illumination assembly having at least three corner profiles (1, 2) that are fastened between two end walls (3) and carry at least two side walls (5, 6, 7) between them, each corner profile (1, 2) having a fin (8, 9) extending into the interior of the illumination assembly and at least one support member (16) being arranged between the end walls (3) that is positively connected to the fins (8, 9), and the illumination assembly comprising a carrying member (26) for receiving apparatus (29), characterised in that the carrying member (26) is arranged between two corner profiles (1, 2) at a distance therefrom that allows the passage of light (30), and in that the support member (16) is provided with detent means (22) in which spring means (24) engage, the spring means (24) being connected to the carrying member (26).
- Illumination assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the carrying member (26) is connected to one housing half (27) and forms a housing therewith.
- Illumination assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that groove and tongue connections (31, 32) are provided between the corner profiles (1, 2) and the side walls (5, 6, 7).
- Illumination assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support member (16) is flat and not thicker than the side walls (5, 6, 7).
- Illumination assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support member (16) has a recess (17) that is open towards one side.
- Illumination assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fin (8, 9) extends approximately in the bisecting line of the two adjoining side walls (5, 6, 7).
- Illumination assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the fins (8, 9) are provided with enlargements (10, 11) at their free ends and the support member (16) has recesses (20, 21) which positively enclose the enlargements (10, 11).
- Illumination assembly according to claim 7, characterised in that the enlargement (10, 11) has a longitudinally extending opening (12, 13).
- Illumination assembly according to claim 8, characterised in that the end walls (3) are connected to the corner profiles (1, 2) by screws (4), the screws (4) engaging in the openings (12, 13) provided in the enlargements (10, 11).
- Illumination assembly according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the enlargement (10, 11) has a longitudinal slot (14, 15) that extends up to the openings (12, 13).
