Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Ausgabe eines Produktes aus einem Behälter. Derartige Vorrichtungen werden insbesondere zum Auspressen von viskosen Massen, z.B. Fugendichtungsmassen aus Behältern wie Kartuschen oder Schlauchbeuteln verwendet. Bekannte Vorrichtungen bestehen aus einer Aufnahmeeinheit für den das abzugebende Material enthaltenen Behälter, einer Dosiereinheit und einem fest mit Aufnahmeeinheit verbundenen Handgriff. Zur Ausgabe des im Behälter befindlichen Materials sind verschiedene Anwendungen bekannt. Vielfach kommt eine Dosiereinheit zum Einsatz, welche eine verschiebbare gelagerte Kolbenstange mit einem Kolben aufweist, der gegen den eingelegten Behälter drückt, so dass der Inhalt des Behälters dosiert ausgegeben werden kann. Die in den Figuren dargestellte Vorrichtung zum Ausbringen eines Produktes aus einem Behälter kommt als Schlauchbeutelpistole zum Einsatz und eignet sich insbesondere im Bau- und Sanitärbereich zur Ausgabe von plastischen Fugen- und Abdichtungsmassen. Als mit dem abzugebenden Produkt gefüllte Behälter kommen insbesondere schlauch- oder beutelartigen Behälter, so genannte Folienkartuschen oder Schlauchbeutel für viskose oder pastöse Massen zum Einsatz. - A device for dispensing a product from a container, having an assembly comprising a receiving unit (200), having a cavity (201), for the container, and an advancement element (209) for outputting the product inside the receiving unit (200), and having a handle (100), with a metering unit (101), which is connected to the receiving unit (200), wherein the connection between the handle (100) and the receiving unit (200) is detachable to ensure replaceability of the assembly, characterized in that for mounting or dismounting the handle (100) on/from the receiving unit (200), in a first embodiment a means for linear bearing is provided which allows a translational relative movement between the receiving unit (200) and the handle (100), or in a second embodiment an articulated joint is provided, and a coupling part (108) of the handle (100) and a coupling part (207) of the receiving unit (200) provide a coupling in the mounted state of the receiving unit (200) on the handle (100) to allow an operative connection between the metering unit (101) of the handle (100) and the advancement element (209) in the receiving unit (200), wherein the coupling part (108) of the handle (100) is stationarily fixed to the handle (100) in such a way that a displacement of the receiving unit (200) relative to the handle (100) via the means for linear bearing, in the first embodiment, or a swiveling of the receiving unit (200) relative to the handle (100) via the articulated joint, in the second embodiment, results in establishment of the operative connection.
- The device according to Claim 1, characterized in that a bearing (115, 211, 125) is provided on the handle (100), the bearing fixing the receiving unit (200) relative to the handle (100) at least opposite the displacement direction (210) of the advancement element (209), displaceably situated within the receiving unit (200), for dispensing the product from the container.
- The device according to one of Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that a locking option (115) is provided for fixing the receiving unit (200) on the handle (100) in the mounted state and for preventing detachment of the connection between the receiving unit (200) and the handle (100).
- The device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (100) has an elongated guide groove (112), and the receiving unit (200) has a guide slide (202) which may be brought into engagement with the guide groove (112) of the handle (100) in order to provide a means for positioning the receiving unit (200) on the handle (100).
- The device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the receiving unit (200) has an elongated guide groove, and the handle (100) has a guide slide which may be brought into engagement with the guide groove of the receiving unit (200) in order to provide a means for positioning the receiving unit (200) on the handle (100).
- The device according to one of Claims 4 or 5, characterized in that guide strips (203) are provided on the guide slide (202) which prevent the guide slide (202) which is engaged with the guide groove (121) from lifting off.
- The device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a connection (105) for a pressure medium is provided on the handle (100), the connection being connected to the metering unit (101) and providing the operative connection between the metering unit (101) and the advancement element (209) via a plug-in coupling (108, 207) between the receiving unit (200) and the handle (100).
- The device according to Claim 7, characterized in that a protruding coupling part (108) on the connecting area of the handle (100) and a corresponding opening (207) at the receiving unit (200) form the plug-in coupling (108, 207) in the mounted state of the receiving unit (200) on the handle (100).
- The device according to one of Claim 8, characterized in that the opening (207) at the receiving unit (200) has a circumferential sealing ring (208) in order to provide a seal of the plug-in coupling (108, 207) in the mounted state of the receiving unit (200) on the handle (100).
- The device according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a mechanical advancement means (109) is provided for the advancement element (209) for dispensing the product, wherein the advancement means is in operative connection with the metering unit (101) and may be coupled to the advancement element (209) in the receiving unit (200) in order to dispense the product.
- The device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receiving unit (200) is essentially cylindrical, and a tubular bag is used as the container for the product to be output.
