Definitions
- the invention relates to a door or window securing device for securing a door or window against burglary.
- Doors comprise a frame and a leaf which is pivotally supported by connecting elements to the frame. This allows doors to be opened and closed. With a further attached closing element they can be kept closed.
- Windows include a frame and a wing which is pivotally mounted to the frame with fasteners. This allows windows to be opened and closed. With a further attached closing element they can be kept closed.
- Such doors or windows may not have sufficient protection against accidental opening from the outside, especially against burglaries. They are usually only secured by the attached closing element or the existing locking mechanism. This has the disadvantage that the door or the window can be relatively easily levered by the application of a corresponding tool at the gap between the leaf or wing and frame. To prevent such leveraging, there are various ways to secure doors or windows from burglary. However, these are either relatively easy to circumvent and offer only limited effective burglary protection or are complicated, especially multi-part security systems that are expensive and expensive too are mounted. Already installed doors or windows are often difficult to retrofit with appropriate security devices.
- a window and door security with a security fitting, with a mountable in a soffit of a window or a door guide member and a latch which is movable relative to the guide member between a rest position and a securing position, wherein the bolt in its rest position substantially within the soffit is arranged and protrudes in its securing position from the soffit and extends near the frame of a movable wing of the window or the door, such that an inwardly pivoting opening movement of the wing is hindered.
- a disadvantage of this window and door security is that retrofitting is possible only with greater effort.
- the invention has for its object to provide a simple, effective and cost-effective door or window security device that can be easily attached to already installed windows or doors in retrospect.
- a door or window securing device for securing a door or window against burglaries with a body in which a hole of a certain extent and a bulge of the hole is formed, with two at a certain distance from each other approximately parallel boundary lines is slit-shaped and wherein the distance of the boundary lines is smaller than the measured in the same direction extent of the hole.
- the object is achieved with a door or window securing system, with a door or window securing device according to the invention and with at least one fastening element for attaching the door or window securing device to a door or to a window comprising a head and a shaft and wherein the Shank in diameter is slightly smaller than the distance of the boundary lines of the bulge and the head is larger in diameter than said distance, but slightly smaller than the extent of the hole.
- the door or window security device according to the invention is advantageously also suitable for sliding windows or sliding doors. Also on these it is particularly appropriate so that an opening movement of the associated wing or leaf is positively restrained by the body.
- a door or window securing device comprising a base body having a hole and a slot. The slot is then formed on the hole.
- the body can be easily attached to the side of the door or window frame, which is not accessible to the burglar / the burglar.
- This page will be referred to as the inside.
- a fastener comprising a shaft and a head.
- This fastener is in particular a screw. It is located so far in the door or window frame that a certain distance of the head remains to the frame. This distance is at least the thickness of the body, more preferably slightly more.
- the diameter of the head is smaller than the size of the hole of the door or window securing device.
- the main body of the door or window securing device according to the invention can be pushed over the head of the fastening element in the direction of the door or window frame.
- the head passes through the hole.
- the door or window securing device according to the invention is moved parallel to the door or window frame in the direction and in the slit-shaped bulge or in the slot.
- the distance of the boundary lines of the slit-shaped bulge or the slot is smaller than the diameter or measured in the same direction extent of the head, so that the door or window securing device according to the invention is fixed in such a way.
- the door or window securing device thus attached to the door or window frame concurrently covers a part of the blade to secure the blade against being pressed in from outside to inside.
- the door or window securing device according to the invention is arranged at the upper edge of a wing or sheet, it additionally prevents in many doors (especially sliding doors) and windows basically possible lifting or lifting the wing or sheet.
- the door or window security device according to the invention is thereby fastened to the door or window frame in a very simple manner. An effective protection against burglary is possible because a corresponding tool at the gap between the leaf or leaf and frame of the window or the door can indeed be recognized, the wing or the sheet but is secured against being pressed from the outside inwards.
- a great advantage is also that the door or window securing device according to the invention can be very easily removed by moving in the opposite direction, ie in the direction of the hole and subsequent removal.
- the door or window security device according to the invention can be retrofitted very easily.
- a door or window securing device in which the hole has a circular shape. Due to the inventive design of the bulge of the circular hole arises here suggestively the shape of a classic keyhole.
- the circular shape of the hole is particularly advantageous since on the one hand it can be created particularly easily by drilling and on the other hand corresponds to the shape of a screw head in plan view.
- the door or window securing device according to the invention can be pushed particularly easily over the head of a fastening element, in particular a screw, in the direction of the door or window frame through the circular hole.
- a door or window securing device in which the hole is designed with two bulges and in which, in particular, the second bulge is formed opposite the first bulge.
- the main body of the door or window securing device can be moved in two opposite directions.
- the frame of a door or window comprises two horizontal frame sections and two vertical frame sections forming a rectangle.
- the door or window securing device according to the invention is preferably attached to the vertical frame portion to which the closing element is attached. To secure it is moved parallel to the leaf or the wing so that the shank of the fastener is in the slot-shaped bulge and the head of the fastener holds the body.
- a door or window securing device in which two holes are provided, each with at least one bulge, whose longitudinal extensions are both the same direction. Due to the presence of two holes, the door or window securing device can be mounted particularly stably against twisting to the frame of a door or window.
- a door or window securing device in which the base body is designed as a surface with at least one step.
- the surface of the base body is angled to a first width, wherein the angle is adapted to the shape of the sheet or the wing of the door to be secured or the window to be secured. It is preferably 90 °.
- the surface is in turn preferably angled by approximately 90 ° in the opposite direction. This results in three partial surfaces of the body: a holding surface, a protrusion surface and a mounting surface.
- the support surface has a said first width which, in the case of a window to be secured, is no greater than the width of a sash to be held of the sash.
- the protrusion surface has a said second width corresponding to the overhang of the blade or the wing.
- the mounting surface has a third width, which is limited in the case of a window to be secured by the distance of the frame surrounding the masonry of the wing.
- the holes according to the invention are formed in the attachment surface. This design of the door or window securing device ensures that each partial surface optimally rests on the security object and so optimal protection is achieved. Today's windows and doors are largely standardized with respect to the dimensions mentioned.
- the door and window securing device according to the invention be manufactured in large quantities with the same standard dimensions, which is particularly cost-effective. If windows and doors have special sizes in relation to the dimensions mentioned, individual door or window securing devices according to the invention can also be manufactured without much effort.
- the surface and the mentioned individual partial surfaces of the main body of the door and window securing device according to the invention preferably have an approximately rectangular shape. However, any other suitable form can be used. It is made of burglar-proof material, in particular of metal.
- a door or window securing device in which the base body is designed as a kinked surface.
- the surface of the Grundköpers is bent to a first width by preferably about 90 °.
- the holes according to the invention may be mounted on the first partial surface or on the second partial surface.
- each two holes are formed both on the first partial surface and on the second partial surface, each with a bulge, particularly preferably with two opposite bulges whose longitudinal extensions are all the same direction.
- the thus designed door or window securing device is preferably used in doors that are open to the outside.
- the door security device By attaching two fastening elements, in particular screws on the inside of the door leaf and the door frame, the door security device can be secured according to the invention as described above.
- the surface and the mentioned individual partial surfaces of the main body of the door and window securing device according to the invention preferably have an approximately rectangular shape. However, any other suitable form can be used. It is made of burglar-proof material, in particular of metal.
- a door or window securing device in which the base body is designed as a flat plate.
- the advantage of a flat plate is that even doors or windows can be secured, whose leaf or wing is flush with the frame.
- inventively designed holes are mounted on a surface half of the flat plate. In this case, it must be at least two inventively designed holes to prevent twisting of the door or window securing device.
- the flat plate may have any shape, preferably a rectangular shape. It is made of burglar-proof material, in particular of metal.
- a door or window securing device in which a handle is attached to the main body.
- a handle is of great advantage, so that the door or window securing device can be easily attached to the frame, moved for securing and unlocking and removed for removal.
- a door or window securing device in which the handle is designed in the form of a web.
- the handle in the form of a web can be mounted in door or window securing devices whose surface of the base body has at least one step or a kink. It is preferably mounted in the middle of the length of the door or window securing device and is perpendicular to the projection surface and the mounting surface or to the first and second partial surface and is limited by these or injected.
- the handle has the shape of a triangle.
- a door or window securing device in which the handle is designed in the form of a threaded bore and a matching handle screw.
- a handle can in all inventive door or window securing devices be educated. It is preferably designed in the middle of the length of the door or window securing device.
- the threaded bore passes through the surface of the base body.
- the door or window securing device is an anti-burglary safety guard, which is formed of an intrusion-proof material and is preferably designed as a step and in which preferably two openings are mounted, such as a door cylinder in the mirror image.
- the burglar safety guard is adjusted in size of the door to be secured or the window to be secured, ie the security object. It is preferably about 10 cm long and about 6 cm wide. If the burglar safety guard has a staircase shape, the material is preferably angled at 90 ° after about 2.5 cm, and preferably angled at 90 ° in the opposite direction after about 2 cm. The shape (lengths and angles) is adapted to the security object. This bending creates three partial surfaces.
- two holes are evenly distributed laterally like a door cylinder in the mirror image in the surface. Between the holes is a small bracket attached or a small threaded hole to which a matching screw is attached. In the latter case, the burglar safety guard can also be turned.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic front view of a door or window securing device 10 and a window 12 in the closed state.
- the window 12 comprises a frame 14, connecting elements 16, a sash 18 and a closing element 20.
- the sash 18 in turn comprises a sash frame 22 and a glass pane 24.
- the connecting elements or hinges 16 pivotally hold the sash 18 on the frame 14.
- the closing element 20 closes the wing 18 on the frame 14.
- the frame 14 comprises two horizontal Frame sections 26 and two vertical frame sections 28 which form a rectangle.
- the door or window securing device 10 is mounted according to the invention. Possible attachment points show the dashed lines in Fig. 1 , with even more attachment points are possible.
- the door or window securing device 10 is fixed to the vertical frame portion 28, on which the closing element 20 is located, more preferably approximately below the closing element 20.
- a plurality of door or window securing devices 10 are attached to the frame 14.
- the door or window securing device 10 is mounted on a two-leaf window, preferably in the middle at its horizontal frame portion.
- the door or window securing device 10 attached to the frame 14 secures the window 12 against burglary, i. against pushing from the outside in.
- the door or window securing device 10 comprises a base body 30, in which two holes 32 are formed.
- a hole 32 is circular in shape with a diameter or extent 34 of about 1 cm and has two diametrically opposite bulges 36.
- a bulge 36 is designed slot-shaped with two mutually approximately parallel boundary lines 38 and 40.
- the two boundary lines 38 and 40 have a certain distance 42 to each other.
- the distance 42 is here about 0.4 cm and is thus smaller than the diameter 34 of the hole 32, d. H. the extent 34 of the hole 32 measured in the same direction.
- the main body 30 of the door or window securing device 10 in FIG Fig. 2 is designed as an area with a step. It is about 10 cm long and has a thickness 44 of about 2 mm. After a first width 46 of about 2.5 cm, he is a first Angle 48 angled at 90 °. After a second width 50 of about 2.0 cm, it is angled by a second angle 52 of 90 ° in the opposite direction. The third width 54 is here about 2.7 cm. This results in the base body 30, the shape of a step, which is formed of three partial surfaces. The three partial surfaces are a holding surface 56, a projection surface 58 and a mounting surface 60. The holding surface 56 holds the sash 22 against external pressure.
- the protrusion surface 58 covers the protrusion 62, ie the piece of the sash 22 that projects beyond the frame 14.
- said holes 32 are provided with said slot-shaped protrusions 36, whereby the base body 30 is fixed to the frame 14.
- the door or window securing device 10 in FIG Fig. 2 further comprises a handle 64.
- the handle 64 includes a threaded bore 66 which is located in the middle of the line connecting the centers of the two circular holes 32.
- the handle 64 comprises a handle screw 68 which is screwed into the threaded hole 66 and at which the user can grip and move the door or window lock device 10.
- the door or window securing device 10 is made of an intrusion-proof material, in particular of metal, preferably of stainless steel.
- Fig. 2 shows in detail how the door or window securing device 10 off Fig. 1 attached to the frame 14 for securing the window 12.
- two fastening elements 70 preferably two fastening screws, are mounted in the frame 14. They have a distance from each other, which corresponds to the distance between the centers of the two circular holes 32.
- the single fastener 70 consists of a head 72 and a shank 74. It is located so far in the frame 14 that a certain distance 76 of the head 72 to the frame 14 remains. This distance 76 is at least as large as the thickness 44 of the base body 30, particularly preferably slightly larger.
- the Diameter of the head 72 is smaller than the extent 42 of the single hole 32.
- the door or window securing device 10 By grasping and moving the door or window securing device 10 on the handle 64, it is pushed by the two circular holes 32 over the head 72 of the fastener 70 away.
- a user moves it parallel to the frame 14 and thus to the sash 22 in the direction of the slit-shaped bulges 36, whose longitudinal extensions are both the same direction.
- the individual slit-shaped bulge 36 has a distance 42 of its boundary lines 38 and 40, which is slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft 74. At the same time said distance 42 is smaller than the diameter of the head 72 of the individual fastener 70.
- the existing dead weight and gravity keeps the door or window securing device 10 down.
- the design of the main body 30 of the door or window securing device 10 as a surface with a step in the dimensions described above adapts it to the shape of the frame 14 and the adjoining sash 22 of the window 12. Said attachment causes the holding surface 56 to bear against the end face of the casement 22, covering part of the casement 22. Now someone tries from the outside, the sash 22 push inwards, this is not possible because the support surface 56 of the door or window lock device 10 presses against it.
- the holding surface 56 in turn is connected via the protrusion surface 58 with the mounting surface 60 of the base body 30 and thus with the fastening elements 70 on the frame 14.
- Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment of the door or window securing device 10 according to the invention. It essentially corresponds to the in Fig. 1 and 2 illustrated embodiment. The difference lies in contrast in that the handle 64 is designed as a web in the form of a triangle. The web is attached to the middle of the length of the base body 30 and is perpendicular to the protrusion surface 58 and the mounting surface 60 and is enclosed by these or enclosed.
- the handle 64 is formed as a web, in which the surface of the base body 30 has a kink.
- Fig. 4 shows a third embodiment of the door or window securing device 10 according to the invention. It essentially corresponds to the in Fig. 1 and 2 illustrated embodiment. The difference in contrast is that the surface of the main body 30 is formed here as a plate. Such a door or window securing device 10 is used to secure doors or windows whose leaf or sash 22 is flush with the frame 14.
- the plate-shaped main body 30 shown here has two holes 32 which are each designed with a slot-shaped bulge 36. The longitudinal extent of the two bulges 36 are both the same direction. The two holes 32 are mounted in one half of the plate in a line.
- a threaded bore 66 to which a handle screw 68 can be attached to receive a handle 64.
- the base body 30 can be rotated by an indicated axis by 180 °.
- Rewriting the handling screw 68 causes the door or window security device 10 to be used in an opposite manner. In this example, this is the case when shifting in the opposite direction is necessary.
- Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of a fourth embodiment of the door or window securing device 10 according to the invention by the example of securing a door 78, which is to be opened to the outside.
- Fig. 5 a fragmentary An oblique view of the inside of the door 78, which includes a door frame 80 as a frame and a door leaf 82.
- the base body 30 of the door or window securing device 10 is designed here as a kinked surface.
- the approximately 10 cm long base body is angled at a first width 46 of about 2 cm by an angle 48 of 90 °.
- the second width 50 is here about 2.5 cm. This results in two partial surfaces of the main body 30.
