Claims (11)

- Dispositif de découpe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque et la contreforme (20) sont maintenues au moyen d'un mécanisme de serrage (22) avec le cadre (24) et le mécanisme de serrage (22) possède au moins un ergot de serrage (22.2) fixé solidairement au cadre (24) et au moins un ergot de serrage (22.1) amovible disposé en face de l'ergot de serrage fixe.
- Dispositif de découpe selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpe possède un dispositif de commande (15) pour la commande du mécanisme de serrage (21) et du dispositif de réglage (23).
- Machine de découpe et/ou de gaufrage (100) avec un dispositif de découpe (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé pour l'ajustement d'un dispositif de découpe selon la revendication 9 comprenant les étapes suivantes :a. Desserrement du mécanisme de serrage (21) pour desserrer la tension du cadre et du creuset par commande correspondante des actionneurs par le dispositif de commande (15),b. commande des actionneurs (23) par le dispositif de commande (15) pour déplacer horizontalement le cadre (24) avec la plaque et la contreforme (20) par rapport aux couteaux de découpe et/ou de rainage de la forme positive,c. activation du mécanisme de serrage (21) pour tendre le cadre (24) et le creuset (9) par une commande correspondante des actionneurs (21) par le dispositif de commande (15).
