Auch in diesen strömungstechnisch problematischen Raumbereichen des Garraumes findet damit eine bestmögliche Durchströmung des Garraumes und damit eine optimale Wärmebehandlung des Gargutes statt. Hierbei wirken die geneigten Flanken und die darin befindlichen Luftaustrittsöffnungen funktional wie Luftleitelemente, sodass insofern auf zusätzliche Luftleitelemente wie Reflexionsflächen oder dergleichen verzichtet werden kann, wodurch die Ofenkonstruktion sehr einfach und kostensparend gestaltet werden kann. Dabei wird unterstellt, dass der zentrale, senkrechte Flächenteil der Luftleitplatte sich parallel zur genannten Garraumwand erstreckt.
