Description

The invention relates to a Blattgutspender, with at least two compartments for receiving sheet material, in particular in the form of brochures, in which the compartments are formed by modular components, which are connected to each other and again detachable, wherein the module components serving at least one Blattgutaufnahme serving tray, at least a front panel and at least one partition include the shell consists of a rear wall, two side walls and a lower end forming its end wall and the shell is provided in the region of its rear wall with longitudinal slots for fixing the hook-in slots in the longitudinal slots partition wall, by means of which they subdivided is.

Out DE 91 12 506.5 a sheet dispenser of the above type is known, which serve for Blattgutaufnahme module components have a rear wall and a front wall, the upper two side walls and an end wall are interconnected. In the known sheet dispenser, the rear walls and the front walls of the modular components are provided with means by means of which module components can be connected to one another. The use of a front wall in the described sheet dispenser eliminates the need to divide the serving to receive the sheet material module parts to accommodate sheet material in the sheet dispenser, whose width is smaller than the width of the shell.

6) entspricht. The invention has for its object to provide a Blattgutspender having at least one serving for receiving sheet material, divisible module part. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the partition to the side walls of the shell has directed projections, which together with the projections (9) of the side walls (5, 6) allow the connection of a reduced filling volume having additional shells (3), also from a rear wall (4), two side walls (5, 6) and a lower end forming end wall (7) and the width of which substantially corresponds to the distance between the partition (2) and their respective side walls (5 and 6) ,

The sheet dispenser according to the invention has the advantage that it is possible for him to use one and the same shell for the orderly storage of sheet material of different widths.

It proves to be particularly advantageous if, in the area of the edges of its two side walls facing away from its rear wall, the shell has at least one projection directed toward the interior of the shell, that at the rear of the rear wall of each shell at least two for receiving the projections of a further shell connectable to the shell serving brackets are provided and that a stop for limiting the parallel to the rear wall directed movement of each interconnectable shells is present. A shell formed in this way can easily be connected to other shells in order to access them To configure a multiple staggered to each other and successively arranged trays having sheet dispenser.

If you also provides the partition with directed to the side walls of the shell projections, these projections allow together with the projections of the side walls connecting a reduced filling volume having additional shells, which also consist of a rear wall, two side walls and their lower end forming end wall and the width of which substantially corresponds to the distance between the dividing wall and the respective sidewall facing it.

The user of a sheet dispenser of the above type is thus a modular component box available, which allows him to adapt the structure of the Blattgutspenders the respective circumstances. He also benefits from the fact that due to the use of open at the front shells of the cost of materials for the production of Blattgutspendern with multiple subjects is lower than in cases where modular components are used with front walls.

In practice, it is recommended for manufacturing and stability reasons, to provide each side wall with more than three projections and also to equip the backs of the rear walls with a plurality of brackets, wherein the number of a projection row associated mounts are not necessarily equal to the number of projections got to.

The distance between the projections of the respective side wall and the holders associated with these projections is suitably the same size.

The rear sides of the rear walls of the shells are provided in the vicinity of the side walls with parallel guides, of which the guides of the rearmost shell can be used to receive components that allow both the erection and the hanging of the sheet dispenser.

In FIG. 1 are designated by 1a and 1b two staggered mutually arranged shells, of which the front shell 1a through a partition wall 2 in two in each case a Compartment is divided for a smaller sheet format forming parts. The right side of the sheet dispenser is also provided with a shell, which is also intended for receiving sheet material of a smaller format and which is referred to below to distinguish it from the larger shell 1 as additional shell 3. Details of the structure of the shells 1 are the FIGS. 2 and 3 removable, of which the FIG. 2 the front and the FIG. 3 the back of a bowl 1 shows. Each shell 1 has a rear wall 4, two side walls 5 and 6 and an end wall 7. In the middle of the shells 1 are longitudinal slots 8 for receiving a partition wall 2. The side walls 5 and 6 of the shells 1 are provided in the region of the back wall 4 facing away from edges with web-shaped projections 9 which project into the interior of the shell 1. 10 and 11 are holes that allow a direct attachment of the shell 1 to a wall.

At the rear of its rear wall, the shell 1 has pocket-shaped holders 12 which serve to receive the projections 9.

The rear wall 4 is also provided with guides 13 which are formed by paired, L-shaped projections. In the area of the guides 13 are in the rear wall 4 of injection-technical reasons recesses 14. The guides 13 are used - as in the FIGS. 4 and 5 shown - for receiving components 15, with the help of the sheet dispenser can be placed on a table or other surface or suspended in a sloping position on a wall. The components 15 have two spaced-apart side walls 16, 17 in the form of rectangular triangles which are interconnected in the region of the catheters of the triangles by transverse walls 18, 19 and which are provided in the hypotenuse of the triangle with guide webs 20, 21, the are slidable in the guides 13. Stops 22 at the back of the rear wall 4 limit together with counter-stops 23, 24 on the components 15 whose insertion path. The arrangement of the components 15 in the vicinity of the side walls 5, 6 of the respective rearmost shell 1 increases the Kippfestigkeit an erect sheet dispenser. Immediately below the stops 22 are locking cams 25 which hold the components 15 in their retracted position. In order to allow an oblique suspension of the sheet dispenser, the transverse wall 18 is provided with holes 26.

Details of the partition 2 and its attachment to the rear wall 4 of the shell 1 a in FIG. 1 are the FIG. 6 refer to. As you can see, the partition wall 2 is provided at its lower edge with hooks 27 which are suspended in the longitudinal slots 8. In the suspended state, a cam 28 engages in a recess 29 of the end wall 7. At its edge facing away from the hook 27, the partition wall 2 also has bar-shaped projections 9, which together with the projections 9 of the side walls 5, 6 allow the connection of the additional tray 3 having a reduced filling volume for accommodating sheet material of a smaller format. The width of the additional shells 3 is in the illustrated case equal to half the width of the shells 1. If one provides the rear walls 4 with several rows of longitudinal slots 8, so can be realized with correspondingly adapted additional shells and other divisions.

The structure of the additional shells 3 corresponds - as from the FIGS. 7 and 8 apparent - essentially the structure of the shells 1. For corresponding parts, therefore, the same reference numerals are used. Due to the smaller dimensions of the additional shells 3, the number of projections 9, the brackets 12 and the guides 13 of the additional shells 3 may be less than in the case of the shells 1. However, the dimensions of the aforementioned parts and their distance from each other are consistent with the dimensions of the corresponding parts of the shells 1 and their distance from one another.

Due to the identical basic structure of the shells 1 and additional shells 3, it is possible to configure a Blattgutspender, which consists only of additional shells 3. In such a case, however, it is recommended that in the FIGS. 4 and 5 shown component 15 by a likewise reduced dimensions exhibiting component 30, which is provided with only a single hole 26.

How best of the FIG. 11 it can be seen, the holders 12 are open at their outer sides and their ends facing the end wall 7, while the end wall 7 facing away from the ends are closed and form the insertion movement of the projections limiting stops 31. By a longitudinal web 32 which extends virtually over the entire height of the shells 1 and the additional shells 3, the brackets 12 are also closed on its inside. In other words, they form open pockets on two sides. To assemble bowls 1 and To prevent additional shells 3 that the longitudinal webs 32 abut against the end wall 7, the latter are provided with recesses 33.

Of course, the respective foremost shells 1 and additional shells 3 must be provided on its front with a cover 34 formed by a front panel. Like from the FIGS. 12 and 13 recognizable, the front panel 34 is provided in the region of its side edges with grooves 35 and at its lower edge with a stop forming transverse bar 36 which comes in the assembled state of the sheet dispenser against the inside of the end wall 7 to the plant.

The assembly of a two compartments 37 having Blattgutspenders of two shells 1 will be described below with reference to the FIGS. 14 to 17 explained. The FIG. 14 shows the front view of the two shells 1 and a front panel 34 and the cut X - X in the FIGS. 15 to 17 illustrated sections. In the course of assembling the parts is - as indicated by the arrow 38 - first pushed the front panel 34 from above on the projections 9 of the front shell 1 until your cross bar 36 (see. FIG. 12 or 13) abuts against the inside of the end wall 7. Subsequently, the front shell 1 is moved perpendicular to the rear wall 4 of the rear shell 1 in the direction of the arrow 39 until the shells 1, the in FIG. 16 take shown position in which the brackets 12 are aligned with the projections 9. Now, the front shell 1 is moved in the direction of the arrow 40 parallel to the rear wall 4 of the rear shell 1 until the in FIG. 17 shown position is reached. FIG. 18 shows a section along the line Y - Y in FIG. 17 through the assembled parts.

The in FIG. 19 illustrated sheet dispenser consists of only one shell 1, which is divided by a partition wall 2 into two compartments.
