The walls of high temperature gas reactors, such as pressurized combustors such as those used in gas turbines, must be shielded against high thermal stresses, such as hot gas, with suitable shielding of their supporting structure. In addition to metallic ones, ceramic materials offering high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and low thermal conductivity are suitable for this purpose.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide an improved heat shield assembly, which is particularly easy to service during maintenance and installation. The heat shield assembly should be usable in a combustion chamber for gas turbines.
The object is achieved by a heat shield arrangement comprising a support structure and a heat shield, the heat shield having a cold side resting on the support structure and a hot side opposite the cold side, and a peripheral side connecting the cold side to the hot side, wherein at least one of the peripheral sides of the heat shield Recess is introduced, wherein a recess extending in the direction substantially perpendicular to the recess is provided, which extends from the recess to the cold side and wherein a fastening bolt is inserted into the recess for attachment of the heat shield to the support structure.
The invention is based on the finding that a recess can be introduced into the heat shield on the cold wall side, without causing a noticeable weakening of the heat shield with regard to shortened service life. Therefore At least one recess is introduced into the peripheral side. Starting from this recess, a recess is introduced. This extends from the recess to the cold side, that is to the support structure. In this recess, a fastening bolt is introduced. By means of this fastening bolt, the heat shield is attached to the support structure. The fastening bolt in the interior of the heat shield and the support structure is thus accessible from the outside. By means of suitable tool, which is introduced, for example, in the column of adjacent heat shields or by, for example, a recess in the aligned hole in the heat shield, the bolt is thus combustion chamber inside accessible and detachable from the support structure. The heat shield is thus individually solvable from a chain of heat shields. Thus, it is no longer necessary to disassemble a whole chain of heat shields for the replacement of a single heat shield, but can specifically replace the heat shield to be replaced and a new heat shield again. This makes maintenance faster and easier. On the other hand, costs are saved, as only the health-related heat shield is replaced. The risk of damaging intact heat shields during replacement is avoided. Compared to the heat shields in the prior art, there is also the advantage of cost reduction in the new production by eliminating the Steinhalternuten.
Der Befestigungsbolzen weist einen Bolzenkopf auf. Dieser drückt das Hitzschild auf die Tragstruktur. The fastening bolt has a bolt head. This pushes the heat shield on the support structure.
According to the invention, the fastening bolt comprises a holding plate. As a result, the direct contact of the bolt head is avoided with the heat shield. The pressure occurring by means of which the heat shield is clamped tightly to the support structure is transmitted as uniformly through the retaining plate to the heat shield. Furthermore, it serves as a spacer to the adjacent heat shield. The fastening bolt is thus also secured against slipping in the recess.
Preferably, the retaining plate of the fastening bolt is cooled by means of at least one cooling opening. The retaining plates can be cooled by the support structure with targeted cooling air jets or coolant streams. In this case, not only the retaining plate is cooled, but also prevents entry of hot gas into the gaps of adjacent heat shields.
Preferably, the heat shield on the peripheral side on two opposite retaining plates for attaching the heat shield to the support structure. In the process, these two retaining plates partially surround the peripheral side in the direction from the cold side to the hot side. The retaining plates are plugged into the recess for fastening the heat shield to the support structure. Preferably, only one retaining plate has a slot on a facing side of two adjacent heat shields. In the case of two adjacent retaining plates, only one is thus configured with the fastening bolt according to the invention in the recess according to the invention. The other retaining plate may for example be attached to the support structure as in the prior art. As a result, on the one hand, the heat shield is provided with only one recess, which is advantageous for the resistance of the heat shield, since the thermal expansion of the heat shield is not hindered. In a chain of heat shields mounted side by side, it is advantageous to carry out the fastening manner alternately once according to the prior art and then according to the invention. Thus, advantageously, a heat shield assembly always has a prior art fastener and a fastener according to the invention. In the case of two adjacent heat shield arrangements, their common side therefore advantageously has different fastenings.
Advantageously, resiliently fixed screws are also mounted in the support structure. These then press the retaining plate to a bias. During assembly, fastening bolts and retaining plate can be inserted laterally into the heat shield.
Preferably, the fastening bolt is a screw holder. For this purpose, a thread is provided in or on the support structure. To attach the screw is tightened, that is, a tension exerted on the heat shield.
In a preferred embodiment, the bolt head is at least partially inserted in the recess. This has the advantage that the bolt head is largely protected in the recess against, for example hot gas. In addition, the force that presses the bolt head against the heat shield, transferred to the heat shield better.
In a preferred embodiment, the fastening bolt is sprung. By a suspension of the fastening bolt, the torque of the fastening bolt can be adjusted more targeted.
Preferably, the recess is centrally inserted in the peripheral side. A central attachment of the recess increases the resistance of the heat shield with respect to cracking and breakage. If the peripheral side is divided by the recess into two very different halves, fractures and cracks can be created much more easily due to the smaller material thickness in the thinner half.
Preferably, the recess is designed as a longitudinal groove. This can be easily realized in terms of manufacturing technology.
Alternatively or alternatively, the recess is designed as a holding pocket. This not only the vertical fixation of the heat shield, but also an axial fixation is possible. Thus, an increase in the strength of the heat shield in the region of the holder is given in comparison with the execution of the longitudinal groove. The holding pocket also focuses the coolant on the holding elements and thus reduces the coolant requirement. In addition, the rework can be reduced here. Furthermore, this can cause a further saving of coolant, since this is a substitute for the used in the prior art final heat shields can be used.
Preferably, a hole aligned with the bolt head is mounted in the heat shield from the hot side. By means of this hole, the fastening bolt from the hot side, that is inside the combustion chamber, forth solvable.
Advantageously, the fastening bolt is air-cooled from the inside. As a result, on the one hand, the fastening bolts are cooled by the air itself. Furthermore, it is prevented by the outflowing air that hot gas enters the recess. This has a life-prolonging effect on the fastening bolts.
Preferably, the support structure has cooling openings. As a result, the fastening bolts and the retaining plates are supplied with cooling air on the one hand. Furthermore, the cooling can be used very effectively and selectively, for example by impingement cooling of the retaining plates, whereby the cooling air consumption is minimized.
Preferably, at least one cooling opening on the retaining plate and thus causes a particularly good cooling.
The heat shield is preferably made of ceramic material, in particular a porous ceramic.
In a preferred embodiment, the fastening bolt is made of metal or metal alloy.

In the combustion chamber 4, for example, resulting hot gas M flows in the flow direction S from the combustion chamber 4 to the
According to the invention, a holding
In or on the
Advantageously, in the adjacent
With two
By means of the heat shield arrangement according to the invention, a heat shield to be exchanged can now be dismantled at any point, for example, of a combustion chamber, without it being necessary to further remove intact heat shields. In the resulting gap, a new heat shield can be used and secured with the required holding power. It must therefore only disassembled heat shields dismantled and installed there new. This reduces the time required and the risk of damaging intact heat shields during removal, further reducing the cost of maintenance.
