Claims (6)
- Procédé de revêtement d'une pièce (1) au moins dans une zone de largeur (2), comprenant les étapes suivantes :préparation d'une pièce (1) présentant une âme (4) de préférence au moins partiellement constituée de bois, de matériau ligneux, de matière plastique ou similaire, une couche de surface (8) étant prévue sur au moins une longueur (6) de l'âme (4),enlèvement de matière de l'âme (4) dans une zone de largeur (2) de manière à générer une protubérance (10) formée par un segment (8') de la couche de surface (8) et un segment (4') de l'âme (4) lié à celui-ci, etserrage de la protubérance (10) contre la largeur (2) de pièce (1) à revêtir,oùl'enlèvement de matière de l'âme (4) est effectué de telle manière que le segment (4') de l'âme (4) prévu au niveau de la protubérance (10) présente une épaisseur variable perpendiculairement à l'extension de la protubérance (10), et oùl'enlèvement de matière de l'âme (4) est effectué de telle manière que la couche de surface (8) est partiellement retirée,caractérisé en ce quepour la définition d'une zone d'épaisseur minimale de la protubérance (10), en plus de l'enlèvement de matière de l'âme (4), il est procédé à un enlèvement de matière d'un segment de la couche de surface (8), de manière à former un réservoir de colle au niveau de l'épaisseur minimale de la protubérance (10), et en ce que la protubérance (10) est serrée contre la largeur (2) de pièce (1) à revêtir de manière à être courbée en formant un rayon de courbure au moins au niveau d'une épaisseur minimale de la protubérance (10),l'âme (4) présentant deux couches de couverture (4") et au moins une couche intercalaire (4"') disposée entre les couches de couverture, laquelle est de densité inférieure à celle des couches de couverture (41').
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le segment (4') de l'âme prévu au niveau de la protubérance (10) présente une épaisseur maximale supérieure à celle de la couche de surface (8).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'après serrage contre la largeur (2) de pièce (1) à revêtir, la protubérance (10) s'étend aussi sur la surface opposée (1') de la pièce (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'après serrage contre la largeur (2) de pièce (1) à revêtir, la protubérance (10) est usinée pour être affleurante, en étant en particulier fraisée et/ou découpée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de surface (8) comprend un matériau sélectionné entre une matière plastique, un papier, un métal ou du bois.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de surface (8) présente un décor artificiel ou naturel.
