Abstract
Description
- It is to be considered that in the devices for the printing of vouchers with public issue often the voucher is taken out still in printing phase or the paper is pulled in getting out, so determining a wrong printing of the same voucher with inevitable jamming of the device so to compromise the working of the same device also for the following vouchers. It is possible, infact, that the user takes an end of the paper in getting out and he takes out the same paper from the printer still in printing phase or immediately at the end of this phase, so determining a wrong print and/or a paper excessive use. Currently the paper ejection device, mounted into the printers of this type, provides, at the getting out in sequence from the printer and from the decollator, the positioning of the paper strip between the rolls of an electronic or mechanic clutch, for the issue of the voucher already cut and separated to the primary paper roll. In these devices at least two of the rolls onto which the paper runs are connected to an electric motor to drive the advancement of the paper to the getting out. In these known devices of paper ejection is also provided the use of at least a sensor to stop the paper advancement in the case of wrong workings, such as the forced or anticipated paper taking out, in comparison with the foreseen times for the printing, for the cutting and for the advancement of the paper in getting out. Said known devices so have a proper intrinsic complexity given to the use of an electric motor, of rolls with electronic clutch and of sensors connected to retroaction systems. These known devices have also, consequently, high industrial costs and possibility of breakdowns to the components. The invention refers to a new and original device able to avoid the above cited problems and in the same time to be of easy and cheap realization. The invented device, infact, creates a reduction of the components and the used components have low industrial costs. The invented device essentially consists of a curved door with possibility of rotation around pins and placed on a frame, with said door equipped with underlying springs and having, near its part free to rotate, a switch placed onto the frame and in contact with the curved door, with said switch at its time connected to the cutting device of the voucher. In this way the cutting device is to be activated to the tension of the voucher paper pulled to the user still in printing phase or before that this printing was ended. The invented device is illustrated in a merely indicative way and so not limiting in the drawings of
sheets sheet 1figure 1 is schematic view in transversal section of the components of the device. In particular said figure is view during the normal working, i.e. without that the user pulls himward the paper with the printing of the voucher still in printing phase or during the time before that the voucher is cut to the suitable device. Insheet 2figure 2 is lateral section view of the invented device during the working phase. Insheet 3figure 3 is exploded view of the components of the invention. Insheet 4figure 4 is perspective view of the assembled device. Insheet 5figure 5 is longitudinal section view of the invention in working phase without tension applied to the paper to the user traction. Insheet 6figure 6 is longitudinal section view of the invention with the components stressed. Insheet 7figure 7 is longitudinal section view in normal working phase of an embodiment having a sensor instead of the switch placed in such a way to be stressed to the rotation of the curved door. The invented device, in the preferred but not exclusive embodiment, consists of acurved door 1 withpins 2 placed downstream of thepaper roll 3 of theprinting device 4 and of thecutting device 5, in a position near to the getting out 6 of thepaper 7 with the printing. Saidcurved door 1 withpins 2 is placed onto aframe 8. In the inside part of thecurved door 1, i.e. in the concave under part, spring 9 in steady position are placed, connected to the frame by means of fixing means 10. The device is, moreover, equipped with aswitch 11 placed near the part of the door free to rotate. Theswitch 11 is connected through acable 12 at thecutting device 5, determining the starting when the switch is activated. During the working, in the case of taking out of the voucher during the printing phase or immediately after, the tension of the paper, exercited to the user that pulls the paper himward in advance in comparison to the phase in that the cutting device has the impulse to the printing device or in the time between the printing and the cutting, lowers the curved door. 1. In this position, compressed thesprings 9 and stressed theswitch 11, thecutting device 5 is immediately started by means of the impulse transmitted to thecable 12. In this way the printed voucher is cut when it is pulled in not correct way, avoiding an excess use of paper and jamming. Infact, it occurs that when the user of the roll printer pulls the paper, in advance in comparison with the provided phases, determines the lowering of thecurved door 1, kept in position withsprings 9, with theswitch 11 that, started to the movement of thesame door 1, activates thecutting device 5. In other embodiment theswitch 11 is to be changed with asensor 13, placed in the same position where was placed theswitch 11, with the same connections and with the same work. The invented device is possible of changing and modification all entering in the present invention concept. Moreover, all the technical details are to be changed with others equivalent ones.
