System for fixing a distribution pump (3) to the neck (2) of a bottle containing a fluid product, said system comprising a sleeve (7) having an interior collar (8) carrying means for securing the pump (3) and a lower skirt (12) provided with means for fastening said sleeve to said bottle, said system further comprising a hoop (16) slidably mounted around the skirt (12) between a top position wherein the fastening means are free so as to allow the positioning of said skirt around the neck (2) and a bottom position wherein the fastening means are constrained by said hoop to ensure the sealed fastening of the sleeve (7) to said neck, said system further comprising an exterior collar (17) mounted around the interior collar (8) by way of a device that displaces said exterior collar between a bottom position of use and a top dismounting position, the hoop (16) in the bottom position being secured to the exterior collar (17) to actuate the displacement of said collar to its top position by driving said hoop relatively to the skirt (12) on a stroke that is sufficient to release the fastening means, said system being characterised in that the exterior collar (17) has an interior surface (17a) and the interior collar (8) has an exterior surface (8a) surrounded by said interior surface, the displacement device comprising at least one projection (18) integral with one of the surfaces (17a, 8a), said projection being mounted in at least one slide (19) integral with the other surface (8a, 17a), the sliding of the projection (18) in the slide (19) inducing the displacement of the exterior collar (17) from its bottom position to its top position.
  2. Fastening system according to claim 1, characterised in that the displacement device comprises means for locking the exterior collar (17) in the bottom position, said means being deactivated by application of a threshold force.
  3. Fastening system according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the displacement device comprises an abutment for holding the exterior collar (17) in the top position on the interior collar (8).
  4. Fastening system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the displacement device is at least partially actuated in rotation by the hoop (16).
  5. Fastening system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the slide (19) has a housing (24) for retaining the projection (18), said housing forming means for locking the exterior collar (17) in the bottom position.
  6. Fastening system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the upper edge of the interior collar (8) has a radial snap ring (27), said snap ring engaging with a radial snap ring (28) formed in the lower edge of the exterior collar (17) to hold the exterior collar (17) in the top position on the interior collar (8).
  7. Fastening system according to any one of clams 1 to 6, characterised in that the hoop (16) is slidably mounted around the exterior collar (17) between its top and bottom positions.
  8. Fastening system according to claim 7, characterised in that the interface between the hoop (16) in the bottom position and the exterior collar (17) has reciprocal securing means, said means being interrupted on the interface between the hoop (16) in the bottom position and the skirt (12).
  9. Fastening system according to claim 8, characterised in that the securing means comprises ridges (32) formed on the inside of the hoop (16).
  10. Fastening system according to claim 9, characterised in that the lower end of the ridges (32) has a notch (33) which is engaged under the exterior collar (17) when the hoop (16) is in the bottom position.
  11. Fastening system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the fastening means comprise claws (14) which are, possibly after folding, held radially by the hoop (16) in the bottom position to ensure the sealed fastening of the sleeve (7) on the collar (2).
  12. Bottle for dispensing a fluid product, comprising a body (1) defining a reservoir for containing said product, a collar (2) surmounting said body by defining an upper opening for said reservoir, and a pump (3) mounted in said upper opening by disposing the means for supplying said pump inside said reservoir, said bottle further comprising a fastening system according to any one of claims 1 to 13, the pump (3) being secured to the interior collar (8) and the means for fastening the skirt (12) being constrained by the hoop (16) in the bottom position to ensure the sealed fastening of the sleeve (7) to the collar (2).
  13. Dispensing bottle according to claim 12, characterised in that the collar (2) and/or the sleeve (7) are provided with reciprocal means for retaining in rotation, the retaining force conferred by said means being greater than the torque necessary to actuate in rotation the exterior collar (17) from its bottom position to its top position.
  14. Dispensing bottle according to claim 13, characterised in that the collar (2) has at least one abutment (31) for stopping in rotation means for fastening the skirt (12).
