Description

  • La prĂ©sente invention concerne un ensemble de distribution pour distributeur de produit fluide. La prĂ©sente invention concerne Ă©galement un distributeur de produit fluide comportant un tel ensemble de distribution.
  • La prĂ©sente invention concerne plus particuliĂšrement les dispositifs de pulvĂ©risation, notamment du type nasal, et s'applique de prĂ©fĂ©rence Ă  des pulvĂ©risateurs incorporant un obturateur de l'orifice de distribution.
  • Dans un pulvĂ©risateur, par exemple du type nasal, la tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation incorpore gĂ©nĂ©ralement un profil de pulvĂ©risation prĂ©vu en amont de l'orifice de distribution et adaptĂ© Ă  faire tourbillonner le produit avant son expulsion sous forme de spray. De maniĂšre connue, ce profil de pulvĂ©risation peut comporter un ou plusieurs canaux non radiaux prĂ©vus au niveau de la paroi de fond de la tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation, lesdits canaux menant Ă  une chambre de tourbillonnement disposĂ©e juste en amont de l'orifice de distribution.
  • GĂ©nĂ©ralement, un insert est disposĂ© dans la tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation pour d'une part remplir sensiblement le volume mort du canal d'expulsion et ainsi ne laisser qu'un canal de petite dimension, et d'autre part pour former le fond du profil de pulvĂ©risation. Une piĂšce supplĂ©mentaire formant l'insert est donc nĂ©cessaire pour rĂ©aliser ledit profil de pulvĂ©risation.
  • La prĂ©sence d'un obturateur an amont de l'orifice de distribution pose Ă©galement des problĂšmes.
  • Des obturateurs pour obturer l'orifice de distribution d'un distributeur de produit fluide sont bien connus dans l'Ă©tat de la technique. Il en existe plusieurs types. Une premiĂšre famille d'obturateurs comprend ceux qui sont sollicitĂ©s Ă©lastiquement vers leur position d'obturation et qui sont dĂ©formĂ©s ou dĂ©placĂ©s par la pression du produit en phase de distribution pour ouvrir l'orifice de distribution. Ces dispositifs peuvent soit comporter des obturateurs en matĂ©riau dĂ©formable, soit des obturateurs rĂ©alisĂ©s sous forme de piston coulissant dans le canal d'expulsion un Ă©loignement de l'orifice de distribution sous l'effet de la pression exercĂ©e par le produit. Le document US-5 806 762 divulgue un obturateur dĂ©formable, entourant un insert rigide, dont la fonction d'obturation est directement liĂ©e Ă  la pression exercĂ©e par le fluide au sein du dispositif. Une autre famille d'obturateurs comprend des obturateurs dĂ©formĂ©s mĂ©caniquement par une partie de la tĂȘte de distribution au moment de l'actionnement du dispositif pour distribuer une dose de produit. Dans ce cas, l'ouverture de l'obturateur est indĂ©pendante de la pression exercĂ©e par le produit.
  • Ces obturateurs, bien que fonctionnant de maniĂšre correcte, prĂ©sentent l'inconvĂ©nient d'ĂȘtre relativement compliquĂ©s Ă  fabriquer et Ă  assembler, et donc coĂ»teux. GĂ©nĂ©ralement, ils nĂ©cessitent une modification de la tĂȘte de distribution pour permettre l'adaptation de l'obturateur ce qui implique Ă©galement une Ă©lĂ©vation du coĂ»t de fabrication du dispositif de distribution de produit fluide. D'autre part, lorsque la tĂȘte de distribution incorpore un profil de pulvĂ©risation, la prĂ©sence de l'obturateur altĂšre gĂ©nĂ©ralement la gĂ©omĂ©trie dudit profil de pulvĂ©risation, ce qui est prĂ©judiciable Ă  la qualitĂ© du spray lors de l'expulsion du produit.
  • Le document WO 03/041865 divulgue un pulvĂ©risateur du type nasal, dans lequel l'insert est montĂ© coulissant dans la tĂȘte pour former l'obturateur. Un manchon fixe est rapportĂ© pour dĂ©finir le profil de pulvĂ©risation. Le dispositif de ce document WO 03/041865 nĂ©cessite donc quatre piĂšces distinctes pour former la tĂȘte, Ă  savoir le corps de la tĂȘte, le piston, l'insert mobile (obturateur) et le manchon. L'assemblage de ces quatre piĂšces peut Ă©galement s'avĂ©rer assez complexe et donc coĂ»teux. Les documents FR-2 645 835 , FR-2 862 106 , FR-2 871 786 , FR-2 862 009 , WO 03/99706 , WO 03/78073 , DE 196 22 124 et EP-0 791 398 montrent d'autres dispositifs de l'Ă©tat de la technique.
  • La prĂ©sente invention a aussi pour but de fournir un ensemble de distribution de produit fluide pour distributeur de produit fluide qui ne reproduit pas les inconvĂ©nients susmentionnĂ©s.
  • La prĂ©sente invention a pour but de fournir un ensemble de distribution qui soit simple Ă  fabriquer et Ă  assembler, et qui ne nĂ©cessite pas de modifications de la tĂȘte de distribution.
  • La prĂ©sente invention a encore pour but de fournir un ensemble de distribution pour distributeur de produit fluide dans lequel la gĂ©omĂ©trie du profil de pulvĂ©risation prĂ©vu en amont de l'orifice de distribution n'est pas modifiĂ©e lors de l'expulsion du produit, garantissant une qualitĂ© optimale du spray.
  • La prĂ©sente invention a aussi pour but de fournir un distributeur de produit fluide comportant un tel ensemble de distribution.
  • La prĂ©sente invention a donc pour objet un ensemble de distribution de produit fluide tel que dĂ©crit dans la revendication 1. Les revendications dĂ©pendantes dĂ©crivent des modes de rĂ©alisation avantageux.
  • La prĂ©sente invention a Ă©galement pour objet un dispositif de distribution de produit fluide comportant un rĂ©servoir et un ensemble de distribution tel quel dĂ©fini ci-dessus.
  • D'autres avantages et caractĂ©ristiques de l'invention apparaĂźtront plus clairement au cours de la description dĂ©taillĂ©e suivante, en rĂ©fĂ©rence aux dessins joints, donnĂ©s Ă  titre d'exemples non limitatifs, sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue schĂ©matique en section transversale d'un ensemble de distribution selon un mode de rĂ©alisation avantageux de l'invention, en position de repos,
    • la figure 2 est une vue de dĂ©tail agrandie de la tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation de la figure 1, en position de repos,
    • la figure 3 est une vue similaire Ă  celle de la figure 2, en position d'actionnement,
    • la figure 4 est une vue similaire Ă  celle de la figure 1, montrant une variante de rĂ©alisation de l'invention, et
    • la figure 5 est une vue similaire Ă  celle de la figure 2, montrant une autre variante de rĂ©alisation de l'invention.
  • La prĂ©sente invention concerne plus particuliĂšrement un ensemble de distribution pourvu d'un obturateur. Les figures 2, 3 et 5 reprĂ©sentent la partie d'extrĂ©mitĂ© d'une tĂȘte de distribution nasale, mais la prĂ©sente invention peut trĂšs bien Ă©galement s'adapter Ă  des tĂȘtes de distribution d'un autre type.
  • L'ensemble de distribution comporte une pompe 50 et une tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation 10. La pompe 50 peut ĂȘtre montĂ©e sur un rĂ©servoir 100, dont seulement une partie est reprĂ©sentĂ©e en pointillĂ©s sur la figure 1. Elle peut comporter un tube plongeur 59 s'Ă©tendant vers le fond du rĂ©servoir. Le montage de la pompe peut ĂȘtre rĂ©alisĂ© au moyen d'une bague de fixation 80, avantageusement avec interposition d'un joint d'Ă©tanchĂ©itĂ© 90. La bague 80 peut ĂȘtre une piĂšce sĂ©parĂ©e ou ĂȘtre formĂ©e d'une piĂšce monobloc avec la pompe 50, comme reprĂ©sentĂ© sur la figure 1. Son assemblage peut ĂȘtre quelconque, par exemple par encliquetage, vissage ou sertissage.
  • En rĂ©fĂ©rence aux figures, la tĂȘte de distribution 10 comporte un corps 11 dĂ©finissant un canal d'expulsion 12 qui se termine par un orifice de distribution 1. Un insert rigide 30 est disposĂ© dans ce canal d'expulsion 12 permettant de limiter le volume mort du canal d'expulsion et de dĂ©finir ainsi un passage Ă©troit pour le produit, favorisant sa pulvĂ©risation au niveau de l'orifice de distribution. La tĂȘte de distribution comporte un profil de pulvĂ©risation 20, de prĂ©fĂ©rence rĂ©alisĂ© entre la paroi frontale de fond de la tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation 10 et ledit insert 30, l'orifice de distribution 3 se trouvant alors de prĂ©fĂ©rence au centre dudit profil de pulvĂ©risation. De prĂ©fĂ©rence, et de maniĂšre connue, le profil de pulvĂ©risation peut comprendre des canaux de tourbillonnement non radiaux (non reprĂ©sentĂ©s) qui se connectent Ă  une chambre de tourbillonnement disposĂ©e directement en amont de l'orifice de distribution 1. Le profil de pulvĂ©risation 20 peut ĂȘtre formĂ© dans la paroi de fond de la tĂȘte 10, comme reprĂ©sentĂ© sur les figures 1 Ă  4, ou au contraire dans l'insert 30, comme reprĂ©sentĂ© sur la figure 5.
  • La pompe 50 comporte une chambre de pompe 56 pourvue d'un clapet d'entrĂ©e 75, tel qu'une bille sur l'exemple de la figure 1.
  • La pompe 50 comporte un corps de pompe 52 dans lequel coulisse au moins un premier piston 51. Avantageusement, la pompe comporte Ă©galement un obturateur 40 disposĂ© en amont de l'orifice de distribution 1 et adaptĂ© Ă  obturer cet orifice lorsque la pompe n'est pas utilisĂ©e. Cet obturateur 40 est dĂ©plaçable entre une position d'obturation, reprĂ©sentĂ©e sur les figure 1, 2, 4 et 5, dans laquelle il coopĂšre avec l'orifice de distribution 1 pour l'obturer, et une position de non-obturation, reprĂ©sentĂ©e sur la figure 3, dans laquelle il est dĂ©placĂ© en Ă©loignement dudit orifice de distribution 1. En position de repos l'obturateur est sollicitĂ© Ă©lastiquement vers sa position d'obturation, en particulier au moyen du ressort de rappel 70 de la pompe comme cela est reprĂ©sentĂ© sur les dessins. En variante, un ressort spĂ©cifique pourrait ĂȘtre assignĂ© audit obturateur 40.
  • Dans l'exemple reprĂ©sentĂ© sur les figures, la chambre de tourbillonnement du profil de pulvĂ©risation 20 est de volume sensiblement nul en position d'obturation, le dĂ©placement de l'obturateur 40 vers sa position de non-obturation crĂ©ant un volume formant la chambre de tourbillonnement. D'autres mises en oeuvre sont toutefois aussi envisageables.
  • Avantageusement, la pompe reprĂ©sentĂ©e sur la figure 1 comporte un second piston 57 qui coulisse Ă©galement de maniĂšre Ă©tanche dans le corps de pompe 52. Ce second piston 57 est adaptĂ© Ă  coopĂ©rer avec l'obturateur 40 pour le dĂ©placer vers sa position de non-obturation, de prĂ©fĂ©rence en fin d'actionnement de la pompe. Ceci fournit un certain nombre d'avantages. En effet, cette mise en oeuvre permet de rĂ©aliser une ouverture mĂ©canique de l'obturateur 40 indĂ©pendante de la pression du produit dans la pompe lors de l'actionnement. De plus, cette mise en oeuvre permet d'ouvrir l'obturateur en toute fin d'actionnement, ce qui garantit une parfaite distribution de la totalitĂ© de la dose. Bien entendu, la prĂ©sente invention n'est pas limitĂ©e Ă  cet exemple de pompe particulier reprĂ©sentĂ© sur la figure 1, mais s'applique au contraire Ă  toutes sortes de pompes.
  • La figure 4 reprĂ©sente un autre type de pompe dans laquelle l'obturateur 40 se prolonge par une jupe 45 formant clapet d'entrĂ©e 75 de la chambre de pompe 56. L'invention peut aussi s'appliquer Ă  d'autres types de pompes.
  • Selon l'invention, ledit insert rigide 30 est solidaire dudit premier piston 51, et le premier piston 51 est fixe par rapport Ă  la tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation 10. De prĂ©fĂ©rence, l'insert 30 est formĂ© par ledit premier piston 51, c'est-Ă -dire que ces deux piĂšces sont rĂ©alisĂ©es d'une seule piĂšce monobloc. La prĂ©sente invention permet donc d'Ă©conomiser une piĂšce par rapport aux pompes connues. De prĂ©fĂ©rence, le premier piston 51 comporte un passage traversant 55 rĂ©alisĂ© dans une paroi dudit premier piston 51, et qui est adaptĂ© Ă  permettre le passage du produit fluide Ă  partir de l'intĂ©rieur dudit premier piston 51 vers l'extĂ©rieur dudit premier piston 51. En effet, Ă  partir du moment oĂč le premier piston 51 forme l'insert 30 qui est adaptĂ© Ă  dĂ©finir le profil de pulvĂ©risation 20 au niveau de l'orifice de distribution 1, le produit doit s'Ă©couler Ă  l'extĂ©rieur dudit insert, entre la surface extĂ©rieure dudit insert 30 et la surface intĂ©rieure du corps 11 de la tĂȘte 10. Avantageusement, ledit obturateur 40 coulisse Ă  l'intĂ©rieur dudit premier piston 51, comme visible sur les figures. De cette maniĂšre, la gĂ©omĂ©trie du profil de pulvĂ©risation 20 reste inchangĂ©e, en particulier au niveau des canaux non-radiaux (non reprĂ©sentĂ©s), quelle que soit la position de l'obturateur 10.
  • La prĂ©sente invention permet donc de rĂ©aliser avec seulement trois piĂšces, Ă  savoir le corps 11 de la tĂȘte, le premier piston 51 et l'obturateur 40, les fonctions suivantes :
    • Une parfaite pulvĂ©risation du produit lors de sa distribution, du fait que la gĂ©omĂ©trie du profil de pulvĂ©risation 20 n'est pas modifiĂ©e par le dĂ©placement de l'obturateur 40 vers sa position de non-obturation ; en effet, le piston 51 formant l'insert 30 est avantageusement fixe par rapport audit corps 11, de sorte que la gĂ©omĂ©trie du profil de pulvĂ©risation 20, et en particulier des canaux non-radiaux, reste inchangĂ©e au moment de la distribution.
    • Une parfaite obturation de l'orifice de distribution lorsque la pompe n'est pas utilisĂ©e ; en effet, l'obturateur 40 peut venir coopĂ©rer directement avec l'orifice de distribution 1, en Ă©tant sollicitĂ© Ă©lastiquement par le ressort de rappel de la pompe vers sa position d'obturation, ce qui empĂȘche toute pĂ©nĂ©tration de germes ou de bactĂ©ries Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du dispositif entre deux actionnements, et ce qui minimise de maniĂšre importante les risques de contamination du produit Ă  distribuer.
    • Une distribution garantie de la totalitĂ© de la dose Ă  chaque actionnement ; en effet, l'ouverture de l'obturateur peut se faire en toute fin d'actionnement et peut ĂȘtre rĂ©alisĂ©e mĂ©caniquement par le second piston de la pompe ; ceci fournit une parfaite prĂ©compression de cette pompe lors de son actionnement, de sorte qu'au moment de son ouverture il est garanti que la totalitĂ© de la dose sera distribuĂ©e.
  • La prĂ©sente invention a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©crite en rĂ©fĂ©rence Ă  plusieurs modes de rĂ©alisation avantageux de celle-ci, mais il est entendu que diverses modifications peuvent y ĂȘtre apportĂ©es sans sortir du cadre de la prĂ©sente invention tel que dĂ©fini par les revendications annexĂ©es.

Claims (7)

  1. Ensemble de distribution de produit fluide comportant :
    - une pompe (50) comprenant un corps de pompe (52) et au moins un premier piston (51) coulissant de maniÚre étanche dans ledit corps de pompe (52) entre une position de non-distribution et une position de distribution,
    - une tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10) montĂ©e sur ladite pompe (50) et dĂ©plaçable manuellement entre une position de repos, dans laquelle ledit premier piston (51) est en position de non-distribution, et une position d'actionnement, dans laquelle ledit premier piston (51) est dĂ©placĂ© vers sa position de distribution, ladite tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10) comportant un corps (11) dĂ©finissant un canal d'expulsion (12) et pourvu d'un orifice de distribution (1), ladite tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10) comprenant un insert rigide (30) disposĂ© en amont dudit profil de pulvĂ©risation (20), ladite tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation comportant en amont dudit orifice de distribution (1) un profil de pulvĂ©risation (20) adaptĂ© Ă  pulvĂ©riser le produit fluide lors de sa distribution, ledit profil de pulvĂ©risation (20) Ă©tant rĂ©alisĂ© entre une paroi frontale de fond de ladite tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10) et ledit insert rigide (30), de sorte qu'une surface d'extrĂ©mitĂ© dudit insert rigide (30) forme au moins partiellement le fond dudit profil de pulvĂ©risation (20), l'orifice de distribution (1) se trouvant de prĂ©fĂ©rence au centre dudit profil de pulvĂ©risation (20),
    caractĂ©risĂ© en ce que ledit insert rigide (30) est solidaire dudit premier piston (51), ledit premier piston (51) Ă©tant fixe par rapport Ă  ladite tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10), et en ce que ledit ensemble comprend en outre un obturateur (40) disposĂ© dans ledit canal d'expulsion (12) de la tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10) directement en amont de l'orifice de distribution (1), ledit obturateur (40) Ă©tant dĂ©plaçable entre une position d'obturation, dans laquelle il coopĂšre avec ledit orifice de distribution (1) pour l'obturer, et une position de non-obturation, dans laquelle il est dĂ©placĂ© en Ă©loignement dudit orifice de distribution (1), ledit obturateur (40) Ă©tant sollicitĂ© vers sa position d'obturation en position de repos de ladite tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10).
  2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit insert rigide (30) est réalisé d'une piÚce monobloc avec ledit premier piston (51).
  3. Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit premier piston (51) comporte au moins un passage traversant (55) permettant le passage du produit fluide de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur dudit premier piston (51).
  4. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit obturateur est disposé à l'intérieur dudit premier piston (51), notamment de maniÚre coulissante.
  5. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite pompe (50) comporte un second piston (57) coulissant de maniÚre étanche dans ledit corps de pompe (52), ledit second piston (57) coopérant avec ledit obturateur (40) pour le déplacer vers sa position de non-obturation.
  6. Ensemble selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit second piston (57) coopĂšre avec ledit obturateur (40) en fin d'actionnement lorsque ladite tĂȘte de pulvĂ©risation (10) arrive dans sa position d'actionnement.
  7. Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide, comportant un réservoir (100), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un ensemble de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes assemblé sur ledit réservoir.
