Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftstofffördereinheit 1 mit einem in einen Kraftstoffbehälter 2 eines Kraftfahrzeugs anzuordnenden Schwalltopf 3, in dem eine zur Förderung von Kraftstoff zu einer Brennkraftmaschine vorgesehene Kraftstoffpumpe 4 angeordnet ist, mit einer Saugstrahlpumpe 6 zur Förderung von Kraftstoff aus dem Kraftstoffbehälter 1 in den Schwalltopf 3, wobei die Saugstrahlpumpe 6 ein Gehäuse 8 besitzt, das mindestens einen ersten Kanal 19 zum Zuführen von Kraftstoff als Treibmittel zu einer Treibstrahldüse 25 der Saugstrahlpumpe 6, und mindestens einen zweiten Kanal 10 zum Zuführen von Kraftstoff aus dem Schwalltopf 3 zu einem Einlasskanal 5 der Kraftstoffpumpe 4 aufweist. Das Gehäuse 8 weist einen senkrecht zur Längsachse 22 eines Mischrohres 21 der Saugstrahlpumpe 6 angeordneten und einteilig mit dem Gehäuse 8 verbundenen Rahmen 12 auf, dessen umrahmte Fläche 17 mit Filtergewebe 15, 16 bedeckt ist, indem das Filtergewebe 15, 16 auf beiden Seiten 13, 14 des Rahmens 12 angeordnet ist, um so einen Filter 7 zu bilden, und dass der Rahmen 12 in seinem der Saugstrahlpumpe 6 zugewandte Bereich eine zwischen dem Filtergewebe 15, 16 angeordnete Öffnung 11 besitzt, welche in den mindestens zweiten Kanal 10 übergeht. The invention relates to a fuel delivery unit 1 with a swirl pot 3 to be arranged in a fuel tank 2 of a motor vehicle, in which a fuel pump 4 for delivering fuel to an internal combustion engine is arranged, with a suction jet pump 6 for conveying fuel from the fuel tank 1 into the swirl pot 3 wherein the suction jet pump 6 has a housing 8, the at least one first channel 19 for supplying fuel as a propellant to a propulsion jet nozzle 25 of the ejector 6, and at least one second channel 10 for supplying fuel from the swirl pot 3 to an inlet channel 5 of the fuel pump 4 has. The housing 8 has a perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 22 of a mixing tube 21 of the suction jet pump 6 and integrally connected to the housing 8 frame 12 whose framed surface 17 is covered with filter fabric 15, 16 by the filter fabric 15, 16 on both sides 13, 14 of the frame 12 is arranged so as to form a filter 7, and that the frame 12 in its suction jet pump 6 facing region between the filter fabric 15, 16 disposed opening 11 which merges into the at least second channel 10.
