Derartige Handhabungsvorrichtungen sind hinlänglich bekannt und werden in Verbindung mit Werkstückträgern im Rahmen einer Reinigung von Werkstücken regelmäßig verwendet. Die Werkstückträger sind beispielsweise als Waschkörbe oder Lochplatten mit Werkstückhalterungen ausgebildet und werden außerhalb einer Wasch- bzw. Reinigungseinrichtung mit Werkstücken bestückt und nachfolgend in Handhabungsvorrichtungen bzw. Rahmengestelle eingesetzt. Die Rahmengestelle werden nachfolgend in Bäder mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit zur Reinigung der Werkstücke eingetaucht, wobei je nach Anforderungen mehrere aufeinander folgende Waschvorgänge in verschiedenen Bädern durchgeführt werden können. Um eine Verschleppung von Reinigungsflüssigkeitsresten und darin gelösten Verschmutzungen von einem Reinigungsbad in ein darauf folgendes zu vermeiden, ist es aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, Werkstückträger geneigt in einem Rahmengestell anzuordnen, so dass Flüssigkeitsreste von den Werkstückträgern bzw. Werkstücken abfließen können. Um insbesondere ein schnelles Auswechseln der Werkstückträger am Rahmengestell zu ermöglichen, sind die Werkstückträger in Profilschienen am Rahmengestell gehaltert, so dass ein Auswechseln durch einfaches Einschieben bzw. Herausziehen der Werkstückträger erfolgen kann. Nachteilig ist jedoch, dass in der jeweiligen Profilschiene und in einem Zwischenraum zwischen Werkstückträger und Profilschiene eine relativ große Menge Flüssigkeitsreste verbleiben und in ein nachfolgendes Reinigungsbad verschleppt werden kann. Dies wird insbesondere durch die Ausbildung von Kapillarspalten zwischen Werkstückträger und Profilschiene begünstigt, da darin angesammelte Flüssigkeitsreste aufgrund der spezifischen Adhäsionskraft zurückgehalten werden und nicht fließen können.Such handling devices are well known and are regularly used in conjunction with workpiece carriers in the context of cleaning workpieces. Vermittels der Auflageelemente ist eine verhältnismäßig kleine Auflagefläche ausbildbar, wobei die Bildung eines großflächigen Kapillarspalts vermieden wird. So sind lediglich zwischen Auflageelement und Werkstückträger Flüssigkeitsmenisken ausbildbar, wobei die Menge der durch eine Adhäsionskraft zurück gehaltenen Flüssigkeit im Wesentlichen proportional zur Umfangsfläche des Auflageelements ist.
