Claims (3)
- A method for controlling a processing machine for sheet-fed material with at least one offset printing unit (1), wherein a plate cylinder (10) mounted in side frames and carrying a printing forme is coupled to a direct drive and mechanically decoupled from a main drive acting on the wheel train of the cylinders and drums for the sheet transport formed as sheet guiding cylinder (6) and is driveable in a predeterminable manner at least with respect to the sheet guiding cylinders (6), and wherein the plate cylinder (10) is assigned an inking unit (12),
characterized in that
in a contact zone of the directly driven plate cylinder (10) of the offset printing unit (1) carrying the printing forme to an adjacent blanket cylinder (8) that is driveable by means of the main drive via the wheel train of the sheet guiding cylinders (6) a printing contact is suspended,
in that the plate cylinder (10) is turned out of its current angular allocation into an angle position for removing a first printing forme located on the plate cylinder (10) by means of direct drive, in that the first printing forme is removed from the plate cylinder (10) and a second printing forme is fed to the plate cylinder (10) and also fixed thereon and subsequently the plate cylinder (10) with the second printing forme is turned into an angular allocation for the printing process by means of direct drive
and in that at the same time ink or varnish originating from a metering system is transported to at least one application roller of the inking unit (12). - The method according to Claim 1,
characterized in that
between the metering system and the at least one application roller of the inking unit (12) at least one inking roller train is arranged. - A method for controlling a processing machine for sheet-fed material with printing units and at least one varnishing unit (2), wherein a forme cylinder (9) which is mounted inside frames and carries a printing forme is coupled to a direct drive and mechanically decoupled from a main drive acting on the wheel train of the cylinders and drums for the sheet transport formed as sheet guiding cylinder (6) and is driveable in a predeterminable manner at least with respect to the sheet guiding cylinders (6) and in that the forme cylinder (9) is assigned a supply device (11) for a medium in the form of ink and varnish to be processed,
characterized in that
in a contact zone of the directly driven forme cylinder (9) of the inking unit (2) carrying the printing forme to a sheet guiding cylinder (6) directly interacting with the forme cylinder (9) a printing contact is suspended,
in that the forme cylinder (9) is turned out of its current angular allocation into an angle position for removing a first printing forme that is located on the forme cylinder (9) by means of direct drive, in that the first printing forme is removed from the forme cylinder (9) and a second printing forme is fed to the forme cylinder (9) and fixed thereon and subsequently the forme cylinder (9) with second printing forme is turned into an angular allocation for the printing process by means of direct drive
and in that simultaneously ink or varnish starting out from a metering system is transported to at least one application roller of the varnishing unit (2) by means of the supply device (11).
