Abstract
Vorgeschlagen ist eine Baueinheit (1) eines Ventiltriebs einer Brennkraftmaschine mit hydraulisch variabler Gaswechselventilbetätigung, umfassend ein Gehäuse (2) mit einer Ausnehmung (3), ein fest darin eingepasstes Nehmergehäuse (4) und einen in einer Bohrung (5) des Nehmergehäuses axialbeweglich gelagerten Nehmerkolben (6), der einerseits mit einem Gaswechselventil (9) zusammenwirkt und andererseits eine in der Bohrung verlaufende Nehmerkammer (10) begrenzt, wobei das durch die Wandung (25) der Ausnehmung radial ausgerichtete Nehmergehäuse eine einem Boden (19) der Ausnehmung zugewandte Stirnseite (18) mit einer Dichtfläche (27) aufweist, die zumindest mittelbar gegen den Boden verspannt ist. Dabei soll im Spannungsfluss zwischen der Stirnseite und dem Boden zumindest ein Spaltausgleichselement mit vorbestimmter axialer Verformbarkeit zur Erzielung einer wenigstens nahezu vollständigen Dichtwirkung der Dichtfläche angeordnet sein. Proposed is a structural unit (1) of a valve drive of an internal combustion engine with hydraulically variable gas exchange valve actuation, comprising a housing (2) with a recess (3), a firmly housed therein slave housing (4) and in a bore (5) of the slave housing axially movably mounted slave piston (6) which on the one hand cooperates with a gas exchange valve (9) and on the other hand delimits a receiving chamber (10) extending in the bore, wherein the housing housing radially oriented through the wall (25) of the recess has a front side facing a bottom (19) of the recess (Fig. 18) with a sealing surface (27), which is clamped at least indirectly against the ground. In this case, at least one gap compensation element with predetermined axial deformability should be arranged in the voltage flow between the end face and the bottom to achieve an at least almost complete sealing effect of the sealing surface.
