Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Führen eines Garprozesses zum Garen eines Garguts in einem Garraum eines Gargeräts, indem wenigstens ein Energieeintrag in den Garraum des Gargeräts in Abhängigkeit von wenigstens einem durch einen Anwender einstellbaren oder eingestellten Zielparameter geführt wird, wobei eine erste funktionale Abhängigkeit des Energieeintrags von zumindest zwei Zielparametern unter Überlagerung von zumindest einer ersten zweiten Abhängigkeit des Energieeintrags von einem ersten Zielparameter und einer zweiten zweiten Abhängigkeit des Energieeintrags von einem zweiten Zielparameter bestimmt wird, und der Garprozess zum Erreichen der zwei Zielparameter unter Berücksichtigung der ersten funktionalen Abhängigkeit geführt wird, sowie ein Gargerät zum Durchführen solch eines Verfahrens.The invention relates to a method for guiding a cooking process for cooking a food in a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance by at least one energy input into the cooking chamber of the cooking appliance is performed in dependence on at least one set or adjusted by a user target parameter, wherein a first functional dependence of the energy input is determined by at least two target parameters superimposed on at least a first second dependence of the energy input of a first target parameter and a second second dependence of the energy input of a second target parameter, and the cooking process is performed to achieve the two target parameters taking into account the first functional dependence, and a cooking appliance for performing such a method.
