Die in Förderrichtung zweite Andruckscheibe 34 ist vorzugseise in einem Winkel, von größer 45 Grad zur Förderrichtung der Riemenpaare 9,9' bzw. 10, 10' eingestellt. Die Andruckscheiben 33, 34 sind frei drehbar und beweglich gelagert. Dabei kann der Abstand zwischen dem Drehteller 31 und den Andruckscheiben 33, 34 mittels eines winkelförmigen Hebels 36 und einer dazugehörigen Justierschraube 37 eingestellt werden, wobei die Andruckscheiben 33, 34 nicht auf dem Drehteller 31 aufliegen. Über einen Anschlag 38 wird der zweiseitige Hebel 39 zur Aufnahme der frei drehbar gelagerten Andruckscheiben 33, 34 parallel über dem Drehteller 31 gehalten. Claims (4)
- A folding box gluing machine for manufacturing folding boxes from blanks, comprising several stations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7), wherein one of the stations is a folding station (3) in which blanks provided with an adhesive strip are folded and a subsequent station is a transfer station (5), wherein the folding box gluing machine comprises at least two pairs of conveying means each consisting of an upper belt and a lower belt, and wherein at least one external discharge device is provided in the transfer station (5),
characterized in that
a further station which is designed as an internal discharge device for defective boxes is provided before the transfer station (5), and that a control unit (41) is provided which controls the respective discharge device (7) depending on the type of box and/or the operation speed as a discharge station. - A folding box gluing machine according to claim 1,
