Description

PERFECTIONNEMENT POUR BANDEAU DE TOUR DE TETE D'UN CASQUE DE PROTECTION
La présente invention concerne un casque de protection et notamment un perfectionnement des moyens de maintien et de confort dudit casque, et plus particulièrement un bandeau de tour de tête.
On connaît déjà des casques de protection qui sont utilisés dans différents domaines et portés par des utilisateurs divers tels que les cyclistes, les motocyclistes, les sapeurs pompiers, les skieurs et autres, tels que les soldats, les pilotes d'avions ou d'hélicoptères. Tous les casques actuels, quelle que soit leur utilisation, comprennent une coque rigide externe ayant la forme générale au moins d'une portion de sphère et dont la cavité ainsi formée comprend des éléments de rembourrage de protection et de confort destinés à emboîter la tête de l'utilisateur. Ainsi les casques comprennent généralement un bandeau de tour de tête qui permet de caler le casque et de l'adapter à la dimension périphérique de la tête de l'utilisateur.
Dans les casques traditionnels les bandeaux de tour de tête sont de différentes tailles ou sont réglables en dimensions périphériques afin que leur dimension soit adaptée à la dimension périphérique de la tête de l'utilisateur
La présente invention a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients précités à l'aide de moyens plus simples, fiables et faciles à mettre en oeuvre. La présente invention a de ce fait, pour objectif de renforcer le maintien du casque tout en accroissant le confort pour l'utilisateur en affinant le réglage et le positionnement dudit casque sur sa tête.
Ainsi, le casque de protection de l'invention, est formé en partie par une coque externe principale de plan de symétrie longitudinal et comprend un bandeau de tour de tête, et est caractérisé en ce que ce dernier est fixé à la pièce support, constituée par une bande déformable réalisée par exemple en matière plastique pour constituer, une fois fixée à l'intérieur de la coque un étrier de retenu pour le bandeau de tour de tête. Selon une caractéristique complémentaire, le bandeau de tour de tête est fixé en plusieurs points à la pièce support par des moyens d'accrochage coopérant avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires solidaire de la pièce support.
Selon une autre caractéristique, les moyens d'accrochage liés au bandeau sont des saillies coopérant avec des moyens complémentaires solidaires de la pièce support.
Notons que selon le mode illustré à titre d'exemple, au moins deux moyens complémentaires d'accrochage sont disposés sur une patte longitudinale déformable respectivement solidaire par l'une de ses extrémités à la pièce support, tandis que le bandeau de tour de tête est fixé à la pièce support en au moins cinq points de fixation, à savoir deux points avants deux points latéraux et deux points arrière.
Selon une autre caractéristique, les moyens d'accrochage avant des deux points avants du bandeau tour de tête sont constitués par deux saillies latérales comprenant un disque d'accrochage destiné à être engagées dans une glissière correspondante constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support.
Ajoutons que les moyens d'accrochage latéraux des points latéraux du bandeau tour de tête sont constitués par deux saillies latérales comprenant une barrette d'accrochage s'étendant verticalement, destinées à être engagées dans une lumière correspondante constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support, tandis que les moyens d'accrochage arrières des points arrières du bandeau tour de tête sont constitués par deux saillies arrières comprenant une barrette d'accrochage s'étendant verticalement, destinées à être engagées dans une lumière crantée correspondante constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support.
Par ailleurs, le bandeau de tour de tête comporte également des moyens de réglage de la longueur périphérique constituées par un recouvrement des extrémités arrière du bandeau comprenant par exemple des bandes de textile auto agrippante, tandis que les lumières crantées arrière et les lumières latérales sont disposées sur chacune sur une patte longitudinale déformable respectivement solidaire par l'une de ses extrémités à la pièce support (5).
On a compris que grâce à l'invention, le confort du casque est grandement amélioré, car les sangles des casques traditionnels de retenue du bandeau créaient des points durs sur le crâne du porteur.
On a compris aussi que la gestion des achats et des stocks était facilitée grâce à la conception du bandeau et de son support il est possible de n'avoir qu'une seule taille de coque pour coiffer toutes les dimensions de tête.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention se dégageront de la description qui va suivre en regard des dessins annexés qui ne sont donnés qu'à titre d'exemples non limitatifs.

Le casque de protection représenté à titre d'exemple aux figures 1 à 6 portant la référence générale (1) est notamment un casque de soldat, du type par exemple de fantassin, qui présente un plan longitudinal de symétrie générale (P) qui comprend de façon connue en soi une coque externe principale (2).
La coque externe principale (2) est constituée par une portion de paroi sensiblement sphérique de plan général vertical de symétrie (P) qui est réalisée avantageusement en matériau composite du type comprenant un empilage de couches de fibres de renfort, imprégnées et liées entre elles par une matrice en résine. Les fibres peuvent être des fibres de verre, d'aramide, de Nylon, de polyéthylène ou de carbone, tandis que la matrice peut être une résine du type thermodurcissable ou thermoplastique. Bien entendu, la coque pourrait être en tout autre matériau comme, par exemple, en acier.
La coque externe principale (2) comprend plusieurs portions de paroi, comme le montre la figure 1, à savoir une portion avant supérieure de paroi (4) prolongée vers l'arrière par une portion arrière supérieure de paroi (5), elle-même prolongée vers le bas par une portion arrière inférieure de paroi (6), et comprend, par ailleurs, deux portions latérales de paroi (7). La portion avant supérieure (4) correspond à la zone occupée par le front de l'utilisateur et est limitée par la bordure supérieure (8) de l'ouverture faciale (3) qui, quant à elle, est limitée latéralement par deux bordures latérales (9). La portion arrière supérieure de paroi (5) correspond à la zone occupée par la boîte crânienne de l'utilisateur, tandis que la portion arrière inférieure de paroi (6) correspond à la zone occupée par la nuque de l'utilisateur. Ajoutons à cela que la paroi de la coque est limitée vers le bas par une bordure inférieure (10). Les portions latérales de paroi (7) correspondent aux zones occupées par les oreilles de l'utilisateur et sont limitées vers l'avant par la bordure latérale correspondante (9) de l'ouverture faciale (3) et vers le bas par la bordure inférieure (10).
Par ailleurs et comme le montre la figure 2, l'enceinte interne de la coque principale (2) comprend un calotin (3) constitué, par exemple, par une couche de mousse collée sur la face intérieure de la coque ainsi qu'une coiffe déformable (4) destinée à l'adaptation du casque au volume et à la forme de la tête de l'utilisateur. Ladite coiffe déformable est, par exemple, constituée par un ensemble d'éléments en matériaux souples tels qu'une résille, voir des sangles en cuir ou en textile ou similaire, reliée à la coque
(2). La coiffe du casque selon l'invention est reliée à la coque par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce support (5).
Bien entendu, le casque de protection (1) comporte des moyens de maintien et de positionnement destinés à permettre son ajustement et sa fixation sur la tête de l'utilisateur, lesdits moyens comportant notamment une jugulaire (6) et un bandeau de tour de tête (7). La jugulaire (6) est constituée de façon connue en soit par un ensemble de sangles, fixé à la coque (2).
Selon l'invention, le bandeau de tour de tête (7) est fixé à la pièce support (5). Cette dernière est constituée par une bande déformable réalisée par exemple en matière plastique pour constituer, une fois fixée à l'intérieur de la coque un étrier de retenu pour le bandeau de tour de tête (7), et avantageusement aussi pour la coiffe (4).
Le bandeau de tour de tête (7) est par exemple constitué par une bande déformable de tour de tête (8) réalisée en matière plastique déformable, de façon à pouvoir prendre une forme circulaire, et à laquelle est fixée au moins coté interne, par exemple par couture un élément de confort (9) destiné à être en contact avec la périphérie de la tête de l'utilisateur.
On notera que le bandeau de tour de tête (7) est fixé à la pièce support (5) par des moyens d'accrochage coopérant avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires solidaire de la pièce support (5).
Ainsi, et par exemple, le bandeau de tour de tête (7) est fixé à la pièce support (5) en par exemple six points de fixation (10), à savoir deux points avant (10a, 10b) deux points latéraux (10c, 1Od) et deux points arrière (10e, 1Of).
Les moyens d'accrochage avant des deux points avant (10a, 10b) du bandeau tour de tête (7) sont constitués par deux saillies latérales (lia, llb) comprenant un disque d'accrochage (110) destinées à être engagées dans une glissière correspondante (12a, 12b) constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires de la pièce support (5).
Les moyens d'accrochage latéraux des points latéraux (10c, 1Od) du bandeau tour de tête (7) sont constitués par deux saillies latérales (13a, 13b) comprenant une barrette d'accrochage (130) s' étendant verticalement, destinées à être engagées dans une lumière correspondante (14a, 14b) constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support (5)-
Les moyens d'accrochage arrières des points arrières (10e, 1Of) du bandeau tour de tête (7) sont constitués par deux saillies arrières (14a, 14b) comprenant une barrette d'accrochage (140) s' étendant verticalement, destinées à être engagées dans une lumière crantée correspondante (15a, 15b) constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support (5).
Par ailleurs, on notera que le bandeau de tour de tête (7) comporte également des moyens de réglage de la longueur périphérique constituées par un recouvrement des extrémités arrière du bandeau comprenant par exemple des bandes de textile auto agrippant (16).
Selon le mode préféré d'exécution, les glissières (12a, 12b) les lumières crantées arrière (15a, 15b) et les lumières latérales (14a, 14b) sont disposées sur chacune sur une patte longitudinale déformable respectivement (150a, 150b, 151a, 151b, 152a, 152b) solidaire par l'une de ses extrémités à la pièce support (5).
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits et représentés à titre d'exemples, mais elle comprend aussi tous les équivalents techniques ainsi que leurs combinaisons.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Casque de protection (1) formé en partie par une coque externe principale (2) de plan de symétrie longitudinal (P) comprenant un bandeau de tour de tête (T), caractérisé en ce que ce dernier est fixé à la pièce support (5), constituée par une bande déformable réalisée par exemple en matière plastique pour constituer, une fois fixée à l'intérieur de la coque un étrier de retenu pour le bandeau de tour de tête ( T).
2. Casque de protection (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bandeau de tour de tête (T) est fixé à la pièce support (5) par des moyens d'accrochage coopérant avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires solidaire de la pièce support (5).
3. Casque de protection (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bandeau de tour de tête (7) est fixé à la pièce support (5) en plusieurs points de fixation.
4. Casque de protection (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage liés au bandeau sont des saillies coopérant avec des moyens complémentaires solidaires de la pièce support (5).
5. Casque de protection (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux moyens complémentaires d'accrochage sont disposés sur une patte longitudinale déformable respectivement (15a, 15b, 15c, 15d) solidaire par l'une de ses extrémités à la pièce support (5).
6. Casque de protection (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bandeau de tour de tête ( T) est fixé à la pièce support (5) en au moins cinq points de fixation (10), à savoir deux points avants (10a, 10b) deux points latéraux (10c, 1Od) et deux points arrière (10e, 1Of).

Casque de protection (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage avant des deux points avants (10a, 10b) du bandeau tour de tête (7) sont constitués par deux saillies latérales (lia, llb) comprenant un disque d'accrochage (110) destinées à être engagées dans une glissière correspondante (12a, 12b) constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support (5).

Casque de protection (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage latéraux des points latéraux (10c, 1Od) du bandeau tour de tête (7) sont constitués par deux saillies latérales (13a, 13b) comprenant une barrette d'accrochage (130) s'étendant verticalement, destinées à être engagées dans une lumière correspondante (14a, 14b) constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support (5).

Casque de protection (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage arrières des points arrières (10e, 1Of) du bandeau tour de tête (7) sont constitués par deux saillies arrières (14a, 14b) comprenant une barrette d'accrochage (140) s'étendant verticalement, destinées à être engagées dans une lumière crantée correspondante (15a, 15b) constituant les moyens d'accrochage complémentaire de la pièce support (5).
10. Casque de protection (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bandeau de tour de tête (7) comporte également des moyens de réglage de la longueur périphérique constituées par un recouvrement des extrémités arrière du bandeau comprenant par exemple des bandes de textile auto agrippante (16).

Casque de protection (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications, caractérisé en ce que les lumières crantées arrière (15a, 15b) et les lumières latérales (14a, 14b) sont disposées sur chacune sur une patte longitudinale déformable respectivement (15a, 15b, 15c, 15d) solidaire par l'une de ses extrémités à la pièce support (5).
