Abstract

Es wird ein Zirkelschreibgerät (1) mit einem Zirkelkörper (2), der zwei gegeneinander zwischen einem angelegten Zustand und einem abgespreizten Zustand verschwenkbar gelagerten Zirkelschenkel (5,6) umfasst. In einem der Zirkelschenkel (5) ist hierbei eine Stiftmine (15) gehaltert. Das Zirkelschreibgerät (1) umfasst weiterhin eine Schutzkappe (3), die auf das Freiende (35,36) mindestens des die Stiftmine (15) halternden Zirkelschenkels (5,6) derart aufsetzbar bzw. aufgesetzt ist, dass sie die Freienden beider Zirkelschenkel (5,6) in deren angelegtem Zustand nach außen hin abschirmt. Die Schutzkappe (3) weist hierbei an einem distalen Ende (32), das in aufgesetztem Zustand von dem Zirkelkörper (2) abgewandt ist, eine Durchtrittsöffnung (33) für die Stiftmine (15) auf. Die Stiftmine (15) und die aufgesetzte Schutzkappe (3) sind hierbei zwischen einem Freigabezustand und einem Rückhaltezustand gegeneinander verschiebbar, wobei in dem Freigabezustand eine Minenspitze (37) der Stiftmine (15) durch die Durchtrittsöffnung (33) der Schutzkappe (3) nach außen hervorsteht, und wobei in dem Rückhaltezustand die Stiftmine (15) im Inneren der Schutzkappe (3) zurückgezogen ist.
