Claims (7)
- Procédé de détection au rapport de motif près d'une bande de matière (2) défilante, notamment une bande imprimée (2) en une matière polymère, textile et/ou contenant de la cellulose, au moins un signal de position périodique (29) étant détecté pour déterminer un rapport de motif, au moins une zone partielle de la bande de matière (2) étant détectée de manière optique et convertie en données (11) qui sont mémorisées afin de, lors des rapports de motif suivants et/ou en présence de bandes de matière (2) de configuration identique, synchroniser le début (7) correspondant du rapport de motif, caractérisé en ce que lors de la détection optique de la bande de matière (2), au moins un vecteur de gris (19) et/ou de couleur (20) est calculé, à partir duquel est calculée au moins une grandeur en rapport avec la position afin d'effectuer une synchronisation du début du rapport de motif.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une grandeur en rapport avec la position (23) est enregistrée.
- Procédé selon au moins la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lors de la synchronisation au moins dans le sens de défilement de la bande (3), au moins une fonction de corrélation (25) des données enregistrées (11) est calculée avec les données (11) mesurées actuelles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un maximum de la fonction de corrélation (25) est calculé et utilisé comme indicateur pour le début du rapport de motif (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le maximum déterminé (26) de la fonction de corrélation (25) est additionné à un décalage (28) enregistré.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un repère (9) est prévu sur la bande de matière (2), le signal de position périodique (29) étant obtenu à partir de sa détection.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les données obtenues actuelles (11) sont comparées avec les données (11) enregistrées afin de déterminer le jeu de données enregistrées approprié.
