Definitions
- the invention relates to a fitting for a corner cabinet with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the present invention relates to such a fitting in which a retractable from the corner cupboard one-piece tray fills as much of the horizontal cross-sectional area in the interior of the corner cupboard to the interior of the corner cupboard despite its accessibility only over a portion of its width as well as possible use.
- the simplest known fitting for a corner cabinet with a pull-out one-piece tray has a support column on which a pivot bearing is formed with a running in the direction of the support column vertical pivot axis for the semicircular tray.
- the tray can be pivoted about this support column about halfway through the access opening from the interior of the corner cupboard. His other half, however, always remains in the interior and is therefore only partially accessible.
- the semicircular tray is mounted in the pivot bearing on the support column via an additional extract, so that it can be linearly further pulled out of the corner cabinet after swinging out to the support column.
- the transition from the To coordinate pivoting movement to the linear movement of the tray and vice versa for example, to prevent a hitting the tray to the side wall of the corner cupboard and to realize a harmonic for the user movement.
- the one-sided support of the extended tray on the extended lever arm of the extract on the support column with respect to the occurring large moments of force on the extract and the pivot bearing is unfavorable.
- a fitting for a corner cabinet in which a one-piece tray is guided over a three-piece pull-out rail and a curved track at the bottom of the corner cupboard.
- the tray is pivotally mounted on the one hand on the extendable free end of the pull-out rail about a vertical axis and on the other hand slidable in a point spaced therefrom along a J-shaped guide.
- the J-shaped guide initially runs perpendicular to the side wall and then bends semicircular in the direction of the parallel to the side wall aligned pull-out rail.
- the disadvantage of this known fitting is that it is not suitable for a tray arranged at a distance above the floor, in particular not for an upper of two shelves arranged one above the other, without providing an intermediate floor to which the pull-out rail is fastened and the J- shaped guide can be formed.
- the access opening of the corner cupboard must be comparatively wide, so that the tray can pass through it without being severely restricted in its surface. Difficulties can also occur when a door closing the access opening and attached to the opposite side wall of the wall opening hinged door can be swiveled by only less than 90 °, because then easy to a jamming collision between the moving straight out of the corner cabinet Tablar and the door is coming.
- a fitting for a corner cabinet with the features of the preamble of independent claim 1 is known from DE 20 2004 011 200 U1 known.
- the two support arms for the tray two handlebars of which the first about a supporting column adjacent to the side wall opposite the boundary of the access opening and the second about an axis parallel to the pivot axis of the support column axis of a support bearing is pivotally close to the access opening at this limiting Sidewall is attached. These two arms guide the tray when pulling out of the corner cabinet in front of the access opening and thereby about half of the level of the adjacent Sidewall protruding position.
- the tray is supported on the handlebars only on the support column and the support bearing on the side wall, so that the tray can be easily arranged at a distance to the bottom of the corner cabinet or even several trays one above the other individually extendable via their own handlebars can be stored. It is also a smooth running of the tray when pulling out of the corner cabinet and when reinserting in the corner cabinet achieved because the rear part of the tray of the predetermined by the handlebar circular path around the support column follows more easily than one from the US 4,582,372 known guideway. However, the tray of the sticks out of the DE 20 2004 011 200 U1 known fitting in its extended position far into the room next to the adjacent to the access opening of the associated corner cabinet side wall. It thus blocks, for example, access to a next to the side wall of the corner cabinet subsequent cabinet. Despite this increased space requirements no better accessibility of the rearmost parts of the tray is achieved.
- the fitting has a one-piece tray, which is supported at two spaced points on its underside.
- the one, rear support is effected by a support arm which is pivotally mounted in a pivot bearing on the center post of the corner cabinet about a vertical pivot axis.
- the other, front support is effected by a telescopic link of a guide rail, which is mounted below the shelf at half the width of the access opening of the corner cupboard.
- a scissors-type guide for a basket arranged in a drawer, which, when raised relative to the rest of the drawer, guides the basket parallel to the drawer extracting direction.
- the scissors guide has on both sides of the basket in the lower region around two horizontal and mutually parallel pivot axes mounted handlebars, which are mounted on the rest of the drawer about also horizontally and mutually parallel pivot axes pivotally.
- two of the pivot axes horizontal linear guides.
- such a linear guide for one of the pivot axes is provided for one of the pivot axes.
- the invention has the object of demonstrating a fitting for a corner cabinet with the features of the preamble of claim 1, the high space requirements and the limited accessibility of the tray in which from the DE 20 2004 011 200 U1 avoids known fitting while maintaining its advantage of independent from the bottom of the corner cabinet support of the tray.
- this object is achieved by a fitting with the features of independent claim 1.
- the dependent claims 2 to 4 are directed to preferred embodiments of the new fitting.
- the claim 5 relates to a corner cabinet with the new fitting.
- the dependent claims 6 to 8 are directed to preferred embodiments of the new corner cabinet.
- the support bearing for movably supporting the one support arm on the side wall at least one linear guide, which defines a horizontal extension direction for a support arm.
- D. h. which is a support arm at the new Corner cupboard linear extendable. Due to a lateral extent of the support arm of the linear guide under the tray, the linear guide can still be attached to the side wall of the corner cabinet, so that the bottom of the corner cabinet can remain free of all support functions.
- An attachment of the linear guide having support bearing for a support arm on the side wall but does not necessarily mean that the support bearing is to be attached directly to the side wall. In principle, an attachment to the floor and the ceiling of the corner cupboard is also conceivable, with the support bearing being located only near the side wall.
- the vertical axis about which the tray is pivotable relative to a support arm be chosen with respect to their position so that even a large tray collision can escape through a narrow access opening by first pivoted more strongly and then moved more linearly.
- the forward movement which takes place during movement of the one support arm in the extension direction, brings the tray in its extended position far in front of the access opening, whereby it is easily accessible from the side.
- several trays can be provided one above the other in the new fitting, without these trays must be rigidly interconnected.
- Each tray can be supported separately by two support arms, each of which has a support bearing with a linear guide on the side wall of the corner cabinet.
- a coupling of the movement of two or more superimposed shelves is also possible.
- a coupling of the linear guides or a common linear guide for their one support arms offers.
- a coupling of the linear guides can be made so that the lowermost linear guide when reinserting the associated tray in the corner cabinet over the overlying linear guides guided a support arms of the trays overhead, so that they are also inserted without them with the bottom shelf also be pulled out automatically.
- This coupling of the linear guides can be combined with a driver, which is provided for attachment to the door of the corner cupboard and which pulls the bottom tray directly or via its one arm from the corner cabinet when you open the door.
- a common linear guide for the one support arms of several shelves has a large vertical extension, which can be advantageous for removing the lever forces acting on the linear guide via the one support arms.
- a fundamental advantage of the new fitting is the simple automation of the movement of the tray.
- a drive can be assigned to the linear guide, which extends the one support arm and thus the whole tray on request and retracts.
- a so-called self-feeder on request also with damper, can be provided for the tray on the linear guide.
- the support bearing for a support arm can easily support the resulting from the length of the support arm leverage forces, a parallel to the linear guide running and be provided in height offset to this support roller.
- the support roller which is preferably ball-bearing, roll directly on the side wall of the corner cupboard.
- a sheet is provided for this purpose, which can be rigidly connected to the side wall-side part of the linear guide.
- the new fitting on two different vertical heights parallel to the linear guide running support rollers are provided.
- the pull-out rail is preferably arranged so that the inner rail at a vertical load from the tray to a support arm in the C-shaped profile of the outer rail is pressed into it.
- the outer rail with the opening of its C-shaped profile is the side wall of the corner cabinet turn when the drawer rail is the upper of two slide rails or above a support roller is arranged.
- a simple pull-out rail with a C-shaped profile of the outer rail is extremely load-bearing due to lateral moments.
- the one support arm typically extends at an acute angle to the linear guide, being inclined forwardly from the linear guide to the access opening of the corner cabinet. Specifically, the acute angle about 45 °, d. H. between 30 and 70 °.
- the one support arm may extend relatively far away from the linear guide on the side wall of the corner cabinet. Preferably, it extends over more than half the width of the access opening away from the linear guide, so that the point at which the support arm supports the tray, closer to the side wall opposite the boundary of the access opening than on the side wall itself.
- the extension direction of the linear guide extends at a shallow angle to the side wall, wherein the linear guide from the access opening into the interior of the side wall away.
- the flat angle between the extension direction and the side wall is typically a few degrees and a maximum of about 10 °.
- the tray In order to support the tray in its maximum pulled out of the access opening position in which its maximum loads are expected because, for example, a user supported on the tray to support particularly stable, it can be additionally supported in this position on the one support arm via a bearing , This bearing is then provided on the underside of the tray; and the one support arm enters through the opposite him taking place pivotal movement of the tray in the camp.
- the bearing may have the form of a laterally open receptacle into which enters a support arm.
- On the one support arm may be provided a mandrel which enters into a socket on the shelf (or vice versa); and at that Support arm may be provided a support roller which runs on a control track on the tray (also here a reverse arrangement of these parts is possible).
- the other support arm of the new fitting which is mounted both opposite the tray and about the vertical pivot axis adjacent to the side wall opposite the boundary of the access opening of the corner cabinet, can be mounted in practice on a support column.
- the support column can be pivoted together with the support arm with respect to pivot bearings on the floor and the ceiling or a center post of the corner cabinet or rotatably mounted and have a pivot bearing for the other support arm.
- a corner cabinet according to the invention with the new fitting typically has a door hinged on its boundary wall opposite its access opening.
- the Fig. 1 and 3 show a corner cabinet 1 in which a fitting 2 is arranged.
- the fitting 2 supports two superimposed, extendable trays 3 and is in Fig. 2 without the corner cabinet 1 reproduced.
- the trays are shown in the fully inserted into the corner cabinet 1 state.
- Fig. 2 returns the fitting 2 in the same position.
- the corner cabinet 1 has a bottom 4, a ceiling omitted here, a rear wall 5, two side walls 6 and 7 and a center post 8.
- the center post 8 is arranged at the front of the corner cabinet approximately halfway between the side walls 6 and 7.
- the corner cabinet 1 has an access opening 9.
- each tray 3 which, like Fig. 1 shows, each cover the essential horizontal cross-section of the interior 11 of the corner cupboard 1, are pulled out through the access opening 9 and back into the corner cabinet 1 are inserted without causing collisions with the side wall 7, the rear wall 4, the center post. 8 or the door hinge 10 arranged thereon.
- Each tray 3 has a base plate 12 and extending on the outer circumference via spacers 13 raised rail 14.
- a support bearing 17 is provided with a linear guide 18 on the side wall 7 of the corner cupboard 1.
- the linear guide 18 guides the respective support arm 15 horizontally and parallel to the side wall 7, wherein he compared to his in the Fig. 1 to 3 shown inserted position in the direction of the access opening 9 and out of this linearly extendable.
- the support arm 15 engages from below under the tray and supports this at a point 19, wherein in the point 19, a pivot bearing 20 is formed with a vertical pivot axis between the support arm 15 and the tray 3.
- the following 4 to 6 show how the trays 3 when pulling out of the corner cabinet 1 as a result of their leadership by the support arms 15 and 16 move out through the access opening 9 until they are located in front of this access opening 9 substantially.
- a support arm 15 moves linearly forward. Due to the large lateral extent of the support arm 15 under the tray 3 and an angle of about 60 °, under which the support arm 15 extends to the linear guide 18, the point 19, in which it supports the tray 3, in its positions according to the Fig. 1 .
- the tray 3 Since also the respective other support arm 16 is pivotally mounted near the center post 8, the tray 3 is pivoted at the beginning of his pull-out of the corner cupboard 1 substantially around the center post 8 and so passes despite its compared to the horizontal cross section of the interior 11 of the corner cupboard 1 large dimensions without collisions from the access opening 9 out. Subsequently, the tray 3 is further linearly further drawn in further extension of the support arm 15 along the linear guide 17 in front of the access opening 9 until it is in its maximum extended position according to Fig. 6 reached. In fact, over the entire path of the tray 3 are in accordance with its position Fig. 1 according to his position Fig.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 show the corner cabinet 1 with the fitting 2 in the operating position according to Fig. 6 in a front view and the fitting 2 in the operating position according to Fig. 6 in a perspective view, wherein in each case the lower of the two trays 3 is omitted. It can be seen that the one support arms 15 have reached their foremost position along the linear guides 18 of the support bearing 17 here.
- the extension directions of the linear guides 18 need not be aligned exactly parallel to the adjacent to the access opening 9 side wall 7 of the corner cupboard 1. Rather, it may be advantageous to provide a forward tapered angle of a few degrees between the linear guides 18 and this side wall 7. This leads to the tray 3 in its maximum extended position relative to its in Fig. 6 shown position with its front part around the point 24 is slightly pivoted to the right, because the point 19 is further to the right. In this way, a door of the corner cupboard 1, which can not be opened by a full 90 °, because it strikes, for example, on their grip to an adjacent front or even arranged there another handle, be avoided.
- the flat angle can be realized by a correspondingly designed support bearing 17 or a wedge between the support bearing 17 and the side wall 7.
- Fig. 9 shows a support bearing 17 for one of the support arms 15 in a front view.
- the support arm 15 is rigidly mounted on a carriage 28, which is guided on the one hand via the linear guide 18 in the form of a conventional extension rail relative to the profile sheet 23 in which the pull-out rail 18 is arranged, and on the other hand on the support rollers 21 and 22 on vertical end legs of the profile sheet 23 is supported.
- These support rollers 21 and 22 take the tilting moments about the perpendicular to the plane according to Fig. 9 extending horizontal direction, while the linear guide both vertical forces as well as those in the drawing plane according to Fig. 9 extending horizontal direction occurring tilting moments ablates.
- the profile sheet 23 encloses or covers all parts of the linear guide 17 and therefore provides both protection against contamination and from injury.
- FIG. 10 gives once again an overview of the entire fitting 2 in its retracted position, in which case also the lower support rollers 21 are visible.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fitting for a corner cabinet with the features of the preamble of
In particular, the present invention relates to such a fitting in which a retractable from the corner cupboard one-piece tray fills as much of the horizontal cross-sectional area in the interior of the corner cupboard to the interior of the corner cupboard despite its accessibility only over a portion of its width as well as possible use.
The simplest known fitting for a corner cabinet with a pull-out one-piece tray has a support column on which a pivot bearing is formed with a running in the direction of the support column vertical pivot axis for the semicircular tray. The tray can be pivoted about this support column about halfway through the access opening from the interior of the corner cupboard. His other half, however, always remains in the interior and is therefore only partially accessible.
In a further development of the aforementioned fitting, the semicircular tray is mounted in the pivot bearing on the support column via an additional extract, so that it can be linearly further pulled out of the corner cabinet after swinging out to the support column. However, it is difficult on the one hand, the transition from the To coordinate pivoting movement to the linear movement of the tray and vice versa, for example, to prevent a hitting the tray to the side wall of the corner cupboard and to realize a harmonic for the user movement. On the other hand, the one-sided support of the extended tray on the extended lever arm of the extract on the support column with respect to the occurring large moments of force on the extract and the pivot bearing is unfavorable.

According to the invention this object is achieved by a fitting with the features of
In the new fitting, the support bearing for movably supporting the one support arm on the side wall at least one linear guide, which defines a horizontal extension direction for a support arm. D. h., Which is a support arm at the new Corner cupboard linear extendable. Due to a lateral extent of the support arm of the linear guide under the tray, the linear guide can still be attached to the side wall of the corner cabinet, so that the bottom of the corner cabinet can remain free of all support functions. An attachment of the linear guide having support bearing for a support arm on the side wall but does not necessarily mean that the support bearing is to be attached directly to the side wall. In principle, an attachment to the floor and the ceiling of the corner cupboard is also conceivable, with the support bearing being located only near the side wall. Due to the lateral extent of the support arm of the linear guide under the tray, the vertical axis about which the tray is pivotable relative to a support arm, be chosen with respect to their position so that even a large tray collision can escape through a narrow access opening by first pivoted more strongly and then moved more linearly. However, there is always both a swivel component and a linear component of motion. The forward movement, which takes place during movement of the one support arm in the extension direction, brings the tray in its extended position far in front of the access opening, whereby it is easily accessible from the side. At the same time, several trays can be provided one above the other in the new fitting, without these trays must be rigidly interconnected. Each tray can be supported separately by two support arms, each of which has a support bearing with a linear guide on the side wall of the corner cabinet. A coupling of the movement of two or more superimposed shelves is also possible. For this purpose, a coupling of the linear guides or a common linear guide for their one support arms offers. A coupling of the linear guides can be made so that the lowermost linear guide when reinserting the associated tray in the corner cabinet over the overlying linear guides guided a support arms of the trays overhead, so that they are also inserted without them with the bottom shelf also be pulled out automatically. This coupling of the linear guides can be combined with a driver, which is provided for attachment to the door of the corner cupboard and which pulls the bottom tray directly or via its one arm from the corner cabinet when you open the door. By contrast, a common linear guide for the one support arms of several shelves has a large vertical extension, which can be advantageous for removing the lever forces acting on the linear guide via the one support arms.
A fundamental advantage of the new fitting is the simple automation of the movement of the tray. Thus, a drive can be assigned to the linear guide, which extends the one support arm and thus the whole tray on request and retracts. Also a so-called self-feeder, on request also with damper, can be provided for the tray on the linear guide.
Thus, the support bearing for a support arm can easily support the resulting from the length of the support arm leverage forces, a parallel to the linear guide running and be provided in height offset to this support roller. In this case, the support roller, which is preferably ball-bearing, roll directly on the side wall of the corner cupboard. Preferably, however, a sheet is provided for this purpose, which can be rigidly connected to the side wall-side part of the linear guide. Particularly preferably, in the new fitting on two different vertical heights parallel to the linear guide running support rollers are provided.
In principle, it is also possible to absorb the lever forces on the support bearing by a solid trained pull-out rail or by two mutually parallel and offset in height pull-out rails. However, the combination of a linear guide, for example in the form of a pull-out rail, with one or more support rollers is preferred.
When the linear guide has a pull-out rail with a profile rail C-shaped outer rail and an inner rail running therein, which corresponds to a conventional construction of pull-out rails, the pull-out rail is preferably arranged so that the inner rail at a vertical load from the tray to a support arm in the C-shaped profile of the outer rail is pressed into it. This means that the outer rail with the opening of its C-shaped profile is the side wall of the corner cabinet turn when the drawer rail is the upper of two slide rails or above a support roller is arranged. In the loading direction described here, a simple pull-out rail with a C-shaped profile of the outer rail is extremely load-bearing due to lateral moments.
In the new fitting, it is in principle conceivable to provide an additional joint between the linear guide and the one support arm. Preferably, the orientation of the a support arm against the extension direction but firmly, solely to define the position of the tray opposite the corner cabinet over the entire Auszugsweg away.
In the new fitting, the one support arm typically extends at an acute angle to the linear guide, being inclined forwardly from the linear guide to the access opening of the corner cabinet. Specifically, the acute angle about 45 °, d. H. between 30 and 70 °.
As already indicated, the one support arm may extend relatively far away from the linear guide on the side wall of the corner cabinet. Preferably, it extends over more than half the width of the access opening away from the linear guide, so that the point at which the support arm supports the tray, closer to the side wall opposite the boundary of the access opening than on the side wall itself.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the new fitting, the extension direction of the linear guide extends at a shallow angle to the side wall, wherein the linear guide from the access opening into the interior of the side wall away. This means that the one support arm and with it the associated support point of the tray slightly moves sideways when pulling out of the tray. This sideways movement can be used to avoid a door of the corner cupboard which is struck at the boundary of the access opening opposite the side wall and for some reason can not be opened over a full 90 °.
The flat angle between the extension direction and the side wall is typically a few degrees and a maximum of about 10 °.
In order to support the tray in its maximum pulled out of the access opening position in which its maximum loads are expected because, for example, a user supported on the tray to support particularly stable, it can be additionally supported in this position on the one support arm via a bearing , This bearing is then provided on the underside of the tray; and the one support arm enters through the opposite him taking place pivotal movement of the tray in the camp. In this case, the bearing may have the form of a laterally open receptacle into which enters a support arm. On the one support arm may be provided a mandrel which enters into a socket on the shelf (or vice versa); and at that Support arm may be provided a support roller which runs on a control track on the tray (also here a reverse arrangement of these parts is possible).
The other support arm of the new fitting, which is mounted both opposite the tray and about the vertical pivot axis adjacent to the side wall opposite the boundary of the access opening of the corner cabinet, can be mounted in practice on a support column. In this case, the support column can be pivoted together with the support arm with respect to pivot bearings on the floor and the ceiling or a center post of the corner cabinet or rotatably mounted and have a pivot bearing for the other support arm.
A corner cabinet according to the invention with the new fitting typically has a door hinged on its boundary wall opposite its access opening.
