Claims (30)
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung, umfassend eine elektromechanische Vorrichtung (800), die eine Steuerung des Verdichtungsverhältnisses der Kraftmaschine ermöglicht, wobei die Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung Folgendes umfasst: mindestens eine Übertragungseinrichtung (1), welche die Übertragung der Bewegung auf jeden Kolben (2) mittels eines Übertragungsorgans (3) ermöglicht, das mit dem Kolben fest verbunden ist und einerseits mit einer Wälzführungseinrichtung (4) und andererseits mit einem Zahnrad (5) zusammenwirkt, das an einer Pleuelstange (6) befestigt ist, die mit einer Kurbelwelle (9) fest verbunden ist, wobei eine Steuerzahnstange (7) auf der dem Übertragungsorgan (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit dem Zahnrad (5) zusammenwirkt, und mindestens eine Steuereinrichtung (12), wobei die Steuereinrichtung (12) für jeden Kolben (2) einerseits einen Stellzylinder (8) aufweist, der aus einem Zylinderkolben (13) gebildet ist, der mit einer oberen Kolbenstange (10) und einer mit der Steuerzahnstange (7) zusammenwirkenden unteren Kolbenstange (16) fest verbunden ist, und andererseits eine Stellstange (20), die den Zylinderkolben (13) durchquert, um die vertikale Stellung der Steuerzahnstange (7) in Bezug auf den Zylinderblock der Kraftmaschine zu steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mechanische Bewegungsübertragungsmittel (801) aufweist, die aus einer Welle (803, 817) mit mindestens einem Nocken (804) oder mindestens einem Zahnrad (818) gebildet sind, wobei die mechanischen Bewegungsübertragungsmittel (801) der elektromechanischen Vorrichtung (800) zwischen mindestens einem Elektromotor (802) und mindestens einer Stellstange (20) eines Stellzylinders (8) der Steuereinrichtung (12) angeordnet sind, um ein Einstellen der vertikalen Stellung der Steuerzahnstange (7) der Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung zu ermöglichen.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (803), die mindestens einen Nocken (804) aufweist, unterhalb eines Zylinderkopfes (300) des oder der Stellzylinder(s) (8) der Kraftmaschine positioniert ist.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (803), die mindestens einen Nocken (804) aufweist, unterhalb des oder der Stellzylinder(s) (8) der Kraftmaschine, im Inneren des Zylinderblocks der Kraftmaschine positioniert ist.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (803), die mindestens einen Nocken (804) aufweist, einen Sensor aufweist, der ermöglicht, das Steuerungssystem der Kraftmaschine über die Winkelposition der Nockenwelle zu informieren.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (803), die mindestens einen Nocken (804) aufweist, eine drehbewegliche Rückführfeder (805) aufweist.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (803), die mindestens einen Nocken (804) aufweist, mit einem Elektromotor (802) verbunden ist und zwar über dazwischen angeordnete Übertragungsmittel (806).
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (803), die mindestens einen Nocken (804) aufweist, auf der Längsachse der Stellstange(n) (20) des oder der Stellzylinder(s) (8) und senkrecht zu dieser Achse positioniert ist und über mindestens einen Stößel (809) auf die vertikale Stellung der Stellstange(n) (20) einwirkt.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel (809) einen Einstellmechanismus aufweist, der ermöglicht, die anfängliche vertikale Stellung der mindestens einen Stellstange (20) im Verhältnis zur anfänglichen vertikalen Stellung der anderen Stellstange(n) (20) der Kraftmaschine zu fixieren.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einstellmechanismus, den der Stößel (809) aufweist, von einem Gewinde gebildet wird, das gegen Verdrehen gesichert werden kann.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position der Welle (803), die mindestens einen Nocken (804) aufweist, im Vergleich zu jener der Stellstange(n) (20) des oder der Stellzylinder (8) verschoben ist, wobei die Welle (803) ermöglicht, die vertikale Stellung der Stellstange(n) (20) der Kraftmaschine über mindestens einen Kipphebel (810, 813) einzustellen.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kipphebel (810) in der Nähe seines Schwerpunkts ein Gelenk (811) aufweist, das ihm ein Schwenken in Bezug auf die Kraftmaschine ermöglicht, wobei eines der Enden des Kipphebels mit mindestens einem Nocken (804) der Welle (803) zusammenwirkt, um die Winkelposition des Kipphebels einzustellen, während das andere Ende des Kipphebels (810) mit mindestens einer Stellstange (20) zusammenwirkt, um die vertikale Stellung der Stellstange einzustellen.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (811), das der Kipphebel (810) in der Nähe seines Schwerpunkts aufweist und das ein Schwenken des Kipphebels in Bezug auf die Kraftmaschine ermöglicht, einen Einstellmechanismus (812) aufweist, der ermöglicht, die anfängliche vertikale Stellung mindestens einer Stellstange (20) im Verhältnis zur anfänglichen vertikalen Stellung der anderen Stellstange(n) (20) der Kraftmaschine zu fixieren.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einstellmechanismus (812), den das in der Nähe des Schwerpunkts des Kipphebels (810) angeordnete Gelenk (811) aufweist, von einem Gewinde gebildet wird, das gegen Verdrehen gesichert werden kann.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kipphebel (813) einerseits an seinem Ende ein Gelenk (814) aufweist, das ihm ein Schwenken in Bezug auf die Kraftmaschine ermöglicht, und andererseits eine Oberfläche (815), die in der Nähe seines Schwerpunkts vorgesehen ist und mit mindestens einem Nocken (804) der Welle (803) zusammenwirkt, um die Winkelposition des Kipphebels einzustellen, während das andere Ende des Kipphebels (813) mit mindestens einer Stellstange (20) zusammenwirkt, um die vertikale Stellung der Stellstange einzustellen.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (814), das der Kipphebel (813) an seinem Ende aufweist und das ein Schwenken des Kipphebels in Bezug auf die Kraftmaschine ermöglicht, einen Einstellmechanismus (816) aufweist, der ermöglicht, die anfängliche vertikale Stellung mindestens einer Stellstange (20) im Verhältnis zur anfänglichen vertikalen Stellung der anderen Stellstange(n) (20) der Kraftmaschine zu fixieren.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einstellmechanismus (816), den das am Ende des Kipphebels (813) angeordnete Gelenk (814) aufweist, von einem Gewinde (813) gebildet wird, das gegen Verdrehen gesichert werden kann.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (817) mindestens ein Zahnrad (818) aufweist, das mit einer Zahnstange sehr kleiner Abmessungen (819) zusammenwirkt, die am Ende mindestens einer Stellstange (20) der Kraftmaschine angebracht ist.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dazwischen angeordnete Übertragungsmittel (806) ermöglichen, die Welle (817) mit dem Elektromotor (802) zu verbinden.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnstange sehr kleiner Abmessungen (819) einen Einstellmechanismus aufweist, der ein Fixieren der anfänglichen vertikalen Stellung mindestens einer Stellstange (20) im Verhältnis zur anfänglichen vertikalen Stellung der anderen Stellstange(n) (20) der Kraftmaschine ermöglicht.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einstellmechanismus, den die Zahnstange sehr kleiner Abmessungen (819) aufweist, von einem Gewinde gebildet wird, das gegen Verdrehen gesichert werden kann.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor (802) einen Sensor aufweist, der ermöglicht, das Steuerungssystem der Kraftmaschine über die Winkelposition des Elektromotors zu informieren.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie genau so viele Elektromotoren wie Stellstangen (20) aufweist, wobei die Stellstangen (20) jeweils einen eigenen Elektromotor zum Einstellen ihrer vertikalen Stellung besitzen.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellstange (20) zwei Bunde (23) kleiner Abmessungen aufweist, die ermöglichen, zwei Klappen (21) kleinen Durchmessers anzuheben, die sich in zwei Kammern, einer oberen Kammer (121) bzw. unteren Kammer (122) des Stellzylinders (8), durch den Zylinderkolben (13) voneinander getrennt, befinden, wobei die Stellstange (20) auch zwei weitere Bunde (24) großen Durchmessers aufweist, die ermöglichen, zwei andere Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers anzuheben, die sich ebenfalls in der oberen Kammer (121) bzw. unteren Kammer (122) des Stellzylinders (8) befinden, wobei die Bunde derart positioniert sind, dass durch die Stellstange (20) die Klappen (21) kleinen Durchmessers immer schon vor den Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers geöffnet werden.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (21) kleinen Durchmessers in ihrer Mitte eine Bohrung aufweisen, die von der Stellstange (20) durchquert wird, und eine sphärische Kontaktfläche (26), die mit einer konischen Kontaktfläche (27) zusammenwirkt, die an den Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers vorgesehen ist.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (21) kleinen Durchmessers mit den in derselben Kammer (121, 122) untergebrachten Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers in Kontakt gehalten werden und zwar mittels Federn (22), die einerseits an den Klappen kleinen Durchmessers und andererseits an der Wand der Kammer (121, 122) des Stellzylinders (8), in der sie untergebracht sind, zur Anlage kommen, wobei die Federn (22) auch ermöglichen, die Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers mit dem Zylinderkolben (13) des Stellzylinders (8) in Kontakt zu halten.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (21) kleinen Durchmessers mit den in derselben Kammer (121, 122) untergebrachten Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers in Kontakt gehalten werden und zwar mittels mindestens einer Feder, die am Zylinderkolben (13) des Stellzylinders (8) befestigt ist und an den Klappen kleinen Durchmessers zur Anlage kommt, wobei die Feder auch ermöglicht, die Klappen großen Durchmessers mit dem Zylinderkolben (13) des Stellzylinders (8) in Kontakt zu halten.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers eine glatte Kreisringfläche (29) aufweisen, die mit einer glatten Fläche, die an der Oberseite bzw. Unterseite des Zylinderkolbens (13) des Stellzylinders (8) vorgesehen ist, in Kontakt gehalten werden kann, um bei dem Kolben Dichtheit zu erzielen.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (25) großen Durchmessers Zentriermittel aufweisen, die sie mit ihrer Längsachse immer auf den Stößel zentriert halten.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Stellstangen (20) eines Stellzylinders (8) mindestens einen Sensor aufweist, der ermöglicht, das Steuerungssystem der Kraftmaschine über die vertikale Stellung der Stellstange (20) zu informieren.
- Kraftmaschine mit variabler Verdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Steuerzahnstangen (7) mindestens einen Sensor aufweist, der ermöglicht, das Steuerungssystem der Kraftmaschine über die vertikale Stellung der Zahnstange zu informieren.
