Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a modular lamp system for light-emitting diodes, in particular in the field of industrial lighting.
Basically, the field of industrial lighting covers both the interior lighting of industrial buildings as well as the exterior lighting. When planning and setting up the interior lighting of workplaces and office areas, special ergonomic requirements for lighting must be observed, which have already been incorporated in statutory provisions relating to occupational safety. It has long been known that room lighting has a strong influence on general well-being. The lighting must therefore always be flicker-free to avoid fatigue. For lamps with fluorescent tubes, this is achieved for example by an electronic ballast (ECG).
It is also recommended to use the so-called light temperature colors warm, white or neutral white indoors. Furthermore, a sufficiently high lighting level for the room size is necessary to allow a faultless and fatigue-free vision. This is in turn determined by the illuminance (measured in lux), which must not be below a legal minimum value.
Due to all these known requirements, which must be observed from the employer's point of view, so-called mirror grid lights for the direct illumination of a workplace from above have proven to be ergonomically optimum from the top. As light bulbs, these louvre luminaires usually use fluorescent tubes, which have a relatively high power consumption.
In view of the different requirements in the field of workplace lighting but also in the field of lighting private spaces and outdoor lighting, an object of the present invention is to provide a cost-effective and flexible lamp system to allow optimal adaptation to different space-light concepts.
The object of the present invention is achieved by providing a modular lamp system for light-emitting diodes comprising a lamp body with a receiving plate having a plurality of fastening means, which are formed for fastening a light module, wherein more fastening means are provided as for the attachment of a single light module are necessary, at least one light module having at least one light emitting diode and at least one mounting arrangement, which is adapted to attach the light module to the receiving plate with at least to cooperate with one of the fastening means of the receiving plate, and a lamp frame, which is connectable to the lamp body.
By using light-emitting diodes in the lamp system, a high energy saving of up to 50% compared to conventional systems with, for example, tube lighting is possible. Furthermore, UV emissions, background noise or oscillating vibrations, as may occur, for example, when using fluorescent tubes or the like, largely eliminated. In addition, the provision of more fasteners than for the attachment of a single light module necessary to implement a modular lamp system, in which, depending on the desire / legal requirement different numbers of light modules can be attached to the receiving plate.
Thus, in a development of the present invention, it is provided that a plurality of lighting modules can be fastened to the receiving plate and electrically connected to one another by means of solder bridges. Instead of the solder bridges for the electrical connection of the individual lighting modules, of course, other connection arrangements, such as conventional plug or cable connections, are conceivable, of course.
In the present invention, therefore, a lamp body can be produced in large numbers with a standardized receiving plate, wherein the lamp system can be adapted to the respective customer requirements by providing different numbers of lighting modules on the receiving plate. The interconnected lighting modules may be connected in series or in parallel in the present invention. Furthermore, mixed forms of the electronic connection are conceivable, for example, that a plurality of rows of lighting modules designed in series are arranged parallel to each other in the circuit.
Due to the variable number of modules that are attached to the mounting plate of a lamp body, the luminosity of the lamp system can be varied. In addition, by the nature of the arrangement in the circuit, ie parallel or serial, influence on the probability of failure of the lamp system can be taken. Furthermore, by the nature of the arrangement of the light modules on the receiving plate, For example, with uniform distances from each other, close together and the like, different emission characteristics of the lamp system can be achieved. Furthermore, lighting modules with LEDs of different color temperature or colors can be used in the modular lamp system, so that it is possible to produce differentiated light colors of all kinds, such as with yellow or green light-emitting diode modules.
The lighting modules that are mounted on the receiving plate can also be connected to each other in several electrical circuits and be controlled separately, so that the luminosity of a modular lamp system via external switching systems (for example, so-called bus systems, such as DALI, LON, DMX, used for driving be) or switch can be controlled. The number and type of gradations depends on the connection of the lighting modules with each other and with their associated power sources, so that they are also customizable.
The light module may further comprise a printed circuit board having a plurality of contact points, to which light emitting diodes are attachable. Thus, it is also possible in this case, in turn, to produce a standardized lighting module in large numbers, the number of light-emitting diodes to be attached thereto and thus the luminous intensity of the respective lighting module can be adapted to the respective customer requirements.
The printed circuit board may further comprise a plurality of differently shaped contact points, to which different types of light-emitting diodes can be attached. This results in the advantage that light-emitting diodes from different manufacturers and thus also light emitting diodes with different color temperature can be attached so that light modules can be produced with different color temperatures. In this way it is possible to dispense with expensive and expensive control modules, as they are necessary in RGB (red, yellow, blue) light-emitting diodes. The color spectrum of a light-emitting module is thus not limited to the spectrum of a light-emitting diode type, but can be combined as desired.
The light module may comprise an aluminum plate for improved heat dissipation. Alternatively, the plate may also be at least partially made of and / or coated with other materials that allow for improved heat dissipation.
In order to enable a simple and quick attachment of the individual lighting modules to the receiving plate of the lamp body, the mounting arrangement of the light module may comprise at least one mounting receptacle for receiving at least one attachment means of the receiving plate or alternatively for receiving a separate fastener with at least one of the fastening means Can cooperate receiving plate. Thus, in a first design variant, the fastening means of the receiving plate may be formed, for example, as associated clips, latching hooks, expansion anchors or the like, which interact with the fastening receptacle of the lighting module.
Another variant of the fastening means comprises so-called. Embossing hooks, which from the receiving plate from the back (to which no light modules are attached) to the front. (at which the light modules are included) are pronounced. The embossing hooks have at their free end on a projection (nose), which can either engage in a corresponding mounting receptacle to fix the respective light module to the receiving plate or engages the light module in the region of the outer edges. When hooking a light module of the embossing hook is elastically deformed and holds the light module characterized in the receiving plate, that he, as soon as he has returned to its original position, the light module engages behind the nose. To attach a light module at least two embossing hooks are necessary.
However, the attachment means of the receiving plate need not necessarily contribute actively to the attachment, but can also be used passively to accommodate separate fasteners. In addition, they can define connection areas in which a cohesive connection of the receiving plate is achieved with the light module. Thus, in a conceivable embodiment, the fastening means, like the fastening receptacles of the lighting module, can be designed as fastening bores which are designed to receive a separate fastening element, for example a rivet, a double-sided expansion anchor or the like. In addition, as a further alternative, it is of course also conceivable that the fastening arrangement of the lighting module itself comprises a fastening element instead of a fastening receptacle, which can interact with the fastening means of the mounting plate, for example as fastening bores.
The fastening elements, whether as separate elements, as fastening means connected to the receiving plate or as fastening elements connected to the lighting module, can be designed as detachable connecting means, i. Connecting means that, without destroying the connection, can be loosened and closed again. Examples of this are in addition to the previously mentioned expansion anchors clips, latching hooks or locking lugs and screws. Furthermore, however, it is also conceivable that the connection is implemented via non-detachable connecting means or by material connection, wherein, for example, adhesives or soldering agents (as a separate "fastening element") are used. The receiving plate and the light module are in the latter case cohesively connected to each other, wherein the fastening means of the receiving plate and the mounting receptacles of the light module define the area in which the cohesive connection exists.
It may further be provided that the mounting arrangement of the lighting module additionally comprises angle holders, which allow the attachment of the light module to the receiving plate in an inclined position to the receiving plate. In this way, an oblique emission of the light emitting diodes of the respective lighting module mounted in this way is achieved, as a result of which the emission characteristic of the lamp system can likewise be influenced.
The fastening means may further be arranged on the receiving plate such that each light module to be fastened can be fastened to the latter with at least two different orientations of its longitudinal axis relative to the receiving plate. It follows that the lighting modules can be arranged not only parallel but also at right angles or at a different angle at an angle to each other. This further increases the variability of the radiation pattern of the lamp system that can be generated with the aid of the lamp system. In this way, if necessary, it is also possible to react on site to the different illumination scenarios, which can result indoors as well as outdoors, in that the lighting modules only have to be implemented accordingly.
The lamp frame may be formed in a development of the present invention to carry a lamp disk. In this case, the lamp pane can in particular have optical elements for scattering a light bundle emanating from the at least one light-emitting diode. Furthermore, the lamp frame may comprise at least two frame parts, which are individually attachable to the lamp body. The design of the lamp frame of several individual parts can be implemented different installation dimensions for the lamps. This way you can The modular lamp system with its standardized frame body with the help of the lamp frame can be adapted to any external dimensions or mounting dimensions. Furthermore, the lamp frame can be made of different materials, such as wood, aluminum or Plexiglas and the like. Alternatively, the lamp frame can also have different design features, such as rounded corners and the like, which may be required depending on the installation situation.
The fact that the lamp frame carries the lamp disk and the frame parts of the lamp frame are individually fastened to the lamp body, a quick and easy replacement of the lamp disk is made possible. In this way, for example, different lenses for one and the same lamp can be interchanged as needed, for example, colored lamp panes or diffusers with different dispersion.
The lamp frame may also be designed to connect a plurality of lamp bodies with each other. So it is not necessary that each lamp body has a separate frame. Alternatively, several lamp bodies can be connected by a common lamp frame. In this case, the lamp frame may for example comprise four frame parts which form this. Alternatively, however, more than four frame parts may be provided, for example, if in addition to the four outer frame parts, an intermediate strip is provided, which is arranged between two lamp panes. Of course, other alternative design variants are also conceivable, for example, that the lamp frame is a single, e.g. square, circular or oval frame part with a recess comprises.
The lamp frame may further comprise at least one arrangement for fixing the lamp body to a flat surface. In this design variant of the frame, the modular lamp system can be mounted as a so-called surface-mounted lamp, ie on a wall surface. In this case, the lamp can be fastened, for example, via at least two angle holders which are preassembled on the wall surface. The angle brackets have a first flat portion for mounting on the wall surface and a second portion extending at an angle to the first portion thereof into the space. At its free end, the second section has a hook-like projection which serves to hold the lamp body. The hook-like projections of the angle brackets are arranged so that they face each other, thus enabling the Lamp body by simply "Einktipsen" to attach. Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable to use the modular lamp system as a recessed lamp in a suspended ceiling. Of course, other alternative design options are conceivable, so for example, the modular lamp system can be attached hanging over suitable suspensions.
The invention further relates to a light emitting diode module comprising a printed circuit board having a plurality of contact points, to which at least one light emitting diode is attachable, wherein the printed circuit board has more contact points than are necessary for mounting and contacting a single light emitting diode. Furthermore, the plurality of contact points may comprise differently shaped contact points to which different types of light-emitting diodes can be attached.
The printed circuit board of the lighting module may further comprise a regulated power supply for supplying the lighting module and in particular for supplying light emitting diodes arranged on the lighting module with a constant current. By means of the regulated power supply, the lighting modules can be operated with separate constant current sources. Also, the regulated power supply located on the printed circuit board allows the lighting modules to be connected to a standard voltage source with regulated output voltage, such as a standard mains voltage (AC). In this case, current sources on the lighting modules preferably self-regulate on each lighting module to produce a constant current from the output voltage output from the ordinary power source. The regulated power supply is preferably designed to generate a constant current of, for example, 350 mA to 1000 mA, in particular 350 mA, 700 mA or 1000 mA, from a mains voltage of, for example, 230 V AC. For this purpose, a rectifier can further be arranged on the printed circuit board, which serves to generate a DC voltage from the AC voltage provided by the usual voltage source. Due to the regulated power supply, the placement and connection options of the individual lighting modules are multiplied and considerably more options are created with regard to the type of power supply.

Furthermore, in a particularly advantageous embodiment of the frame body, the lamp disk may also be inserted laterally after releasing a frame part, whereby a particularly simple change of the lamp disk is made possible.
The modular design of the lamp system as well as the lamp frame and the light module allow a variable, tailor-made to the customer design of the radiation characteristics of the lamp system, the color of the emitted light and the dimension and optical design of the lamp itself, without losing the benefits of mass production with high To have to do without quantities. The modular design enables standardization, which can be subsequently configured for the individual customer according to his specific requirements and at the same time allows cost-effective production. The modular lamp system may be used for a variety of different lamps, although the manner of mounting the lamp may be variable.
