Claims (10)

  1. Rahmen in der Art eines Kippfensters oder dergleichen mit:
    - einer Einfassung (1), die einen festen Rahmen (2) und ein Isolationsteil (3) zur Unterbrechung einer Wärmebrücke umfasst,
    - einem Flügel (4), der durch Ausstellen nach außen (5) verstellbar ist mit:
    - einer Scheibe (6),
    - einem Flügelrahmen (7), der wenigstens zum Teil die Kante (8) der Scheibe frei lässt,
    - Befestigungsmittel (9) der Platte (6) auf dem Flügelrahmen (7) durch Kleben oder dergleichen über die Innenseite (10) der Scheibe,
    - ersten (11) Abdichtungsmitteln zwischen dem Flügelrahmen (7) und der Einfassung (1), wobei der Rahmen
    dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
    dass er umfasst:
    - zweite Abdichtungsmittel (12) zwischen der Scheibe und der Einfassung, die wenigstens eine erste Abdichtungslippe (13) aufweisen, die mit dem Isolationsteil (3) des festen Rahmens (2) verbunden ist, wenn der Flügel und die Einfassung zum Schließen des Rahmens verbunden werden,
    - Mittel zum isolierenden Halten (14) wenigstens eines Teils der zweiten Abdichtungsmittel, die an dem Flügelrahmen (7) angefügt und befestigt sind und die zweiten Abdichtungsmittel (12) gegen die Scheibe (6) drücken, um in den Aufbau ein Mittel zur Unterbrechung einer Wärmebrücke zwischen Außen (5) und Innen einzubringen, wenn der Flügel und die Einfassung zum Schließen des Rahmens verbunden werden.
  2. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Abdichtungsmittel (12) eine zweite Abdichtungslippe (15) aufweisen, die geeignet ist, sich an dem Isolationsteil (3) des festen Rahmens (2) abzustützen.
  3. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Abdichtungsmittel (12) eine dritte Abdichtungslippe (16) aufweisen, die geeignet ist, sich auf der Kante (8) der Scheibe (6) abzustützen.
  4. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Abdichtungsmittel einen Abdichtungskitt aufweisen, der sich zwischen der Kante der Scheibe und den Mitteln zum isolierenden Halten befindet.
  5. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die mindestens eine erste Abdichtungslippe (13) den Teil mindestens der zweiten Abdichtungsmittel (12) bildet, der von den Mitteln zum isolierenden Halten (14) gehalten wird.
  6. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Scheibe (6) eine Mehrfachverglasung ist, des Typs mit Doppelt- oder Dreifachverglasung oder mehr, aufgebaut aus Scheiben, die gleiche oder etwa gleiche Dimensionen besitzen.
  7. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Abdichtungsmittel (12) zwischen der Scheibe (6) und der Einfassung (1) wenigstens eine erste feste isolierende Lasche (17) aufweisen, die sich von dem Isolationsteil (3) des festen Rahmens (2) erstreckt, so dass die wenigstens eine erste Abdichtungslippe (13) mit der ersten festen Lasche (17) in Kontakt kommt, wenn der Flügel (4) und die Einfassung (1) zum Schließen des Rahmens verbunden werden.
  8. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Abdichtungsmittel (12) zwischen der Scheibe (6) und der Einfassung (1) wenigstens eine zweite feste isolierende Lasche (18) aufweisen, die sich von dem Isolationsteil (3) des festen Rahmens (2) erstreckt, so dass die zumindest eine zweite Dichtungslippe (15) mit der zweiten festen Lasche (18) in Kontakt kommt, wenn der Flügel (4) und die Einfassung (1) zum Schließen des Rahmens verbunden werden.
  9. Rahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Mittel zum isolierenden Halten (14) ein Isolationsprofil (19) aufweisen, das die Scheibe (6) umgibt, indem es wenigstens einen Teil der Breite der Kante (8) der letzteren abdeckt.
  10. Rahmen nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Isolationsprofil (19) an dem Flügelrahmen (7) mittels Schrauben (20) befestigt ist.
