Description
The present invention relates to a gliding board, particularly the invention relates to a ski for snow or a snowboard.
In known manner, the sliding boards comprise several components assembled to each other by different techniques such as gluing, welding, or injection.
The choice of materials makes it possible to characterize the behavior of the gliding board. For example, each of the reinforcing materials has well-defined properties. Thus, it is known that a ski with aluminum reinforcements has a soft contact with the snow, and that it dampens the relief. Such a ski is powerful and well placed on the snow. It is more suited to downhill or giant slalom practices.
On the other hand, a ski with fiber reinforcements is lively and nervous, it has a good rebound. This type of ski is suitable for bumps or the sequence of short turns.
On the other hand, the geometry of the gliding board also determines its behavior. Since the appearance of the skis to the lines of dimensions dug, as have so-called parabolic skis, the ends of the ski (spatula, heel) widen, and it is observed that this results in intolerant behavior at the extremities. Indeed, the ends can then be, in some cases, vibrant, guiding, tricky for skiers with a low level and this depending on snow or terrain.
The present invention aims to provide a gliding board that allows to overcome the limitations posed by the devices known in the prior art. In particular, the invention aims to provide a gliding board whose behavior is improved.
L'objectif de l'invention est obtenu par la fourniture d'une planche de glisse selon la revendication 1.The object of the invention is obtained by providing a gliding board according to
Slots are preferably provided in the lower reinforcement and in the upper reinforcement and these slits are through, so that said zone of said at least one of the ends of the board, said intermediate structure is not interposed between a portion of said at least one lower reinforcement and said at least one upper reinforcement.
Preferably, at said zone, there is a continuity of the intermediate structure in the transverse direction. This continuity can be achieved by the fact that the intermediate structure comprises a one-piece core, or by the fact that the intermediate structure comprises a rigid core resistant to vertical compression and a connecting element made of a material distinct from the rest of the core, placed in said area and capable of flexing in a transverse direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the rigid core comprises a slot at said area facing the slots in the lower and upper reinforcements. In this case, the slot in the rigid core has dimensions, that is to say, width and length, greater than those slots in the reinforcements, upper and lower. This slot is completely filled by the connecting element whose outer dimensions are identical to those of the slot.
In a preferred embodiment the connecting element is made of a rubber-like material.
In a first embodiment of the invention the slot formed in the lower reinforcement and the slot in the upper reinforcement are equivalent (substantially the same length and the same width) and they are placed rigorously one above the other. 'other.
In other embodiments, multiple variants are possible; the length lo-i-1 of the lower slot of the lower reinforcement may be larger or smaller than the length lo-s-1 of the upper slot of the upper reinforcement. In the same way, the width La-i-1 of the lower slot of the lower reinforcement may be larger or smaller than the width La-s-1 of the upper slot of the upper reinforcement.

figure 1 shows in plan view agliding board 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention. It is a ski having afront end 6, also called spatula, and arear end 7, called heel. The gliding board is constituted by the superposition of agliding sole 2, a lower reinforcement 4, anupper reinforcement 3, anintermediate structure 5, placed between the said at least one lower reinforcement 4 and the said minus anupper reinforcement 3; and atop layer 11 covering the whole. The intermediate structure is essentially constituted by a nucleus. The core is made of a rigid material which is sufficiently resistant to vertical compression so that when it is interposed between the lower reinforcement and the upper reinforcement it ensures good rigidity to the gliding board. This material may be for example wood, polyurethane or any other equivalent material. In a zone Z1, of thefront end 6, and in a zone Z2 of the rear end, theintermediate structure 5 is not interposed between theupper reinforcement 3 and the lower reinforcement 4. To be more precise, it would be necessary to say that in the zone Z1 and / or in the zone Z2, theintermediate structure 5 is not interposed between theupper reinforcement 3 and the lower reinforcement 4 in the same way as it is in the rest of the board of gliding. Indeed, and in other words, the slots that are formed in the reinforcements may, in an equivalent manner, be replaced by weakenings, such as, for example, decreases in thickness or simple notches.
In zone Z1, respectively in zone Z2, the
At the rear of the gliding board, in zone Z2, the length of the slot Lo-s-2 is between 20 mm and 200 mm, preferably between 50 mm and 180 mm. In particular, good results have been obtained with a rear slot whose length Lo-s-2 is approximately equal to 150 mm.

As has been said above, it will be possible to envisage replacing the slots with weakenings, such as, for example, decreases in the thickness of the reinforcements.
In the zone Z1, there is a continuity in the transverse direction of the
The gliding board also comprises a
As is the case in the lower reinforcement 4, a slot is cut in the
Similarly, a slot, called the slot above, is also formed in the top 11. This slot is slightly smaller than the slot in the
A split gliding board according to the invention is for the user easier to skid and therefore easier to control. The drawbacks of gliding boards with dug-out lines and short radii of curvature, that is to say less than 15 meters are considerably lessened.
In general, it is found that the gliding boards made according to the invention are very progressive, they are homogeneous in the course of the curve, they are accessible and in particular tolerant and easy. On the other hand, these boards of gliding are very stable on flat ground while allowing an extreme softness of the ends on the reliefs.

At this section, the lower reinforcement 4 and the
However, it is possible to remove this recessed portion by filling the slot in the
The sliding sole 2 also has no slot. In the zone Z1, the sliding sole is in direct contact with the connecting
Advantageously, when the
The sliding boards described so far describe boards for which the slot which is formed in the upper reinforcement at the front, respectively at the rear, is of the same length as that which is formed in the reinforcement below the before, respectively at the back. We will now see that this is not a limiting feature of the invention and that it is possible to envisage boards for which the slot of the upper reinforcement is different from the slot of the lower reinforcement in length, in size and / or shape.
The gliding board also comprises a top 11 and
Dans la même zone Z1, le renfort inférieur 4 présente une fente de longueur Lo-i-1 et de largeur La-i-1.In the front end of the board, that is to say at the level of the spatula, a zone Z1 is defined in which the
The length of the slot of the upper reinforcement Lo-s-1 is smaller than that of the slot of the upper reinforcement Lo-i-1, while the width La-s-1 is also smaller than the width of the slot of the Lower reinforcement La-i-1.
Dans la même zone Z2, le renfort inférieur 4 présente une fente de longueur Lo-i-2 et de largeur La-i-2.Similarly, at the rear end of the board, that is to say at the heel, a zone Z2 is defined in which the
The length of the slot of the upper reinforcement Lo-s-2 is smaller than that of the slot of the upper reinforcement Lo-i-2, while the width La-s-2 is also smaller than the width of the slot of the Lower reinforcement La-i-2.
The sliding boards described above comprise a slot in the front zone Z1 and a slot in the rear zone Z2. It is also possible to envisage sliding boards according to the invention for which a slot is formed only in the zone before Z1, for example for producing a ski typed performance, or only in the rear zone Z2, for example for the realization of a ski freeride type.
The present invention is not limited to the few embodiments described here, purely descriptive, but it covers any equivalent embodiment. On the other hand, there is no mention of the ski manufacturing process insofar as a ski according to the invention can be made regardless of the chosen embodiment; collage, pressing, injection, etc.
