les outils de cisaillement (14) se présentent sous la forme de cuvettes ouvertes vers un côté opposé à la surface (13), dont les surfaces externes (18) forment un interstice (19) avec la surface (13). - Dissolveur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (12) comprend un disque et la surface comprend au moins une surface de disque (13).
