Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Steuern einer Ringspinnmaschine mit einem Streckwerk (12), einer Spindel (6) und einem Ringrahmen (20), wobei das Streckwerk (12), die Spindel (6) und der Ringrahmen (20) über dazugehörige Antriebe (12a,22,16) durch eine Maschinensteuerung (24) koordiniert in Betrieb gehalten werden, und mit einer Festhaltevorrichtung (28) für das Garn (10). Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in der Maschinensteuerung eine Mehrzahl von Kopswechselprozess-Programmen abgelegt sind und von der Maschinensteuerung oder von einem Bediener über ein Eingabegerät aus der Mehrzahl von Kopswechselprozess-Programmen in Abhängigkeit von:
- der Rohstoffe und/oder
- des Garntyps bzw. Garnart;
- der Garnfeinheit (Ne, Nm, tex);
- der Garndrehung (α);
- und der Maschinenkonfiguration
das zutreffende Kopswechselprozess-Programm auswählt wird, wobei das Kopswechselprozess-Programm eine gezielte Änderung der Garneigenschaften gegenüber dem gemäss Spinnprogramm erzeugten Garn ausführt, um eine für den späteren Klemm-, Unterwinde- und Garnreissvorgang optimal angepasste Garneigenschaften zu erreichen.

- the yarn count (Ne, N m , tex);
- the yarn twist (α);
- and the machine configuration
the appropriate Kopswechselprozess program is selected, the Kopswechselprozess program performs a targeted change in the yarn properties compared to the yarn produced according to the spinning program to achieve an optimally adapted for later clamping, underwinding and yarn tearing yarn properties.
