Due to the side walls in the pull-out tray or in the basket, it is possible to use the tray volume located directly above the pull-outs by expanding the width of the side walls above the side pull-outs accordingly.
  • an extendable flat plate is to be provided instead of a bowl or a basket, then there are unusable areas above the pull-outs if the flat plate is arranged at the same height between the pull-outs.
  • the user could load the volume with refrigerated goods directly above the pull-outs. If the flat plate was pulled out without side walls, however, the refrigerated goods would fall off the side of the pull-out plate.

  • Linear guides are understood to mean all types of bearings which are suitable for bringing the storage plate into a removal position from a storage position in which the storage plate is pushed into the cooling space so that the door of the refrigeration device can be locked, in which the storage plate open door of the refrigerator is at least partially positioned towards the user.
  • the linear guides can be telescopic pull-outs, ie slidable along a route Bearings that consist of several parts that can be moved into each other, such as rails, strips or pipes.
  • One type of such a telescopic pull-out is, for example, in the DE 10 2006 018 203 A1 shown.
  • linear guides can be formed by grooves on the inner walls of the inner container.
  • the invention is not concerned with linear guides in which the grooves spring back from the plane of the inner walls of the inner container, since the problem of a reduced storage space does not arise there.
  • the invention only deals with configurations which have telescopic extracts. With regard to all variants according to the invention, it is crucial that a storage space reduced due to telescopic pull-outs is increased again by the flat storage plate being designed in such a way that it extends as close as possible to the inner walls of the inner container over the supports which reach under the storage plate .
  • the flat shelf according to the invention is constructed in such a way that the footprint of the shelf is not arranged between the two pull-outs but above the pull-outs. As a result, a full width of the inner container of the refrigerator can be realized. Chilled goods can therefore only be placed directly on the shelf and not on a drawer. Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator, comprising a body with an inner container that forms a cooling space and a shelf for refrigerated goods, which is mounted on linear guides in the cooling space.

A generic refrigerator is in DE 10 2006 018 203 A1 described. The shelf there for a refrigeration device has a frame and a carrier plate encased in the frame. The frame is assembled from extrusion profile pieces and ends of the profile parts connecting the extrusion profile pieces. To make the shelf easy to pull out, it is carried by telescopic pull-outs. For this purpose, the extrusion profile pieces have a vertical and a horizontal leg in cross section, and a telescopic extension is hidden in an angle spanned by the two legs of each extrusion profile piece. The carrier plate can in particular be a glass plate, or a grid with a surrounding frame and two struts connecting opposite sides of the frame. In such a grid, the ends of the struts are preferably connected to the frame frontally. The carrier plate is held by two extrusion profile pieces located opposite one another. The extrusion profile pieces also extend above the carrier plate. One vertical and one horizontal leg of each extrusion profile piece forms an angle in which a telescopic extension is received. Due to the sections of the extrusion profile pieces which extend upward beyond the plane of the carrier plate, the storage area on the carrier plate is reduced.

US 2,719,772 discloses a refrigerator according to the preamble of claim 1 and a shelf with erected, rolled side walls.

DE 197 51 309 A1 discloses a refrigerator with a drawer-like container, above which a refrigerated goods shelf is arranged. The refrigerated goods shelf has a front section which is foldably arranged on a rear section of the refrigerated goods shelf.

The object of the invention is to provide a refrigerator with an increased capacity for refrigerated goods. In particular, the customer benefit should be Linear guides and preferably telescopic pull-outs, extendable support plate can be improved.

The object is achieved by a refrigerator with the features of claim 1.

The fact that the linear guides have supports which engage under the storage plate and at least one flat plate section of the storage plate extends over the supports to the inner walls of the inner container enables the area on the storage plate which can be used for storing refrigerated goods to be increased.

The pull-out shelves used in cooling units are mainly designed as trays or baskets. The pull-outs, in particular telescopic pull-outs, used for pulling out and pushing in the trays or baskets, are usually arranged to the left and right of the tray or basket. So the bowl or basket is between two drawers. This reduces the usable area in the bowl or basket by the width of the side drawers. Due to the side walls in the pull-out tray or in the basket, it is possible to use the tray volume located directly above the pull-outs by expanding the width of the side walls above the side pull-outs accordingly. However, if an extendable flat plate is to be provided instead of a bowl or a basket, then there are unusable areas above the pull-outs if the flat plate is arranged at the same height between the pull-outs. The user could load the volume with refrigerated goods directly above the pull-outs. If the flat plate was pulled out without side walls, however, the refrigerated goods would fall off the side of the pull-out plate. According to the invention, an arrangement of a flat pull-out plate at the same height between the two pull-outs is thus achieved by arranging the flat pull-out plate above i.e. replaced over the statements.

Linear guides are understood to mean all types of bearings which are suitable for bringing the storage plate into a removal position from a storage position in which the storage plate is pushed into the cooling space so that the door of the refrigeration device can be locked, in which the storage plate open door of the refrigerator is at least partially positioned towards the user. In general, the linear guides can be telescopic pull-outs, ie slidable along a route Bearings that consist of several parts that can be moved into each other, such as rails, strips or pipes. One type of such a telescopic pull-out is, for example, in the DE 10 2006 018 203 A1 shown. As is known, in the simplest case, linear guides can be formed by grooves on the inner walls of the inner container. The opposite lateral edge sections of the storage plate could be inserted into these grooves. However, the invention is not concerned with linear guides in which the grooves spring back from the plane of the inner walls of the inner container, since the problem of a reduced storage space does not arise there. The invention only deals with configurations which have telescopic extracts. With regard to all variants according to the invention, it is crucial that a storage space reduced due to telescopic pull-outs is increased again by the flat storage plate being designed in such a way that it extends as close as possible to the inner walls of the inner container over the supports which reach under the storage plate .

The flat shelf according to the invention is constructed in such a way that the footprint of the shelf is not arranged between the two pull-outs but above the pull-outs. As a result, a full width of the inner container of the refrigerator can be realized. Chilled goods can therefore only be placed directly on the shelf and not on a drawer. Even when loading very close to the container wall of the refrigerator. The volume underneath the shelf between the two pull-outs can then be used to store the refrigerated goods that stand or lie on an underlying second shelf or tray. As an alternative or in addition, the space between the two pull-outs can also be used to store a removable tray.

The at least one flat plate section of the storage plate can be brought up to the inner walls of the inner container while leaving only a slight gap. In all variants of the invention, the flat storage plate can therefore extend in the direction of the inner walls of the inner container while leaving only one gap. A slight gap is required in order to be able to pull out and push in the storage plate unhindered without the side edges of the storage plate or the support strips chafing or standing against the inner walls of the inner container.

The storage plate can be completely flat. Alternatively, the storage plate can have at least two flat plate sections, one of which is assigned to one of the linear guides. Thus, the flat plate sections can each be designed to extend at least over a third of the entire width of the storage plate.

Telescopic pull-outs generally have holders for the storage shelves to be pulled out. These holders can be formed by sections of movable guide rails of the telescopic pull-outs which are firmly connected to the storage plate.

The storage plate is connected to support rails, which form the supports and are connected to the movable guide rails of the linear guides. The support strips consequently form connecting elements in order to firmly connect the movable guide rails to the storage plate. It should be taken into account that the support strips could be the cause, which would reduce the usable storage space on the storage plate. Therefore, according to the invention, the position of the support strips is to be selected so that the support strips i.e. the supports reach under the shelf that has just been formed.

The support strips have, at least flush, a receptacle which is open towards the lateral edge strips of the storage plate and is arranged below the storage plate and within which the linear guides are at least largely, in particular such that they are flush with the free edges facing away from the storage plate. A recessed arrangement of the linear guides in the receptacle is also conceivable.

The support strips and the receptacles are advantageously connected to one another, in particular in one material.

In particular, the storage plate can be positively connected to the support strips. This makes it possible, for example, to dispense with separate fastening means, which is the number of parts reduced, assembly is simplified and production is more cost effective. For this purpose, the support bar can be designed such that it laterally encompasses the edge sections of the storage plate, so that the storage plate is held in a groove-like recess in the support bar.

In this case, preferably, the storage plate can be inserted on two opposite lateral edges in receiving grooves of the support strips, which are arranged above the linear guides. The support bar encompasses the lateral edges of the shelf only by means of a thin wall of the support bar, so that the maximum possible footprint on the shelf can be used over the full width of the inner container of the refrigerator.

Two opposing first support strip sections, which extend downward from the flat storage plate, can also delimit a receiving space for at least one removable refrigerated goods tray. The support strips are used to combine functions, since the support strips not only form a support for the movable guide rails and the storage plate, but also a holder for hanging refrigerated goods trays. For example, the support bar sections extending downward from the flat storage plate can have holders for hanging storage of the refrigerated goods tray. The holders are connected to the support strips or can be formed in one piece with them. The holders can be designed as usual, i.e. they can be formed, for example, by angular strips that extend along the length of the support strips, or they can be formed, for example, by grooves that are introduced into side walls of the support strips and engage in the edge sections of the refrigerated goods trays.

Removable refrigerated goods trays in cooling devices have so far been inserted into an additional support frame. This support frame is hooked under a fixed shelf and encompasses the shelf from the front and back. With the invention, a space for removable refrigerated goods trays is created between the two side support strips under the flat shelf. This means that a receiving contour of the removable tray is now placed laterally in the area of the pull-outs. This makes it possible to dispense with an additional complex support frame and instead to use the existing support strips of the storage shelf or the pull-outs or to expand them as holders for the refrigerated goods trays.

In the case of a storage plate, which is arranged at the lowest point in the refrigeration device, the storage capacity for refrigerated goods is further increased by the fact that the refrigerated goods trays are not stored hanging on separate holders of the supporting strips, but rather directly under the storage plate on the floor of the cooling room or the refrigerating device be turned off.

Thus, according to the invention, a pull-out plate with an optimal footprint should be placed at the bottom of the device, and the combination with a removable refrigerated goods tray pushed underneath should be selected, since the free space underneath is too small to be able to store refrigerated goods sensibly. In this special case, it is also possible to place the removable refrigerated goods tray on the bottom of the container and not to hang it up. Furthermore, in this special case, a large, deep, refrigerated goods tray can be replaced by several, smaller, deep, refrigerated goods trays, which are also placed on the bottom of the container. By simply setting the removable refrigerated goods trays on the bottom of the container, no additional holders on the pull-out plate or separate fastening parts on the pull-outs are required, which results in a very economical solution.

According to a further aspect of the invention, two opposing second support strip sections, which extend upward from the flat storage plate, can form part of a fall protection barrier. For this purpose, the fall protection barrier can have at least one wire bracket section, which is arranged at a distance from the top of the storage plate and extends parallel to it.

The variants of the flat pull-out plates according to the invention enable the user to make optimal use of the cooling device volume. The combination of flat pull-out plates and removable refrigerated goods trays underneath enables a cost-effective solution with high customer benefits, particularly with regard to the capacity for refrigerated goods.

Fig. 2 shows a storage plate 8 according to the invention in isolation, together with the linear guides 11a, 11b. The linear guide 11b has a guide rail 16 which is fixed with respect to the inner wall 10 of the inner container 3. The guide rail 16 is designed as a C-shaped extruded profile and is preferably made of metal. In the area of its flat central section, the guide rail 16 has two openings 16a, 16b, by means of which the fixed guide rail 16 is attached to the inner wall 10 of the inner container 3 by screws or rivets (not shown). Fig. 1 ) can be attached. In another design of the guide rail, the fixed part thereof can be formed by a projection of the inner wall 10 of the inner container 3 projecting into the cooling space. In the illustrated embodiment of the linear guide 11b as a telescopic extension, the linear guide 11b has, in addition to the fixed guide rail 16, a movable guide rail 17 and an intermediate rail 18. The intermediate rail 18 can both with respect to the fixed guide rail 16 and the movable guide rail 17 can be slidably supported by means of bearing balls. In a simplified embodiment, the intermediate rail 18 is omitted. The movable guide rail 17 is then mounted such that it can be moved directly with respect to the fixed guide rail 16, for example by means of a bearing ball.

The movable guide rail 17 is firmly connected to a support bar 19. The support bar 19 has a vertical wall section 20. In a region of the vertical wall section 20 lying below the plane of the storage plate 8, the support strip 19 is designed as a box-shaped hollow profile strip 21. The support bar 19 has a support 12 according to the invention, on which the storage plate 8 rests with a flat section. The flat section of the storage plate 8 is pulled up to the inner side wall 10 of the inner container 3. Only a slight gap can remain. In this gap, a section of support strip 19 can extend upwards in order to hold a ledge-shaped wall projection 22 and a tubular receptacle 24. The storage plate 8 sits on the top surface of the box-shaped hollow profile bar 21. The shelf 8 is fixed on its top by the ledge-shaped wall projection 22. In other words, the top surface of the box-shaped hollow profile strip 21 forms, together with the ledge-shaped wall projection 22, a longitudinally extending receiving groove 23, into which an edge section of the storage plate 8 is inserted. As a result, the storage plate 8 is positively connected to the support bar 19. The ledge-shaped wall projection 22 can be formed in one piece with the support bar 19.

A support strip section 23 extends vertically upward from the ledge-shaped wall projection 22. The support strip section 23 extends upward in the manner of a wall. At an upper end of the wall-like support strip section 23, the tubular receptacle 24 is provided, into which a wire bracket section 25 is inserted. The wire bracket section (s) 25 together with the wall-like support bar sections 23 form a fall protection barrier 26. The wire bracket section (s) 25 run parallel and at a distance from the upper side of the flat storage plate 8.

The wall sections of the opposing box-shaped hollow profile strips 21 that face each other inward form chilled goods holder 29 between which a receiving space 27 for one or more chilled goods trays 28 is formed. This is in the 3 to 6 explained in more detail.

In Fig. 3 the position of a single large refrigerated goods tray 28 is shown in the receiving space 27 formed between the opposite box-shaped hollow profile strips 21. The support bar 19 has a support 12 according to the invention, on which the storage plate 8 rests with a flat section. The flat section of the storage plate 8 is pulled up to the inner side wall 10 of the inner container 3. The configuration shown there shows how the refrigerated goods tray 28 can be suspended in the receiving space 27 formed between the opposing box-shaped hollow profile strips 21 by means of a holder or refrigerated goods tray holder 29. The refrigerated goods tray 28 has a trough-like basic shape. Upwards towards the side walls 30 of the trough-like refrigerated goods tray 28, the refrigerated goods tray 28 then has a circumferential, horizontally oriented web-like edge 31. The edge 31 forms a support section through which the refrigerated goods tray 28 can be hung or held on the refrigerated goods tray holder 29 between the opposed box-shaped hollow profile strips 21 in the receiving space 27. In the retained or suspended position of the refrigerated goods tray 28, the bottom of the refrigerated goods tray 28 is at a distance from a bottom of the inner container 3 or further storage plates 8.

If the storage plate 8 is pulled out, the refrigerated goods tray 28 moves due to its storage on the refrigerated goods tray holder (s) 29 with the box-shaped hollow profile strips 21 and the storage plate 8 with i.e. the refrigerated goods tray 28 is pulled out with the storage plate 8. The storage plate 8 can be made of glass or a transparent plastic, so that refrigerated goods placed in the trough-like refrigerated goods tray 28 can be perceived or recognized through the storage plate 8. The one or more refrigerated goods tray holders 29 can be designed in a rail-like manner, so that the refrigerated goods tray 28 can be pulled out or pushed back in with respect to the storage plate 8. The refrigerated goods tray 28 can be pulled out alone, i.e. the storage plate 8 remains in its starting position within the inner container 3 of the refrigeration device 1. Or the refrigerated goods tray 28 can first be pulled out of its starting position together with the storage plate 8 within the inner container 3 of the refrigerating device 1 and then the refrigerated goods tray 28 can also be moved further with respect to the storage plate 8 be pulled out.

In the Fig. 4 is a section of a side view with the door of the refrigerator 1 open for household purposes with the shelf 8 according to the invention and arranged below it Refrigerated goods tray 28 shown. The support bar 19 has the support 12 on which the storage plate 8 rests with a flat section. The flat section of the storage plate 8 is pulled up to the inner side wall 10 of the inner container 3. A second storage plate 8a, from which the refrigerated goods tray 28 is removed, is arranged under the first storage plate 8. As shown for the storage plate 8, the refrigerated goods tray 28 with its circumferential horizontally oriented web-like edge 31 can be placed on refrigerated goods tray holders 29a, 29b projecting from the box-shaped hollow profile strips 21. The refrigerated goods tray holder 29a, 29b can extend over the entire depth of the hollow profile strips 21 or the inner container 3 of the refrigeration device 1 or can only be present in sections in one or more subsections, assigned to each side of the refrigerated goods tray 28. The type of bearing surface of the edge 31 on the refrigerated goods holder 29a, 29b can be determined such that the friction is dimensioned such that it is less than the internal friction on the linear guides 11a, 11b. In this way, the refrigerated goods tray 28 can be pulled out without the storage plate 8 also moving out. On the other hand, by pulling out the storage plate 8, the refrigerated goods tray 28 is also moved out. Instead of cooling goods tray holders 29a, 29b projecting from the box-shaped hollow profile strips 21, it can be provided as a holder for the cooling goods tray 28 that the hollow profile strips 21 have notch or slot-like guides 32a, 32b, into which the circumferential, horizontally oriented web-like edge 31 of the cooling goods tray 28 can be inserted.

The 5 and 6 each show a section of a side view of the refrigerator 1 for household purposes with the storage plates 8a, 8b according to the invention in a lowermost position in the refrigerator 1 with refrigerated goods trays 28a or 28b and 28c placed on the bottom 33 of the inner container 3. The support bar 19 has a support 12 according to the invention, on which the storage plate 8 rests with a flat section. The flat section of the storage plate 8 is pulled up to the inner side wall 10 of the inner container 3. In the variant after Fig. 6 the single large refrigerated goods tray 28a is replaced by two smaller refrigerated goods trays 28b and 28c placed side by side. In the inner container 3 of the refrigerator 1, a plurality of storage plates 8 can be arranged one above the other on their own linear guides 11a, 11b. In the cases shown of a lowermost storage plates 8a, 8b, the refrigerated goods holder 29 can be omitted and the refrigerated goods trays 28a or 28b and 28c can be set up directly on the bottom 33 of the inner container 3. So the between the bottom shelf 8a, 8b and the Bottom 33 of the inner container 3 limited space 34 can be used. In order to use this intermediate space 34 as completely as possible, provision is made not to hang the refrigerated goods trays 28a or 28b and 28c on refrigerated goods tray holders 29, but rather to place them directly on the bottom 33 of the inner container 3. In this way, the refrigerated goods trays 28a or 28b and 28c can be designed higher or more refrigerated goods can be stored below the lowermost shelf 8a or 8b. The refrigerated goods trays 28a or 28b and 28c can be removed from the refrigeration device on the one hand, without having to pull out the bottom shelf plates 8a or 8b. On the other hand, the lowest storage shelves 8a or 8b can be pulled out, the refrigerated goods trays 28a or 28b and 28c remaining in their places on the bottom 33 of the inner container 3.
