Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Überprüfen der Funktionstüchtigkeit eines Dichtemessers für eine elektrische Mittel- bzw. Hochspannungseinrichtung in einer Metallhülle (4), die mit dielektrischem Druckgas gefüllt ist, enthaltend eine geschlossene Kammer (8), die mit einem Innenraum (5) der Hülle (8) in Kommunikation gebracht werden kann, sowie Mittel (10) zum gasdichten Isolieren der Kammer (8) gegenüber dem Innenraum (5), wobei die geschlossene Kammer (8) ein veränderliches Volumen hat, wobei der Dichtemesser zumindest einen Druckschwellwert in der Kammer erfassen kann.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend einen fest mit der Hülle (4) verbunden Körper (14) und eine Abdeckung (12), wobei der Körper (14) und die Abdeckung (12) die geschlossene Kammer (8) begrenzen, wobei die Abdeckung (12) in dichter Weise in dem Körper (14) gleiten kann, um das Volumen der geschlossenen Kammer (8) zu verändern.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, enthaltend Schrauben, welche die Abdeckung (12) mit dem Körper (14) verbinden und eine Gleitbewegung der Abdeckung (12) über einen bestimmten Hub gestatten.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die Isoliermittel (10) eine Ventilklappe enthalten, bei der das Öffnen bzw. Schließen durch Veränderung des Volumens der geschlossenen Kammer (8) gesteuert wird.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 in Kombination mit Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Abdeckung (12) das Öffnen und Schließen der Ventilklappe (10) steuert.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Ventilklappe eine Stange (22) und einen Verschluss (18) aufweist, wobei der Verschluss dazu bestimmt ist, in dichter Weise mit einem Sitz (20) zusammenzuwirken, der einen Durchgang (9) zur Kommunikation zwischen der geschlossenen Kammer (8) und dem innenraum (5) der Hülle (4) einfasst, wobei die Stange (22) mittels der Abdeckung (12) verstellbar ist, um das Öffnen und Schließen der Ventilklappe (10) zu steuern.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 mit Mitteln, um den Druck in der Kammer (8) gleichzeitig mit dem Dichtemesser zu messen.
- Elektrische Mittel- bzw. Hochspannungseinrichtung in einer dichten Metallhülle (4), die mit dielektrischem Druckgas gefüllt ist, enthaltend zumindest eine Prüfvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und einen Dichtemesser, der zumindest einen Gasdruckschwellwert in der Kammer der Prüfvorrichtung messen kann.
- Verfahren zum Überprüfen der Funktionstüchtigkeit eines Dichtemessers für eine elektrische Mittel- bzw. Hochspannungseinrichtung in einer mit dielektrischem Druckgas gefüllten Metallhülle, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:- Isolieren des Dichtemesser in einer geschlossenen Kammer,- Ausdehnen des Volumens der geschlossenen Kammer bis Erreichen eines vorbestimmten Druckschwellwerts innerhalb der Kammer,- Überprüfen des Verhaltens des Dichtemessers.
- Prüfverfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Isolieren des Dichtemessers durch Ausdehnen des Volumens der Kammer erhalten wird.
- Prüfverfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei der Schritt zum Überprüfen des Verhaltens des Dichtemessers das Erfassen einer Schwenkbewegung von Warnkontakten und eines Öffnens des Leistungsschalters vorsieht.
