Definitions
- the present invention relates to an elevator installation, which comprises a plurality of stacked shaft doors with horizontally displaceable shaft door wings, and an elevator car with a car door, which has at least one horizontally displaceable car door leaf.
- Locally fixed in the elevator shaft arranged stop means cooperate with a mounted on the car door sash stop means to limit an opening movement of the car door sash with certain deviations of the standstill position of the elevator car from the target stop position.
- the target stop position is to be understood below as the position of the elevator car in which the level of its cabin floor coincides exactly with the level of the floor in whose area the elevator car is currently located.
- An elevator installation which comprises a safety device with the aforementioned features.
- a coupling element protruding in the direction of the door-side wall of the elevator shaft is provided on the cabin door panel, which couples the cabin door panel with an opposing shaft door panel if the elevator cage is sufficiently accurate at a shaft door level or floor level.
- a vertically oriented stop plate is attached to the door-side inner wall of the elevator shaft. This limits an opening movement of the shaft door fixed to the coupling element, and thus the shaft door itself, when the elevator car has stopped so far below the target stop position associated with a shaft door that the horizontal projections of the coupling element and the stop plate overlap one another.
- Purpose of the safety device according to JP04080191A is to make the big and expensive safety aprons unnecessary, which are installed below the threshold of each shaft door. Such safety aprons prevent a passenger from falling into the space between the elevator car and the door-side shaft wall after having opened the car door of the car which is stationary below the desired stopping position.
- the invention has for its object to provide an elevator system with a safety device of the type described above, which does not have the disadvantages mentioned.
- an elevator system is to be created in which the safety of the passengers is ensured even if the elevator car has stopped too far above the desired stopping position.
- a high safety apron mounted underneath the car door sill shall be dispensed with.
- the proposed solution should be feasible with less material and installation effort, with different floor distances should not require different components of the safety device.
- an elevator system which comprises an elevator shaft, a plurality of shaft doors arranged one above the other, each with at least one horizontally displaceable shaft door leaf and one Elevator cabin comprising a car door having at least one horizontally displaceable car door leaf, wherein a vertically extending barrier ruler is attached as a stop means and two vertically spaced, stationary stop cams are mounted on a height lying between the door leaves vertically adjacent each shaft doors, each one the stop cam limits the horizontal opening movement of the ruler and thus of the car door leaf when the position of the elevator car in positive or negative vertical direction, ie in the upward or downward direction deviates by a defined minimum distance from the target stop position, wherein the stationary stop cam on stationary elements of the Shaft doors are fixed.
- the stop cams are placed so that a hoistway door, in front of which the elevator car assumes a position in which a stop cam prevents the full opening movement of the ruler and the car door leaf, can be fully opened by the maintenance staff, on the condition that the elevator car so far removed from the target stopping position is that the driver device between the car door leaf and shaft door leaves is no longer engaged.
- the maintenance personnel for example, have access to the car door drive, to the car roof or to elevator components present under the elevator car, when the elevator car and the car door are blocked.
- the above-mentioned entrainment device is to be understood as a coupling device by means of which, in the case of a floor stop of the elevator car, the shaft door leaf is unlocked from the cabin door leaf and opened or closed, but its function (engagement) only within a limited zone in the region of the desired stop position given is.
- the height of the stationary stop cam is at most 50 mm. This minimizes alignment during assembly as well as material costs and transport weight.
- the length of the barrier ruler can be determined very simply. This always corresponds to the height of the landing door wings, reduced by the sum of the upward and downward permissible deviations of the actual position of the elevator car from its desired stop position.
- a designed according to this rule barrier ruler has the minimum length at which the intended functions of the safety device are still feasible.
- the stationary stop cams are fixed so - for example, on stationary elements of the shaft door - that they are vertically displaceable under the action of a certain vertical force.
- barrier ruler and / or the stop cam are already mounted on the cabin door leaf or on elements of the shaft doors upon delivery of the elevator system.
- Fig. 1 schematically shows a vertical section through an elevator system according to the aforementioned prior art. Shown are a door-side shaft wall 102 of a hoistway 101 with three shaft doors 103.1-103.3 arranged one above the other and an elevator car 105 in two positions which deviate greatly from the setpoint stop position assigned to the middle hoistway door 103.2.
- the elevator car 105 comprises a car door 106 with a car door leaf 107, to which an engagement element 108 is attached, which, when opening the door during normal operation, couples the car door leaf 107 with one of the shaft door leaves 109.1-109.3.
- vertically aligned stop plates 110 are mounted so as to prevent or at least limit an opening movement of the engaging member 108 and thus of the car door leaf 107 when the elevator car 105 too far below a shaft door 103.1-103.3 assigned target stop position is positioned, as in the lower of the in Fig. 1 shown positions of the elevator car 105 is the case.
- the purpose of the described device is to prevent a passenger from falling into the open space between the elevator car 105 and the door-side shaft wall 102 when the elevator car 105 is below a target stop position associated with a hoistway door and the passenger opens the car door.
- the disclosed device can not prevent a passenger, for example, when attempting to leave the elevator car 105 standing relatively far above the target stopping position associated with the shaft door 103.2, rushes through the opened car door 106 and the open shaft door 103.2 into the elevator shaft.
- the top of the in Fig. 1 shown positions of the elevator car 105 associated arrow P shows the possible path of such a fall.
- Fig. 2 schematically shows a vertical section through the door-side shaft wall 202 of an elevator system according to the invention with two vertically adjacent shaft doors 203.1, 203.2 and by an elevator car 205 shown in two different vertical positions.
- the shaft doors 203.1, 203.2 comprise at least one shaft door leaf 209.1, 209.2, the one on a shaft door threshold 214 comprehensive shaft door frame 213 is guided horizontally displaceable.
- the car door 206 includes at least one car door leaf 207, which is at a car door sill 216 comprehensive cabin door frame 215 is guided horizontally displaceable.
- the car door leaf 207 is opened or closed by a door drive, not shown.
- a driver device 208 likewise not shown in this view, is fixed, by means of which, in the case of a floor stop of the elevator car, the shaft door leaf is unlocked from the car door leaf and opened or closed.
- the elevator car 205 is in the upper part of Fig. 2 shown in a stop position, which is located below one of the upper shaft door 203.1 associated target stop position. In the lower part of Fig. 2 the elevator car 205 is shown in a stop position which is above the target stop position associated with the lower shaft door 203.2. In both of the stop positions shown, their distance from the desired stopping position is so great that an opening of the cabin door leaf 207 is to be limited for the safety reasons explained above, which is achieved in the elevator installation according to the invention with the aid of the safety device described below.
- These stationary stop cams 210 are preferably placed so that they lie as close as possible below the lower edge of each upper shaft door leaf 209.1 or above at the upper edge of each lower shaft door leaf 209.2, that their common vertical projection in the opening direction of the cabin door leaf with a defined distance next to that the ruler 208 is located.
- the stop cam 210 protrude just so far beyond the cabin door side surface of the shaft door wing 209.1, 209.2 that they do not reach the shaft door side surface of the cabin door leaf 207 (See also Fig. 3 ).
- the stop cams 210 are able to stop the barrier ruler 208 and thus the car door leaf 207, if the elevator car 205 is so far above or below the target stop position that the barrier ruler 208 after a limited opening movement of the car door leaf 207 with one of the stationary stop cam 210 collided.
- the length of the limited opening movement is determined by the above-mentioned distance, which is present in the opening direction of the cabin door leaf between the locking ruler 208 and the stationary stop cam 210. This distance is preferably chosen so that the opening path of the car door leaf - or the car door leaf - is limited only at a car door gap of at least 30 mm when the elevator car is positioned too far away from the target stopping position.
- the stationary stop cam are preferably on stationary elements of the shaft doors 203.1, 203.2, for example on the landing door sills 214, on elements of the hoistway door frame 213 or on cladding elements 204 of the shaft doors.
- the stationary stop cams 210 are placed outside the space occupied by the landing door wings 209.1, 209.2, so that they can be fully opened, although the elevator car 205 occupies a position in front of a shaft door in which a stop cam 210, the opening movement of the barrier rule 208 and thus the Cab door leaf 207 limited.
- the prerequisite for the complete opening of the landing door wings in this situation is that the driver device 220 (see FIG. 2), which couples the cabin door leaf with the landing door wing in the vicinity of the desired stopping position of the elevator car Fig. 3 ) is no longer engaged due to a relatively large deviation of the car position from its desired stop position.
- Fig. 2 can also recognize that - in contrast to the stop plates according to the cited prior art - the stationary stop cam 210 always have unchanged dimensions even at different floor or door heights.
- the height of the stop cam is advantageously at most 50 mm. Cost of materials and assembly costs are reduced, and the required material logistics is simplified accordingly.
- Fig. 3 schematically shows a horizontal cross-section III-III through the upper car door / shaft door arrangement of in Fig. 2 illustrated elevator installation.
- the door-side shaft wall 202 two horizontal sliding shaft door 209.1 with the underlying shaft door sill 214, two corresponding with the landing door panels cabin door sash 207 with the underlying cabin door sill 216 and a portion of the elevator car 205.
- With 208 are two vertically - ie perpendicular to Drawing surface - extending barrier rulers, each of which is attached to one of the car door wings 207.
- the locking rulers 208 are arranged offset by a certain distance in the opening direction of the door two stationary landing cam 210 fixed to the shaft door sill 214, through which the opening path of the locking rulers 208 and thus the car door leaves 207 is limited if the elevator car too far below the Shaft door associated target stop position is located.
- the still executable in this situation opening path leads to a door gap width, which is still narrow enough to prevent the fall of passengers in the elevator shaft, however, allows the communication between the maintenance personnel and trapped passengers and, for example, the catering of passengers.
- Fig. 3 schematically drawn are also two related Fig. 2 mentioned, between each corresponding cabin door wings and landing door panels arranged entrainment devices 218, which transmit the door movements of the motor-driven cabin door panels 207 on the shaft door leaves 209.1.
- FIG. 4 and 5 is shown an advantageous embodiment of the attachment of a stop cam 210 on a shaft door sash 209 leading shaft door sill 214.
- a block-shaped stop cam 210 is guided in a vertical groove 220 approximately 1 mm deep in the front wall 214.1 of the shaft door sill 214.
- the stop cam 210 is provided with a vertically continuous T-shaped T-groove 221.
- a special screw 222 is inserted with a T-groove adapted screw head of the lowest possible height, the screw shaft is inserted through a hole 223 in the front wall 214.1 of the shaft door sill 214.
- the special screw 222 and with it the stop cam 210 is fixed to the shaft door sill 214.
- the stop cam 210 is due to the guide in the vertical groove 220 in the horizontal direction, ie in the direction in which the locking bar 208 normally acts on him, strong loads.
- the stop cam 210 can be pressed out of its fixation along the vertical groove, the required vertical force being dependent on the biasing force of the leaf spring 225.
- This attachment of the stop cams can be of great advantage if the barrier ruler 208 due to a malfunction of the elevator control with vertically moving elevator car 205 and at least partially open cabin door leaves 207 on one or several of the stop cam 210 hits. Greater damage to the elevator installation can be avoided thanks to the illustrated embodiment of the stop cam attachment.
- a correspondingly adapted attachment of the stop cams on elements of the shaft door 203.1, 203.2, for example on the door striker of the shaft door frame 213 or on covering elements 204 of the shaft door, is of course also feasible.

Description
The present invention relates to an elevator installation, which comprises a plurality of stacked shaft doors with horizontally displaceable shaft door wings, and an elevator car with a car door, which has at least one horizontally displaceable car door leaf. Locally fixed in the elevator shaft arranged stop means cooperate with a mounted on the car door sash stop means to limit an opening movement of the car door sash with certain deviations of the standstill position of the elevator car from the target stop position.
The target stop position is to be understood below as the position of the elevator car in which the level of its cabin floor coincides exactly with the level of the floor in whose area the elevator car is currently located.

The invention has for its object to provide an elevator system with a safety device of the type described above, which does not have the disadvantages mentioned. In particular, therefore, an elevator system is to be created in which the safety of the passengers is ensured even if the elevator car has stopped too far above the desired stopping position. However, for the reasons given above, a high safety apron mounted underneath the car door sill shall be dispensed with. In addition, the proposed solution should be feasible with less material and installation effort, with different floor distances should not require different components of the safety device.
The object is achieved in an elevator system according to the invention, which comprises an elevator shaft, a plurality of shaft doors arranged one above the other, each with at least one horizontally displaceable shaft door leaf and one Elevator cabin comprising a car door having at least one horizontally displaceable car door leaf, wherein a vertically extending barrier ruler is attached as a stop means and two vertically spaced, stationary stop cams are mounted on a height lying between the door leaves vertically adjacent each shaft doors, each one the stop cam limits the horizontal opening movement of the ruler and thus of the car door leaf when the position of the elevator car in positive or negative vertical direction, ie in the upward or downward direction deviates by a defined minimum distance from the target stop position, wherein the stationary stop cam on stationary elements of the Shaft doors are fixed.
- The fixed stop cams fixed to stationary elements of the shaft doors, for example to the shaft door sleepers, to the door fenders or to paneling elements, ensure that the attachment devices do not have to be fastened to the shaft wall during installation, their position relative to the shaft doors and the car door being strong can vary. Elaborate drilling and alignment during assembly can be avoided.
- On a mounted below the car door sill safety apron of more than about 150 mm height can be dispensed with, which allows the realization of a pit with shallow depth.
- the safety device can be realized with less material and installation effort, since only a single stop means, the barrier ruler on the car door, with a length of more than 1 m is required and the remaining stop means, the stationary stop cams, only small lengths, typically less than 50 mm.
The stop cams are therefore easier to assemble because it is essential to pay attention only to their correct position and not to exact vertical alignment. - Even at different floor distances and longer bay doorless shaft sections uniform fixed stop means (stop cam) of uniform length are always used.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen des Erfindungsgegenstands gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor und sind im Folgenden beschrieben:Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the subject invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and are described below:
Advantages in evacuating passengers from elevator cars that are too far away from a target stopping position, brings an embodiment of the invention, in which the stop cams are so far offset from the locking ruler in the opening direction of the cabin door sash, that a limitation of the opening movement takes place if there is a cabin door gap of at least 30 mm. As a result, in the mentioned situation, the at least one car door leaf and by the maintenance personnel can also open the associated shaft door leaf up to an even more secure door gap width, so that the maintenance personnel can trap the trapped passengers via the course of the intended evacuation inform and provide food, for example.
Advantageously, the stop cams are placed so that a hoistway door, in front of which the elevator car assumes a position in which a stop cam prevents the full opening movement of the ruler and the car door leaf, can be fully opened by the maintenance staff, on the condition that the elevator car so far removed from the target stopping position is that the driver device between the car door leaf and shaft door leaves is no longer engaged. With the elevator door completely blocked, the maintenance personnel, for example, have access to the car door drive, to the car roof or to elevator components present under the elevator car, when the elevator car and the car door are blocked. The above-mentioned entrainment device is to be understood as a coupling device by means of which, in the case of a floor stop of the elevator car, the shaft door leaf is unlocked from the cabin door leaf and opened or closed, but its function (engagement) only within a limited zone in the region of the desired stop position given is.
Particularly great advantages in terms of manufacturing costs and assembly costs arise in the elevator system according to the invention from the fact that all stop cams always have unchanged dimensions even at different floor or door heights.
Advantageously, the height of the stationary stop cam is at most 50 mm. This minimizes alignment during assembly as well as material costs and transport weight.
In the case of the elevator installation according to the invention, the length of the barrier ruler can be determined very simply. This always corresponds to the height of the landing door wings, reduced by the sum of the upward and downward permissible deviations of the actual position of the elevator car from its desired stop position. A designed according to this rule barrier ruler has the minimum length at which the intended functions of the safety device are still feasible.
In order to avoid major damage to the elevator installation, if the elevator car due to a control gap with not completely closed cabin door perform a vertical movement and the locking ruler should collide with one of the stop cam, the stationary stop cams are fixed so - for example, on stationary elements of the shaft door - that they are vertically displaceable under the action of a certain vertical force.
Significant savings in assembly and alignment work can be saved by the fact that the barrier ruler and / or the stop cam are already mounted on the cabin door leaf or on elements of the shaft doors upon delivery of the elevator system.
In elevator systems in which over a relatively large distance - for example, over several floors - at least one of possibly several car doors no corresponding shaft door is present in the corresponding bay door zones instead of a continuous stop plate, as required in the prior art, a number of Fix stop cam in at most the length of the barrier ruler corresponding distances along the door-side shaft wall. Even so, significant costs can be saved.

A correspondingly adapted attachment of the stop cams on elements of the shaft door 203.1, 203.2, for example on the door striker of the
Claims (8)
- Lift installation, comprising a lift shaft (101), a plurality of shaft doors (203.1, 203.2) arranged one above the other and each with at least one horizontally displaceable shaft door leaf (209.1, 209.2) as well as a lift cage (205) with a cage door (206) having at least one horizontally displaceable cage door leaf (207), wherein a vertically extending blocking guide (208) is fastened to the cage door leaf (207) and two vertically spaced-apart stationary abutment dogs (210) are respectively arranged in the regions lying in the vertical direction between the shaft door leaves (209.1, 209.2) of adjacent shaft doors (203.1, 203.2), and wherein a respective abutment dog (210) limits a horizontal opening movement of the blocking guide (208) and thus of the cage door leaf (207) if the position of the lift cage (205) departs in positive or negative vertical direction by a defined minimum distance from a target stopping position, wherein the stationary abutment dogs (210) are fixed to stationary elements of the shaft doors (203.1, 203.2).
- Lift installation according to claim 1, characterised in that the stationary abutment dogs (210) are arranged to be offset relative to the blocking guide (208) to such an extent in the opening direction of the cage door leaf (207) that limitation of the opening movement takes place only if a cage door gap of at least 30 millimetres is present.
- Lift installation according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the abutment dogs (210) are so disposed that the shaft door leaf (209.1, 209.2) can be completely opened even though the lift cage (205) adopts a position in which an abutment dog (210) limits the opening movement of the blocking guide (208) and of the cage door leaf (207) insofar as the entrainer device (218) present for coupling the shaft door leaf (209.1, 209.2) with the cage door leaf (207) is no longer in engagement.
- Lift installation according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the abutment dogs (210) constantly have unchanged dimensions even in the case of different storey or door heights.
- Lift installation according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the height of the stationary abutment dogs (210) is at most 50 millimetres.
- Lift installation according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the length of the blocking guide (208) corresponds with at least the height of the shaft door leaf (209.1, 209.2) less the sum of the upwardly and downwardly permissible departures of the actual position of the lift cage (205) from the target stopping position thereof.
- Lift installation according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stationary abutment dogs (210) are so fastened that they are vertically displaceable under the action of a defined vertical force.
- Lift installation according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the blocking guide (208) and/or the abutment dogs (210) are already mounted on the cage door leaf (207) or on elements of the shaft doors (203.1, 203.2) at the time of delivery of the lift installation.
