Description
- The present invention relates to a re-winding apparatus for continuously winding a web of labels which is a continuous web formed as plural of label strip can be carried evenly spaced apart on a continuous base, the continuous web formed as a RFID continuous web is provided a label strip having a middle-layer which include a RFID-inlay, the RFID-inlay is encapsulated between continuous base and plural of labels equally spaced thereon, and more particularly the apparatus for re-winding the continuous web to be affected flexure stress, and which comprises in having a tension roll, a tension is provided for rewinding the continuous web.

continuous base 14 at even interval are made to continuous label web, and which is soft adhesive agent, when such soft agent are used, it is not preferable that the label strip tend to break off from the continuous web by a considerable angle would be made on the continuous label web. - The present invention was accomplished in light of the foregoing problems and has an object to provide a re-winding apparatus for serving in available to rewind (available rewind) the continuous web to be received an effect in bonding stress, especially such continuous web having plural of RFID tag or label in each having an IC-chip and antenna part attached on RFID inlay.
- Furthermore, the other object to the present invention is to provide a re-winding apparatus for serving to prevent to break off the label strip from the continuous web formed by using soft adhesive agent make the label strip applied on the continuous base.
- The present invention provides a re-winding apparatus, and focuses on the provision of a restricting member for controlling in restrict the optional movement of tension roll to allow for limiting to make a considerable angle on the rewinding path of continuous web, or more specifically the provision of a re-winding apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention having a taken up spindle for rewinding the continuous web in printed, a drive member for the take-up spindle can be driven, and a tension roll can provide a predetermined tension on the continuous web by urging the tension roll provided upstream of the take-up spindle into contact with the
continuous web 2. - The re-winding apparatus of the first invention comprises a circular arcuated slit which is formed vertically on lateral surface on housing of the re-winding apparatus for capable of a round movement of the tension roll the tension roll being received in support the circular arcuated slit, a restricting member for providing the restriction enable in optional position within the circular arcuated slit, and a detecting member for detecting the lowest part position in movable range of the tension roll.
- The second invention on the re-winding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 according to the present invention further comprises the restricting member is made of hard elastic member.
- The third invention on the re-winding apparatus as claimed in
claim 1 or 2 according to the present invention further comprises the tension roll is provided on one end of a tension arm swingably connected around an arm axis and is provided through the circular arcuated slit provided vertically on lateral surface on the housing. - In the re-winding apparatus comprising a tension roll capable of rewinding the continuous web with providing the tension to the continuous web according to the present invention, which comprise the restricting member catchable in the arcuated slit, the restricting member enabling easily movement are provided for allowing optionally restrictionable movement of tension roll not to make a considerable angle on rewinding path of continuous web and whereby a re-winding apparatus can be provided for availability to rewind the continuous web as made in vulnerable to receive a bending stress or as formed in using soft adhesive agent make the label strip applied on the continuous base.
- The present invention is to provide a rewinding apparatus 1 for serving to properly rewind the
continuous web 2 to be received an effect in bending stress by causing the tension roll can be optionally moved in movable range to allow for limiting to make a considerable angle on the rewinding path ofcontinuous web 2. - Referring now to re-winding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be explained based on

first guide roller 4 andsecond guide roller 5 for thecontinuous web 2 which can be guided along with rewinding path, atension roll 8 provided on the end of thetension arm 9 have a contacting relation whereby the contact to thecontinuous web 2 from its above direction is made and to be spaced between thefirst guide roller 4 andsecond guide roller 5, a reel-up spindle 6 for rewinding thecontinuous web 2, a circular arcuatedslit 10 is formed vertically on thelateral surfaces 13 along the orbital movement of thetension roll 8 provided on housing of the re-winding apparatus 1, a restricting member (a catching member) 11 for providing the tension roller to be selectably moved in movable range, a detectingmember 12 for detecting the position in the lowest part of thetension roll 8 is traveled in movable range, and the detectingmember 17 for detecting the position in the upper part of thetension roll 8 is traveled in the movable range. - The lowest part is the most inferior point in the movable range the tension roll can be traveled.
- The
tension roll 8 is provided on the one end of atension arm 9, thetension arm 9 has other end can be swingably connected by thearm axis 7, and which is provided an inner side of thelateral surface 13 on the housing. - The
tension roll 8 can be received in support a circular arcuatedslit 10 formed vertically onlateral surface 13 on the housing and can be arranged in a vertical direction crossed to the rewinding path of thecontinuous web 2. - Also, the
tension roll 8 can be pulled downward in the circular arcuatedslit 10 by the tensioning force, the tensioning force urge thetension roll 8 into contact with thecontinuous web 2 2 from upwardly in the circular arcuatedslit 10 by means of a coin tension spring or by means of self weight of thetension roll 8 generated. -
Fig. 2 is thetension roll 8 in full line illustrating the lowest part position on round movable range by providing in manner to contact thetension roll 8 to the restrictingmember 11 in full line, and which is thetension roll 8 in chain line illustrating a another lowest part position on round movable range of thetension roll 8 to be shifted which caused by contacting thetension roll 8 into the restrictingmember 11 in chained line. - As described above is to be provided, the restricting
member 11 can restrict thetension arm 9 traveling and can hold thetension arm 8 in optional position within the circular arcuatedslit 10, allowing the tension roll 8 traveling that various change of round movable range thereof can be made and can be selected, and therefore which can receive the round movablytension roll 8 to be spaced betweenfirst guide roller 4 andsecond guide roller 5, so that a angle to be provided on the rewinding path ofcontinuous web 2 2 can be easily changeable by limiting thetension roll 8 traveling. - The
tension arm 8 providing the lowest part can be held in utmost upper position within the circulararcuated slit 10 allowing for limiting to make an considerable angle on the rewinding path ofcontinuous web 2. - Further, the restricting
member 11 is of hard elastic member with H-form which is of the U form and of reverted U form in cross-section (not shown) are caught the both end section in across the width direction providing the circular arcuatedslit 10, and which allow an easily manual shift thereof. - Also, the detecting member (detecting sensor for the lowest part) 12 is movably provided on the restricting
member 11 whereby allowing the movement in accordance with the movement of the restrictingmember 11, and which can detect the lowest part oftension roll 8 to be traveled according with the movement oftension roll 8 in the movable range. - Furthermore, the detecting
member 17 can detect the upper part of thetension roll 8 is traveled in the movable range. - The

Claims (3)
- A re-winding apparatus having a taken up spindle (6) for rewinding the continuous web (2) in printed, a drive member for the take-up spindle can be driven, and a tension roll (8) can provide a predetermined tension on the continuous web by urging the tension roll (8) provided upstream of the take-up spindle (6) into contact with the continuous web (2) and the re-winding apparatus (1) further comprising:a circular arcuated slit (10) is formed vertically on lateral surface (13) on housing of the re-winding apparatus (1) for capable of a round movement of the tension roll (8), the tension roll (8) being received in support the circular arcuated slit (10),a restricting member (11) for providing the restriction enable in optional position within the circular arcuated slit (10), anda detecting member (12) for detecting the lowest part position in movable range of the tension roll (8).
- An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 in which the restricting member (11) is made of hard elastic member.
- An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 2 in which the tension roll (8) is provided on one end of a tension arm (9) swingably connected around an arm axis (7) and is provided through the circular arcuated slit (10) provided vertically on lateral surface (13) on the housing.
