  • La présente invention concerne un casque de cavalier, encore appelé bombe, composé d'une coque munie d'une garniture intérieure, d'une visière et d'une jugulaire.
    • Etat de la technique
  • Les casques de cavalier peuvent être individualisés par des éléments de décoration fixés à demeure à la coque, tels que des pièces de garniture de cuir, des éléments de couleur, etc.
  • Toutefois, ces éléments font partie intégrante du casque et ne peuvent être modifiés.
  • Cela nécessite d'une part, une réalisation particulière de chaque casque en fonction des éléments de personnalisation et d'autre part, cela ne permet pas de modifier le casque.

  • La présente invention a pour but de développer un casque de cavalier qui puisse être personnalisé et modifié en fonction des souhaits ou des nécessités.

  • A cet effet, la présente invention concerne un casque de cavalier du type défini ci-dessus caractérisé par un bandeau de surface courbe correspondant à la courbure de la coque, reliant la base de la coque à l'amorce de la visière et remontant sur le dessus de la coque pour épouser la surface de la coque, ce bandeau étant fixé de manière amovible à la coque, ce bandeau étant constitué par un élément triangulaire curviligne à base élargie partant de la naissance de la visière et remontant dans le plan médian du casque.
  • Le casque selon l'invention peut être personnalisé très simplement et adapté en fonction des besoins ou des souhaits, par la mise en place d'un bandeau ayant le décor voulu ou nécessaire. Ce bandeau peut faire partie d'une gamme de bandeaux permettant de particulariser le casque ou d'identifier un groupe de cavaliers par un même type de bandeau ou en fonction des exercices. Ce changement n'entraîne pas de modifications du casque ce qui permet de réaliser une même forme de base d'un casque et de l'adapter à la demande, par un bandeau approprié.
  • Le bandeau constitue ainsi un élément amovible ne modifiant pas la forme de base du casque, ni gênant son port ; il se fixe de manière simple et néanmoins ferme pour éviter tout bruit que cette pièce rapportée pourrait engendrer sous l'effet des secousses.
  • De façon particulièrement avantageuse, le bandeau a une extrémité supérieure arrière en forme de languette destinée à s'engager dans une boutonnière réalisée dans la coque à l'endroit de l'extrémité du bandeau mis en place contre la coque, l'extrémité avant du bandeau ayant un bord muni d'orifices de fixation pour être fixé à la coque.
  • Suivant une autre caractéristique avantageuse, une baguette coiffe le bandeau pour le fixer à la coque.
  • Il est à noter que l'on connaît par le document US 4 345 336 un casque de type casque colonial constitué par une coque avec un certain nombre de moyens de rembourrage et une visière. La coque et la visière sont entourées complètement d'une enveloppe qui est rabattue sous la visière et à l'intérieur de la coque. Cette enveloppe ne peut toutefois pas être assimilée à un bandeau.

  • La présente invention sera décrite ci-après de manière plus détaillée à l'aide d'un mode de réalisation de casque de cavalier représenté schématiquement dans les dessins annexés dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe du casque par un plan médian,
    • la figure 2 est une vue en perspective du casque dont le bandeau et la baguette de fixation ont été démontés,
    • la figure 3 est une vue de dessus du casque,
    • la figure 4 est une vue en perspective de dessus du casque.
    Description d'un mode de réalisation
  • Selon les figures 1 et 2, l'invention concerne un casque de cavalier formé d'une coque 1, rigide, munie intérieurement d'une garniture de confort et de protection 2. A l'avant, le casque est bordé par une visière 3 et, sur les côtés, il y a les deux éléments de la jugulaire au niveau des oreilles.
  • Ce casque est muni d'un bandeau 5 en forme de surface courbe épousant la courbure de la coque 1 et reliant la base 11 de la coque, à la jonction de celle-ci avec la visière 3, pour remonter dans le plan médian du casque jusqu'au-delà du sommet 12 de la coque. Ce bandeau 5 est fixé de manière amovible à l'aide d'une baguette 6 couvrant la base 51 du bandeau. Il est également tenu par un élément de fixation intermédiaire 52 et au niveau de son extrémité supérieure 53. Dans cet exemple, le bandeau 5 se place entre deux pièces 7 en cuir cousu, remontant en forme de flamme, à partir du bord latéral de la coque 1 jusque près du sommet 12.
  • La vue de dessus de la figure 432 montre plus particulièrement la forme du bandeau 5, qui est un triangle curviligne, très allongé, situé dans le plan médian du casque. La figure laisse également apparaître la baguette de fixation 6 reliant la base 51 du bandeau 5 à la coque 1.
  • La vue en coupe du casque par un plan médian selon la figure 1, montre la fixation du bandeau 5 au-delà du sommet de la coque 1 par sa languette 53 engagée dans la boutonnière 15 et venant dans l'intervalle entre la face intérieure de la coque 1 et de la garniture 2. Puis, le bandeau 5 épouse le contour de la coque 1. Sensiblement à mi-hauteur comme indiqué, il y a une broche d'enclipsage 52 qui vient dans le trou 14 correspondant de la coque 1 et enfin, à l'extrémité avant, à la base, le bandeau 5 est fixé avec la baguette 6 soit par les broches d'enclipsage de la baguette soit par des vis traversant la baguette et le bandeau ou venant fixer directement le bandcau 5.
  • La figure 2 montre les éléments constitutifs du casque selon l'invention. La coque 1 comporte des orifices de fixation 13 juste au-dessus de la visière 3 ainsi qu'un orifice 14 sensiblement à mi-hauteur dans le plan médian et enfin une boutonnière 15 au niveau du sommet de la coque 1.
  • Le bandeau 5, de forme cintrée dans les deux directions pour épouser la forme de la coque 1, montre son extrémité supérieure se poursuivant par une extrémité 53 en forme de languette destinée à s'engager dans la boutonnière 15 pour venir sous la coque 1. Le pion 52 de fixation par enclipsage, prévu sur la face intérieure du bandeau 5 pour venir dans l'orifice à mi-hauteur, n'apparaît pas dans cette figure.
  • La base 51 du bandeau 5 est munie d'orifices 54 coïncidant avec les orifices 13 de la coque pour recevoir des broches 61 ou des vis de la baguette 6 fixant la base 51 du bandeau à la coque 1. Cette baguette 6 est prévue ici pour s'enclipser et, à cet effet, sa face arrière comporte des broches d'enclipsage 61 formées chaque fois de deux languettes élastiques traversant les orifices 54 à la base du bandeau 5 et se logeant dans les orifices 13 de la coque 1.
  • La fixation peut également se faire par des vis traversant la baguette 6 et le bandeau 5.
  • Le bandeau 5 est tenu cintré et plaqué contre la coque 1 par son extrémité supérieure dont la languette 53 est engagée avec un certain jeu dans la boutonnière 15 ; le bandeau est bloqué par son extrémité avant 51, la fixation intermédiaire 52, 14 évitant tout soulèvement, sous l'effet du vent.
  • La pièce formant le bandeau est, de préférence, une pièce en matière plastique moulée ou cintrée, pour épouser parfaitement la forme de la coque 1. Cette pièce 5 peut être décorée librement de différentes manières.
  • La figure 4 montre l'aspect général du casque selon l'invention après mise en place du bandeau 5.

Claims (4)

  1. Casque de cavalier composé d'une coque (1) munie d'une garniture intérieure (2), d'une visière (3) et d'une jugulaire (4),
    caractérisé par
    un bandeau (5) de surface courbe correspondant à la courbure de la coque (1), reliant la base de la coque à l'amorce de la visière ct remontant sur le dessus de la coque pour épouser la surface de la coque, ce bandeau (5) étant fixé (51, 52, 53) de manière amovible à la coque (1), et étant constitué par un élément triangulaire curviligne, ayant une base (51) élargie venant à la naissance de la visière (3).
  2. Casque de cavalier selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bandeau (5) a une extrémité supérieure arrière en forme de languette (53) destinée à s'engager dans une boutonnière (15) réalisée dans la coque (1) à l'endroit de l'extrémité arrière du bandeau mis en place contre la coque, l'extrémité avant (51) du bandeau (5) ayant un bord muni d'orifices de fixation (54) pour être fixée à la coque (1).
  3. Casque de cavalier selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    une baguette (6) coiffant le bandeau (5) pour le fixer à la coque (1).
  4. Casque de cavalier selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la baquette (6) est fixée à la coque (1) par vissage ou clipsage (61, 13).
