Claims (10)
- Rollenkäfig (160) eines Gehäuses (101) eines Rollierwerkzeugs (1), der mindestens zwei einander gegenüber liegende Träger (170) aufweist, die geeignet sind, um Halteeinrichtungen (161) in Stellung zu halten, die eine Rolle (150) beherbergen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die zwei Träger (170) je mindestens eine Bohrung (171) mit gemeinsamer Achse (V) gebohrt ist, und die Halteeinrichtungen zwei Stangen (161) aufweisen, die frei in die Bohrungen (171) eingeführt sind und zwischen denen die Rolle (150) so eingefügt ist, dass sie um eine Querachse zur gemeinsamen Achse (V) schwenken kann.
- Rollenkäfig (160) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Druckfedern aufweist, die je zwischen ein Ende einer der Stangen (161) und den Boden der die Stange (161) aufnehmenden Bohrung (171) eingefügt sind.
- Rollenkäfig (160) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Stange (161) zwei Enden aufweist, die je angepasst sind, um die Rolle (150) zu halten.
- Rollenkäfig (160) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Stange (161) einen zylindrischen Körper (162), der in die Bohrung (171) des entsprechenden Trägers (170) eingeführt ist, und einen Kopf (163) aufweist, der einen größeren Durchmesser als der zylindrische Körper (162) hat, wobei der Kopf (163) sich auf einer Seite gegen die Rolle (150) auflegt.
- Rollenkäfig (160) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (163) sich auf der anderen Seite gegen die Mündung der Bohrung (171) des entsprechenden Trägers (170) auflegt.
- Rollenkäfig (160) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Stange (161) ein Ende aufweist, das mit der Rolle (150) zusammenwirkt und das eine zur Form eines Teils der Rolle (150) komplementäre Form hat.
- Rollenkäfig (160) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stangen (161) geeignet sind, um innerhalb der Bohrungen (171) der Träger (170) um die gemeinsame Achse (V) zu drehen.
- Rollenkäfig (160) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Stangen (161) und jeder der Träger (170) aus einem Stück hergestellt ist.
- Rolliermaschine (1), die ein Gehäuse (101) eines agierenden Werkzeugs (100) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (101) einen Rollenkäfig (160) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist, bei dem die Träger (170) Einrichtungen zur Befestigung am Gehäuse (101) aufweisen.
- Rolliermaschine (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (170) des Rollenkäfigs (160) je eine Rille (172) aufweisen und das Gehäuse (101) komplementäre Rippen aufweist, die geeignet sind, um sich in die Rillen (172) einzufügen, um die Träger (170) bezüglich des Gehäuses (101) zu zentrieren.
