In allen zuvor genannten Dokumenten haben die Durchstosser folglich eine reine axiale translatorische Bewegung ohne jegliche Rotation. Hierzu muss man wissen, dass alle Verschlussvorrichtungen bis heute, welche der eingangs genannten Bauart entsprechen, auf Behältnissen angebracht worden sind, die aus einem mehrlagigen Material hergestellt sind und im Wesentlichen aus Papier und/oder Karton bestehen mit zusätzlichen ausserordentlich dünnen Schichten aus Kunststoff und/oder Aluminium. Die Schneidelemente, die wie bereits erwähnt im Wesentlichen aus einer Vielzahl von Zähnen bestehen, konnten mit ihren Spitzen lediglich eine Perforation vornehmen. Damit entsprechende Verschlüsse überhaupt funktionsfähig waren, mussten die Behältnisse eine Teilstanzung oder -prägung aufweisen, durch die das Verpackungsmaterial bereits stark geschwächt wurde. Eine solche Vorstanzung bedeutet, dass der zylindrische Ausgussstutzen des spundförmigen Unterteiles möglichst exakt deckend über dieser Vorstanzung angebracht werden muss. Dies ist technisch ausgesprochen schwierig, insbesondere da die Anbringung des spundförmigen Unterteils nicht mechanisch verbunden exakt platziert sein kann, sondern vielmehr, weil der spundförmige Unterteil auf die Verpackung aufgeklebt werden muss, ist praktisch zwangsläufig bei den erforderlichen Herstellgeschwindigkeiten eine Abweichung vorhanden. Entsprechend wurden die Masse so ausgelegt, dass eine gewisse Toleranz zulässig ist. So wird entsprechend die Vorstanzung etwas kleiner dimensioniert als der lichte Durchmesser des zylindrischen Ausgussstutzens. Trotz dieser Vorsichtsmassnahmen war die Ausschussrate bei Verschlüssen dieser Bauart ausserordentlich hoch. Die Schneidelemente 34,35,36 sind somit einstückig über die Stirnfläche 33 mit der Mantelwand 32 des zylindrischen Rohrabschnittes 30 geformt. Die drei Schneidelemente besitzen je einen Zahn. Das Schneidelement 34 besitzt einen Zahn 340, das Schneidelement 35 einen Zahn 341, und das dritte Schneidelement 36 einen Zahn 342. Auch in der Figur 3 ist die Aufschraubrichtung mit dem Pfeil F dargestellt. Jeder Zahn 340-342 besitzt eine Spitze. Hierbei sind die Spitzen 343 des Zahnes 340 sowie die Spitze 344 des Zahnes 341 als Perforierspitzen ausgestaltet, während die Spitze 345 des Zahnes 342 sowohl als Perforierspitze oder wie hier dargestellt als Andruckspitze 345 ausgestaltet ist. Sämtliche Spitzen 343-345 liegen in einer Ebene und sind somit allesamt gleich weit von der unteren Stirnfläche 33 der Mantelwand 32 entfernt gelegen. Hiermit wird sichergestellt, dass bei einer Aufschraubbewegung, d.h. in Richtung des Pfeiles F, in dem der Verschluss geöffnet wird bzw. die Schraubkappe 4 entfernt und der zylindrische Durchstosser 3 in Richtung des Behältnisses sich bewegt, gleichzeitig auf die Folie der Verpackung aufzuliegen kommen. Hierbei erfolgt somit in einem ersten Schritt eine Spannung der zu durchtrennenden Folie. Erst wenn diese Spannung aufgebaut ist, erfolgt dann zumindest mit den beiden Perforierspitzen 343 und 344 eine Perforation der Folie. Jeder Zahn 340-342 weist eine entsprechende Schneidkante 346-348. Die Schneidkanten 346-348 sind so angeordnet, dass sie bei Drehung in Richtung des Pfeiles F wirksam werden. Während die Schneidkante 346 des Zahnes 340 sowie die Schneidkante 347 des Zahnes 341 jeweils von der entsprechenden Spitze 343 bzw. 344 zur unteren Stirnfläche 33 des zylindrischen Rohrabschnittes 30 verlaufen, verläuft die Schneidkante 348 verkürzt als Schneidkante von dessen Spitze 345 bis zur einer noch zu beschreibenden Versteifungsschulter. Jedem Zahn 340-342 ist eine Versteifungsschulter 350-352 zugeordnet. Die beiden Versteifungsschultern 350 und 351 sind in schneidender Richtung den entsprechenden zugeordneten Zähnen 340 und 341 nachlaufend angeordnet, während die Versteifungsschulter 352 in schneidender Richtung dem entsprechenden Zahn 342 vorlaufend angeordnet ist. Die vorlaufende Versteifungsschulter 352 ist insbesondere auch noch verlängert. Die Versteifungsschultern 350-352 dienen dazu, die Zähne 340-342 so zu verstärken, dass sie beim Aufbau der Spannung auf die zu durchtrennende Folie nicht umklappen. Claims (12)

  1.
